I called Ryan Plumbing after I had been given a quote for the job from my usual plumber that I felt was ridiculously high. Ryan gave me a quote over the phone that seemed much more in line with what I expected to pay. The work was done timely, professionally and I will definitely use Ryan Plumbing again.

Smooth sailing. I had the new fixtures and no additional parts were required. Just labor and they performed the job well.

He gave us a price. We really were impressed but hired another for the job. Had to pay a fee to him for the bid.

My experience with Ryan has been great! Ryan responds to phone calls quickly and set up an appointment right away. This was resolved quickly. He arrives on time and is efficient in detecting and resolving the issue.

Seth did an excellent job installing kitchen sink and new faucet set. He was very careful not to damage the granite in what turn out to be a difficult installation. He was neat and clean. He also hauled away the old products.

Hire this company. No ifs, ands, or buts, this was one of the best experiences I've had with any vendor. Perhaps no surprise considering their great reviews here on Angie's List. Beyond professional and friendly, my issue was fixed the same day I called. Amazing. I called Ryan Plumbing around 9:30 am today and Ryan answered the phone. I explained that my garbage disposal was leaking as well as not turning, but was still making a humming sound. He said it sounded like it needed to be replaced, but would have someone come out today, if that were convenient for me, to look at it. TODAY. I was impressed! I was also quite relieved that it could be reviewed so soon. An appointment for the second half of the was scheduled and he said I would receive a call once someone was on their way. Joe called to say he was on his way and arrived within half an hour. He diagnosed the problem and, indeed, I needed a new garbage disposal. He said it would be $265.00 and I was like, ugh, but he explained that was for everything. Removal, disposal and installation. Again, I was very pleasantly surprised. My Insinkerator had a good ten year run so I was very pleased that he was going to replace it with a new Insinkerator, which came with a warranty. Joe was very friendly and it was easy to tell he was beyond experienced. The installation was super quick and he answered any questions I had without hesitation. He even told me a few things about my Moen faucet that I hadn't been aware of. It really was like having a favorite, trusted neighbor come by to fix something. Overall, the experience I had with Ryan Plumbing and Joe was absolutely spectacular. I happened to mention to my sister what happened and she wanted their number so she could have her disposal replaced! Of course I obliged. Great staff, great prices, great company. Don't look any further for your plumbing needs.

I called and spoke to Ryan about the problem. He said Joe would be able to come out the same afternoon! Joe arrived and lifted off the toilet. He cleaned out all the roots that had grown in the line. The flange had broken because of the roots. He replaced that too. Joe replaced everything when he finished, caulked, and cleaned up the whole area. He was very professional and had a great attitude. I would definitely use Ryan Plumbing again!

I am very happy with the service I received from Ryan Plumbing. I had two problems - a toilet that wouldn't fill properly after a flush, so the water kept running; also a tub where the water temp dial wouldn't work properly, so the water temp never got above warm, while the sink next to the tub received nice hot water. I called Ryan Plumbing, explained to Ryan what my issues were, and he agreed to have someone here the next morning. Seth was very knowledgeable and got right to work after providing me with the estimate. He explained what was causing the problems and had the proper parts to do the job. Both problems were fixed within an hour.

It went well. I called Ryan, and he asked me to send a picture of my current faucet. I had the faucet for 9 years, and it was leaking. A different company had come out prior to Ryan and charged $125 to replace a rubber ring -and the leak just got worse. Ryan advised a replacement rather than a repair, because of the age of the faucet, and because replacement parts often fail, requiring more servicing. From the picture I sent, Ryan recommended a model and the next day, his associate, Joe, came by to install the new faucet. Joe was courteous, responsive, and patient. He explained what he thought was going on, and answered all of my questions. He removed all old pieces and garbage left over after the replacement.

Called Ryan Friday night and asked if he could come on Saturday. We booked for 9:00am and he was at my home right on time. Took his time, explained the solution, and what I could do myself to alleviate the problem in the future OR the could come back.Ryan was personable, neat, aand extremely honest. Would highly recommend.

The owner himself promised that he would come out and do the job due to my brother wanting the owner to be there while the work was done. The plumber came out and no owner, so we called and stated that we requested that he would be there. The owner then stated that the plumber that he sent was just as good but that was not the point. The first day he charged us a 180.00 for repairing the toilet and then advised us that he needed a cap to finish it and did not have the part and would return the next day to finish the job. The second day he came out (the plumber and not the owner like we requested and he stated) and stated that the owner was going to charge us 170.00 for him having to come back out to place the cap. I called the owner to tell him that I was not satisfied with him not coming to service us like he promised and that he was charging us again, the owner then stated that he was there and that he was just outside. He was just rude and not professional and at one point disconnected the call. I was very disgusted with how he conducted business.

Repaired a three quarter inch poly butylene pipe line. Even took time to show us how to turn the Hot Water Heater back on. Very Professional and friendly. Very satisfied with the service I would recommend and use this company again.

Ryan returned my call promptly. We scheduled a time for him to come out to see the job. He phoned when he was on his way and was there on time. He pointed out areas of concern but suggested I hold off on these additional items (which I much appreciated). We scheduled the service for later that day but a few hours later he realized it would have to be the next day. His plumber, Steve, phoned the next morning to let me know he was on this way. Showed up on time. I have purchased a 60 year old home from someone who considered himself quite the handyman. The faucet was simple; the dishwasher took some work; adding the line from the faucet thru the cabinetry to the refrigerator was painstaking - a corner was closed off and Steve had to fish for leader line thru a relatively small hole - it took some time, more, I'm sure, than Ryan had anticipated. A valve under the sink had been broken at sometime during the counter replacement. Steve had the necessary part and was able to take of this. I have a functioning kitchen!!

They were neat, clean, very polite, and the price was what they said it would be.

Ryan went over personally and assessed the situation. And put me in touch with a leak detector. He saved me money when he could have charge me to dig up my yard. He also came back until the work was completed and done properly. He went above and beyond to do a great job. And his employees are just as friendly and helpful as he was! Highly recommended. Fantastic service. I called with an emergency since I had someone trying to install a dishwasher, but they could not cut off the water. Seth arrived in about a half hour and did a wonderful job. Very professional, knowledgeable. The DW installer was able to put in the unit and I am a very happy camper. I would recommend them hands down. In fact, I will be exploring the possibility of installing a hybrid water heater with Ryan.

There was a different associate for each job and they were both fast, efficient and professional.

I had a particularly difficult issue with a bathroom faucet that had been poorly designed and installed. Because it was a tricky issue that could have resulted in a very expensive and messy fix if things went wrong, the owner himself came and did the work for us. He was friendly, courteous, professional and honest with us about everything. Even though the fix took a frustratingly long time (due to the design and poor installation of the faucet), Mr. Ryan stayed the course and ultimately was successful in fixing it. His rates are reasonable and he worked with us to make sure we were satisfied. We are, and we will definitely use Ryan Plumbing again.

They are friendly people to deal with. The owner was really nice andcourteous. My hero for the day.
