All bibbs were checked to determine if they were standard. An original installation problem was cited and remedy suggested. Price was determined and the job was done quickly. I am very pleased with the results.

A handyman and 2 other plumbers could neither find nor fix this leak. Also, Ryan returned at no additional fee to follow up. He is an outstanding plumber and a fine gentleman.

It went exceedingly well. Ryan and his team were always on time and always cleaned up after they were done working. It was, overall, a very positive experience.

Called Ryan's after finding them on Angie's list. Explained the problem over the phone to Ryan. After explaining the hot water heater would have to be replaced, he provided me with a phone number and directions to see if my old unit was still under warranty. (No luck). George showed up on time, (inside a two hour bracket), was professional, and helpfull. He showed me how to maintain the unit to extend the service life, and even took a few minutes to explain how I could fix a different plumbing issue inside my house. Although I thought it was expensive for the job, the price was about the same, (or cheaper) than the other contractors I contacted. The final price was the estimate Ryan had given me over the phone, (to the penny), no surprises. I would definately call this company again.

I contacted Ryan while being a little skeptical of Angie's list, but I found Ryan's Plumbing to be excellent. He came and finished the job the same day I called. The price was reasonable. He was courteous and professional. I have no complaints and was very satisfied with the work.

I needed a plumber so I used Angie's List and found Ryan Plumbing. I called Ryan to schedule an appointment to replace my water heater. He sent a plumber named George and George showed up right on schedule and explained everything he had to do, he was very polite and explained he had to make some changes in the piping to protect my home from flooding. He did it in a timely manor was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend Ryan Plumbing.

Got name from Angie's List & called Ryan. He asked for the list of our problems & had me send a photo of the tub mechanism to his phone. We scheduled an appointment for him to make a formal estimate & he showed up on time. While at the condo, he scoped out the job(s) & made some of the simple repairs, but needed to get specialty parts, as well as coordinate with the condo association. Two days later, George came--on time in the morning--to do the bulk of the work, and then Ryan came again in the afternoon to finish the tub & walk through everything with me. The costs were in line with the estimate, other than the additional work that we added to the project. They were both very professional & went out of their way to explain what they were doing & also how to maintain the plumbing. One telling example: we were prepared to buy & install a new disposal, but Ryan showed us what the problem was & how to fix it if necessary, rather than 'upselling' us a new one. Best experience ever with plumbers!

Our water heater was making a very loud noise in the middle of the night. When I looked at it, it was about to explode from corrosion at the seams. The tank couldn?t be drained and I knew something needed to be done immediately. I found Ryan Plumbing on Angie?s list and called first thing in the morning. Ryan responded within a few minutes. He was able to squeeze us in that same day. George showed up in the afternoon and replaced the corroded water heater with a new one. George was very prompt, calling me to tell me he was on his way and when he arrived he was prepared with everything and ready to work. He kept the area very clean and did a very professional and clean job replacing the water heater. I will definitely use Ryan Plumbing again as I was impressed with both Ryan and George and the manner in which they provide their services. Nice job guys!

First call was on a Sunday. He was the only one who was responsive. Responded promply on serveral future calls when I called him.

Went great. He came when he said he would and did all the immediate stuff, then set an appointment for two days later with his assistant. His assistant was a bit late, but also very good and professional. I appreciated Ryan's pride in good workmanship and doing things right the first time. Also his expectations of his workers.

Today is Friday. On Wednesday afternoon I registered with Angie's List, my first choice was Ryan Plumbing. I spoke to Ryan later Wednesday afternoon. Upon request he advised me what brands of faucets to buy at the hardware store, which I did Thursday. By around 10:45 this a.m. George had completed every thing and went the extra mile. George is highly skilled and experienced, most cooperative and pleasant. He also had the right parts and tools. He did an excellent job, and left the work place clean.

Stated possible scenerio considering information I gave him on the phone; clearly outlined costs; made appointment for following day; arrived within 30 minutes of appointment; found the leak approximately 8 feet in front of the water meter; dug up the pipe; showed me the leak; fixed the leak; waited approximately 30 minutes for repair to dry; rechecked the repair...gave me my Angie's List discount which I had not noticed; took my check and left!

It went like clockwork, very professional and responsive. They're a little pricey(in my opinion, I haven't compared to others)but the quality of the work is superior. I called in the morning, they came by within an hour by luck, assessed the problem, called me to say they would come back the next day to do the work. They came the next day as promised, diagnosed the leak, fixed it, and improved my existing system at the same time. Then, George the fella that did the work, called me and gave me the scoop on the problem and the solution and suggested some more tips for the future. Later, Ryan called me to follow up too. They also suggested a public adjuster to help me with the insurance claim since the leak damaged some of my cabinetry. No problems, they know what they're doing, and I feel like they didn't charge me for a bunch of stuff I don't need.

It was late Friday afternoon when I discovered the my electric hot water heater had sprung a leak. I check Angie's List for recommended plumbers. The report on record was promising, so I contacted Ryan Plumbing. The owner answered my call and quoted a replacement for $650. I told him that I could wait until Monday for the work to be done, but he suggested that he could have his man, George, pick up a unit and install in Saturday morning at 9am. Because he pays his help time and a half for weekends, Ryan asked me to forego the $25 coupon, which I agreed to. Promptly at 9am George arrived and set to work. When the job was completed to the plumbers satisfaction, I inspected the work area and was pleased with the neat job and the area surrounding the heater. He presented me with an invoice for $695 which may have accounted for some additional piping and a valve replacement. Later that evening, I noticed that my driveway was stained with rust from the old heater and that I had lost water pressure throughout the house. I called Ryan and he sounded dubious, but arranged for the George to return on Monday morning. Promptly at 8:30am, the plumber arrived and told me that he thought that he noticed the outside shutoff valve was sticking on Saturday. After a few taps on the valve, he was able to get the water flowing again without restriction. He then presented me with a bill for minimum service call of $95. This time I used the $25 discount coupon. We I asked if he had anything to remove the rust stains, he suggested that I have the driveway pressure cleaned. It is my opinion that George should have checked the water pressure before saying that the job was complete and that more care should have been taken to prevent the rust stains. Although the new heater was installed, I feel that I was taken advantage of and will probably not use Ryan Plumbing again.

I called Ryan, he answered and made an appointment that was convenient for me. He estimated the cost and charged exactly that. He was professional, respectful and resolved the problem. I subsequently called about a problem with my kitchen sink disposal. He suggested a solution on the telephone free of charge which worked (that's generous!). I recommend him highly and without reservation.

He was punctual and his charge was very reasonable. It is obvious that he likes his work and is conscious about his reputation.

They have been excellent. The owner answered the phone, he was very nice and he was very good at giving me different options on my problems. He tried to avoid excessive work and they seemed very honest.

I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon when the first machine couldn't get the job done he asked if he could come back in the morning because he didn't have the bigger machine with him. I explained we were having company the next night so we needed it fixed ASAP and he called someone else to come out and get it done then. The second guy came out about 15 minutes later and was just as nice as the first and finished the job.

They were on time and cleaned up everything well. They did a great job. They explained everything and we would definitely recommend them.

When trying to take a bath in the middle of the night, I found that my hot water heater had malfunctioned. First thing in the morning, I found Ryan Plumbing on Angie's List. I waited until 9am to call them and my call was answered by a human rather than a machine. I told her the problem and she quoted a price. When I agreed, she told me the company had a man at a construction site near me and they would pull him off and send him to my house. She said it would be about two hours. In exactly, two hours and five minutes, the Ryan Plumbing truck pulled up. The worker was polite and efficient and it took him a couple of hours to finish. The work was excellent and he left a clean worksite.
