They did a very good job, were very responsive, the prices were very competitive, and they were consummate professionals.

He asked me a lot of questions over the phone and said he was in the area and would try and stop by. He ended up stopping by within a half hour of my call. He said it was very minor and that I would not have to do anything. he was very helpful and would not take any money or anything from me. I think he is extremely honest and caring about people and their situation.

Joe came on time in the morning and found the cause of the problem but couldn't go on the roof due to heavy rain. He said he would return in the afternoon. Seth came in the afternoon and did the job. The work was satisfactory. I was quoted $225.00 for the job on the phone when I made the appointment. The invoice was $273.00 which was based on extra time for the morning which I would not pay for. After disputing the higher amount I paid the $225.00 but the serviceman was not happy about the amount.

I am having an issue with odor in my water supply. I called the City to no avail. I randomly called Ryan Plumbing stating I wasn't sure they could help. It would have been easy to say not our service but I was amazed how long they discussed my issue and offered numerous solutions, non of which they would profit from. When I have a plumbing issue in the future I will definitely use Ryan. If they are willing to help in this fashion I have to believe will be equal if not better.

I am thrilled with the work that was done. I would hire them again.

Joe, from Ryan's plumbing came because I called about a drain that was plugged up. While he was here, he fixed multiple things but snaking the drain did nothing to clear the clog. We had been out of town for several weeks and when we got home our house sitter told us about the drain in the guest bathroom. The house sitter had long hair so maybe that was the issue but should have been fixed with snaking the drain. Their invoice guarantees their work for 30 days (parts guaranteed as per manufacturers guarantee) but when the guy arrived today and I told him that I had used the shower the night it was snaked, he called his boss who offered to do it for half price. Not only do I consider that to be false advertising but we've been in this house for 1 year and never had problems with that shower before. It drained fine. The plumber gave me a whole spiel about how the drain was installed incorrectly and that it once was a bathtub. We believed he was trying to set us up for a major redo of the shower. We have the blueprints of the house and it was never a bathtub. Nobody should do business like that. Shame on Ryan's Plumbing. Last contact was today 9/4/14 when they made me a half prices offer to clear my still plugged drain. UPDATE: All the drain needed was to be snaked again. The plumber obviously did not run the snake far enough to unclog it. I saw Ryan's response and how rude. Beware of people like him; a total loser.

Responded promptly to my request for service. Work was done well. Products installed were good. Arrival was late without notice. Inadvertently left mess behind when garbage fell off their truck into my driveway as they left.

Ryan Plumbing was great to work with from start to finish. They were prompt in taking calls and getting back to me when I left a message They schedule the work at a time convienient for me and for them. They arrived on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and did a good job explaining and showing me the issue. They went about fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. They were good listeners, and courteous and professional. They were tidy, only dug up what they had to and cleaned up after the work was done. In my view, the work performed and the associated charges were very reasonable. I highly recommend Ryan Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional plumber! PS: Their website says they service West Palm Beach, but they also service south of there. I live in Lighthouse Point and they had absolutely no issue coming to my home!

Emailed pictures of broken faucet. Technician arrived the next day. Verified the need for a new part. He was in my house for about 5 minutes and charged $45. The next day the technician arrived with the new part. It took about 20 minutes to fix. He charged $160. The prices seem a bit high, but I don't have much to compare.

He changed all the pipes and so forth. He is quite a good worker!

Ryan came by to quote installing a tankless water heater. He showed up on time and very knowledgable about his trade. He explained in great detail everything that would be involved in installing a new tankless heater. To my surprise, Ryan explained the ROI on the installation and turned out that a tankless was not appropriate for my application. I was impressed by his honesty and candid input. I did not opt for the tankless installation and saved thousands of dollars that never would have been recouped. He earned my trust and I will be calling him for my next plumbing service.

This provider was very honest and forthright. For example, before beginning the installation, he informed us due to the revised electrical code, we needed to have an electrician "hardwire" the electrical connection with a junction box and switch instead of a plug-in cord. He gave us the price up front before the installation. Ryan (Owner) and the installer, Seth answered our many questions and assured us if we had any further questions in the future they would be happy to answer those as well. After the hour-long installation, I noticed some minor scratches on the exterior of the heater. I called Ryan and asked him to locate some touch-paint so I could take care of them. He called the manufacturer a few times until he was able to persuade it to send me the paint. A few days later I received the touch-up paint and I was able to remove the scratches. I call this excellent customer service. I believe most plumbing companies would have just blown me off when I asked for the paint. The water heater works perfectly!

This company responded in about 4 hours after our call and sent a very polite man named Joe to fix our leak. He knew the problem right away and was done in no time. The cost for such a quick job was a little pricey, but that seems par for the course everywhere today. We were just happy to get the leak fixed so quick.

Joe cam even earlier than expected which was a very pleasant surprise. The company texted when they would be at my home. joe called me approximately 2 hours earlier and was promptly at my home to resolve the issue, in an expedient manner.

Their service needs improvement. When I spoke to the company about the service they werent nice about it and stated they wouldnt be back again to rectify the issue.

as an avid DIY'r, I had visions of a new master shower. removed all the old brass fixtures and successfully installed new hardware throughout. when it came to installing the new "delta trim" - as described by Delta Customer Service, " you won't need to change out the valves" - well, turns out, you do. Sent Ryan a text and pics along with what I was doing. He said if I have the new valves, which are, surprise, surprise, included with the "trim kit", he could send over someone. Well, next day. DONE! The young man, Seth(?), even double checked all my work on sinks and connections! Hope I NEVER need Ryan's team again; but at the first sight of trouble, text and send a pic!

I thought I had left precious reviews, but they seem to have disappeared. On this occasion I called Ryen to fix a minor leak from toilet he had installed. He responded immediately and said someone would arrive by 1 P.M. They were there at 12: 50, fixed the problem at 1/2 price. On previous occasions Ryan has installed two toilets, two faucets, fixed an outside hose connection and replaced a disposal. On all these jobs he has been responsive, professional, helpful, curtious and someone I would recommend with no reservations.

I called Ryan's Plumbing service around noon to see if they could come out that same day to fix a shower that wouldn't stop leaking. We left a message and they called back within an hour. They were able to come out the same day. We have had several handymen come and fix the shower but it would keep leaking. He was very honest with us and fixed the problem but said eventually we would need to replace the shower. We appreciated his honesty and the fact that they came out the same day. We would use them again in the future.

Had to call Ryan about a main stoppage. Water and sewage were coming out of the shower and bathtub drains etc... Very unpleasant emergency at a rental house. Ryan responded immediately, called the renters to get more details and sent someone out within 1.5 hours. Problem got fixed within one hour and no more trouble since. I hired Ryan several times over the past years and they were always reliable and fair. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

He arrived early and worked HARD for hours in the heat. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

I explained my problem with Ryan Thursday afternoon. He agreed it was very likely that I needed a replacement disposal. We scheduled an appointment for the following morning. One of his team showed up at the residence promptly, confirmed the diagnosis and replaced the disposal in short order. I'm very pleased with the experience.
