It went well. The only thing negative I would have to say would be that Ryan implied that he would come reset the toilet and he sent his assistant to do it. If I would have known that I would have just let the company that did the remodel supply their plummer.

The facilities in the bathroom were stopped up. Boynton Beach is the water supplier in that area. They came out and could not locate a clean out in the sewer line. They found a way to back flush from a manhole and the line was cleaned. A week later it was stopped up again. The Boynton Beach water department said there was no sewer clean out and would not do anything more. I called Ryan Plumbing in the morning and was told the first appointment would be in the afternoon. They called early afternoon and a meeting was scheduled. He arrived at the appointed time. He gave me an estimate and explained the fees. The work was completed in about an hour. The blockage of cloth was removed from the sewer line. It is now functioning OK.

My experience with Ryan Plumbing Company was excellent. The plumber who came out was a nice person. He had a nice personality. He was very courteous. He was very clean in working. He cleaned up after himself. He did an excellent job. He made several suggestions that were helpful. He was very responsive and very punctual. I have used his services two to three times and I would use him again in the future.

We didn’t use him. He was very nice. We thought it was a small leak and it ended up to be a redoing of the bathroom. He was professional. He got back to us immediately but then we found that we had to redo the whole room. He was quick at responding to his phone. He found out the situation and was going to come and look at it. I think he was in the middle of a job. He was supposed to get back to us with somebody but he never contacted us again. He didn’t actually come out. We would call him again because he was quick to respond.

Ryan Shore came to my home initially to locate a leak. My home is being renovated and my contractor had noticed that the water meter was still running even after all the water had been turned off. I had selected Ryan because of the 88 A ratings having been given by Angie's List customers. Ryan was very professional. He explained his rates and told me that a new shut-off valve was needed for my house before any other work could be performed. Ted was dispatched the next day and completed that job prior to determining the source of the leak. The leak was then discovered and repaired. My contractor also determined that Ryan's services would be required for the welding projects in my master bathroom. Ted returned another day to complete that aspect of the job. Ted always arrived on time and explained each procedure to me, prior to commencing with them. After the job was completed, there was no evidence that any work had been done.

They were punctual and came at the earliest. He had all the parts and required equipments to fix them. He ensured to seal under the toilet and the cocked the same. He was honest and advised me that I was entitled for a discount. He was very meticulous and he work he did was worth the price. He cleaned the entire place before he left. He never gave any excuses and was very responsive. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

I called Ryan up when I noticed the hot water tank had a slight leak. He picked up and installed a 40 gallon Bradford-White water heater. The installation was straightforward and Ryan made it look easy even though the garage was beastly hot. We were pleased with the high quality of the water heater, the quality of the installation, the price and Ryan does clean up the site afterwards. He is also very easy to get in touch with. I am writing this review at the request of my friend, Irv Marholin, who used Ryan Plumbing. He wanted to install a new toilet and I found Ryan Plumbing on Angies List. Based on the number of positive reviews I encouraged him to call. Ryan promptly gave him an estimate on the phone which was acceptable and was able to do the job the following morning. He arrived when he said he would, did the job and left the house in the same condition when finished. All in all my friend was thrilled and is enjoying his new toilet.

He does a lot with Angie's List and advertises in all the little books. I will use him again in the future.

Completely professional from start to finish. Ryan explained everything up front and even quoted the price over the phone. Very pleased with the work and would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

We had a pipe leak on the first floor and after some search on Angies list, I called Ryan for some advise. We made an appointment and he personally showed up for the job, first thing in the am. Our small leak was actually a lot bigger (a pipe in the concrete between water heater and half bath on first floor). After we discussed the options, he recommended we clean a closet so that he can get some access to the valves. Also, rather than wait and charge us for his time while we were cleaning, he suggested we do some of the work (move things around, space to work ..etc.,) and set up another appointment for the same afternoon for one of his guys to do the work. On the meanwhile, he also suggested we get a water mitigation company to start the cleaning and drying process . He recommended Sunshine State Water Restoration, Mike Schultz is the owner. I had no idea what these people do before that, but they are invaluable and a must if you want to have any insurance claims accepted. (the Sunshine team was very good, professional and thorough and would recommend them as well ? but that?s another post). Ryan?s team completed the pipe rerouting and got us the water back running in no time. They took excellent care of their surroundings and where hole were cut in the drywall, they were square and precise, which makes the re-attaching or re-sheet-rocking a much easier process. Overall, I am very please with the responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism of the Ryan team. I believe we paid a fair price (about $500 or so). I would recommend their services to any looking for some plumbing work.

I guess everyone can have a bad day, but I have to submit a report that is totally negative because a report of an true experience is the purpose of this site. My experience (again, I guess everyone can have an off day) was exactly like like a rip-off scam artist operation, but I don't believe that was the intent. I needed to replace the outdoor master shutoff valve for my house. Ryan lives in my development. He has wonderful reviews on Angie's List, and we had a wonderful conversation on the phone. He promised to come out at an appointed time. His worker, not Ryan, showed up an exactly at the appointed time. That ended the good experience. Estimate was signed. Work completed in half the time. Final bill was for 3/4 time plus $20 for an outdoor valve, $4 for a 90-degree copper joint, and $5 for "Misc." Okay. Whatever. Paid $124 cash plus a $10 tip for Florida heat. Worker comes back in 20 minutes saying that Ryan told him to collect another $50 over the signed contract amount because Ryan told him that the outdoor valve replacement was a set $175 charge. I paid the extra $50 because I didn't want to get Ryan's worker in trouble, but I told the worker to tell Ryan that I thought the whole situation was untenable. Later, I went out to look at the valve, and it was leaking, which was the problem I wanted fixed in the first place. I called Ryan. The worker came back out and fixed the leaky fix. Ryan never contacted me to resolve or reconcile or apologize. SadIy, can't recommend this guy. It only takes a tiny bit of customer service to resolve issues. Apparently, It's not in his personality or business plan.

Ryan arrived on time and went right to work. He fixed my kitchen faucet and showed me how to put the pull out part back carefully so that it did not get pinched. In the tub I had a drip and the part was ordered and will be in in a few days and he will call me to reschedule anothe appointment to install. My one toilet was running to long and he adjusted it. Over all the work was superior and very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend Ryan Plumbing to all my friends and family.

While installing the hoses the plumber was not careful, broke the washing machine hookup box and busted a water pipe. Water started gushing out from the walls. The plumber ran to shut off the water from the main water valve and said the main water valve was not working, so shut the water off at the main water sewer line. So what started out as a simple job to just change the water hoses to the washing machine box has turned into a nightmare. Ryan's employee repaired the box, and pipe, and charged these additional labor hours to me, blaming it on my pipes. Ryan suggested I should change the main water shut off valve since it wasn't working. I agreed. They replaced the main water shut off valve with a poor quality valve. The new valve Ryan installed isn't rust proof and is rusting. Now I have another problem that I will have to repair. I never called him to fix this problem because I don't ever want this plumber at my house again.

Ryan plumbing staff were punctual, professional, quite knowledgable, and friendly/easy to work with. The owner, Mr. Ryan, made the initial visit in which we discussed various projects and options. He installed the garbage disposal unit at that time. One of Ryan's plumbers, Ted, came by several days later, as scheduled, and completed the other work. His work was efficient and professional, and he was very easy to work with. The work was all completed to our satisfaction that day in a reasonable time frame. Two minor observations. Ryan's hourly rate may be a bit high compared to other local plumbing services, so it may be good to get multiple estimates for more significant projects. The good news -- discounts may be available for Angie's list members and seniors with Ryan Plumbing. Also regarding pricing, as with any service provider, it is important to be very clear about the agreed upon price for services and products, and what is (and is not) included in the estimate or quote. Second, the plumber stated that if we made any adjustment to the pre-set thermostat on on the newly installed Bradford-White water heater, it would void the warranty. A quick review of the owner's manual and warranty material, along with a call to Bradford-White Customer Service, revealed that the this is NOT the case. in fact, the unit is designed to allow fairly easy thermostat adjustment by the user, with appropriate warnings regarding potential dangers from setting too high. Overall, as indicated above, we had a positive experience with Ryan Plumbing and would call upon them again.

I called Ryan in the late evening, and he had a plumber come to my home the next day. The plumber showed up on time, was professional, got the line replaced and glued down properly, and cleaned up the job area well. He had the whole job done in an hour. Overall, a great experience.

Ryan is easy to work with and does a top job. He tries to repair fixtures rather than replace them, and makes sure the job is done right. We bought our dishwasher at Brands Mart, but did not use their installers. We used Ryan, and are happy we did.

Everything went well. They were very personable and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Ryan handled an emergency Hot Water heater replacement on one of my rental properties. The HWH was under warranty at home depot so he brought the old back and exchanged it for a superior model . Permits were prepared. All was handled in a matter of 3 hours from my original call. I am a Realtor specializing in foreclosures , and handle over 450 properties per year. I have already started using Ryan on one of my major clients accounts, and he remains fairly priced and available for emergencies. Glad to have used Angies list to find this quality plumber. see above We have since called them back two more times for two different problems and they were always always punctual, tidy and did the job well. Can't rate them high enough.

They did an excellent job. They came here and set up the roughing. They scheduled their returns in a timely manner. They were able to do the work within the original estimate and on time so no other trade was interrupted. They were very professional. Ryan himself came out to inspect and set the job up. Then he brought the other guy out with him and did the basic layout. It was a pretty complicated job and they had to do quite a lot of piping in the wall. This was not the first time I used Ryan. I had used him to do another bathroom two years ago and that's why I called him back because he did good work then. He really worked with me on this and he also put in a pump for me as well so that I can keep all the shower puff let it go on when I wanted to. He also made suggestion on how I can save water by not using them all the time. He was very good and very professional. He is not a cheapest guy around but he's well worth for what you pay him.
