Description of Work: I can't say enough about the quality of the work performed and the professionalism that was shown to me by the Ryan Plumbing employee. I had an issue with my new homes kitchen sink along, toilet and bidet. All were fixed quickly and professionally by Seth.

Description of Work: Looked at my very old water heater. It was not heating. Joe, the technician, found the problem. What I really liked was that Joe explained everything to me and advised about what to do if it should happen again.

Description of Work: REPLACED HOT WATER HEATER FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND I CALLED THEM AT 5 P.M. THE NIGHT BEFORE. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND $100. CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER GUY WE CALLED WHO COULD NOT COME FOR 3 DAYS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Description of Work: Nothing - I would not hire them. Several other plumbers in this area have a standing price of $125.00 for what I received the quote over the phone for the job I wanted done. I called someone else and am very satisfied with the work and at a much lower price.

Description of Work: It was based on three specific things.

Description of Work: I hired them to work on a toilet. They advised me that the toilet needed to be replaced and were unable to work on it. However, they still charged me a service fee for coming to the house which I thought was unnecessary.

Description of Work: My refrigerator was leaking even after I thought I had shut off all the valves. I called for help, they came right away, figured out what was wrong, replaced hoses, cleaned up behind the fridge and it is fixed, like new. Thought I was going to have to buy a new fridge.

Description of Work: The guy was knowledgeable, good, professional, and worked quickly. I would recommend him and I would use him again.

Description of Work: We have called Ryan twice in the past year; first to mend a leaking toilet, as an emergency, then to clear drains and repair seond toilet. They were efficient in all respects. The work has proved solid, with no problems. One caveat...be aware of all appropriate offers, vouchers, reductions etc...they are not automatically offered.

Description of Work: Ryan came out and diagnosed my problem, and then explained what an easy and cheap DIY that problem generally is. He didn't charge me for the visit, and since I thought my husband would be interested in saving some money, I thanked him and he left. Well, my hubby is super busy with work right now, and he asked me to call Ryan back and schedule the repair, which I did. One of Ryan's workers came out to replace some of the insides of the toilet, and it did stop the irritating noise my toilet was making. I realized after he left that the toilet was still running intermittantly, so I called Ryan back and he came back out to re-check the job his guy did. When he realized that it was a different problem, he took the toilet apart, fixed it, and put it back together. He only charged me for the extra parts. He was very professional, and he did a thorough job.
