Description of Work: He was helpful at first but then ignored my phone call after he had serviced my sprinkler system and it was still faulty; he finally came back out two days later and said it would require another part which costed al lot more money. I had already spent around 300.00. He also came and checked a toilet for me and instead of a minor part, told me I needed to replace the whole toilet and got back to me with a very high estimate. |I was then surprised at the quoto and he called back with a little cheaper quoto a little under 500.00 |I did not have him fix it and found a local plumber with good references who came out and fixed my toilet part for 50.00. I did not need a new toilet. |He is a rip off !!!!!

Description of Work: Ryan's plumbing has never failed me. You get what you pay for and they do an excellent job. I would hire them again with no reservations.

Description of Work: Sent them to my condo where my parents live. Arrived as scheduled. |Took care of business and was very courteous to my parents. The young man who provided the service grew up nearby and discovered he went to school with my son, which was a pleasant surprise. I'll use them again if the need arises.

Description of Work: I had a pluged up sewer line backing up the toilets and showers in the house. They came over at midnight. Fixed the problem by snaking the line. But the cost was 500.00 wow. But we had to get it done and couldn't wait.

Description of Work: i used Ryans plumbing as they were listed in your website, happy with the reviews. I used them three times. !st time to replace a seal on toilet 2013. I used them to replace my water heater in 2014 and this year for a leaky pipe in the kitchen wall. Happy with Ryans service and his service people.

Description of Work: Ryan was employed to figure out how to permanently repair a sewer line that had been encroached by tree roots. Two options were determined. The implementation will occur in the Fall.

Description of Work: They did a lot - replaced 3 toilets, hooked up 4 faucets, instant hot, garbage disposal, put in new shower heads and trim in 2 bathrooms. Were very professional and respectful. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Called and they were very polite although they had a difficult time keeping track or who I was. The Plumber showed up on time but I was a little suprised by his attire. Company t-shirt, shorts, socks and slides/flips. He was very nice and did the job well. However it took less than 20 minutes and they charged $170 to replace three shut off valves. I wish I had known how easy it was because I replaced two more myself and it cost me $20 for the valves. Live and learn I suppose. |I have mixed feelings about using them again. The staff plumber dressed like he is heading to the beach and it was a bit pricy, but at the same time the service was good.

Description of Work: They are totally foroot about the appointment until I called an hour passed appointment time then 1.5 hour later they show up. Leaking was toilet tank has cracks but they did not have the material with them so I decided to make another appointment with them but they charged 140 just for 20 min. check up, I was not happy, decided not to use them again.

Description of Work: Young plumber had some issues and left work unfinished. Ryan himself came next day and fixed the problems. The down side of that was having to pay for another service call. However the work was done quickly and he apologized for my inconvenience. I would use him again because he corrected it quickly.
