They were the most highly recommended on Angie's List. I have never been more disappointed in my life. I paid $249 for nothing! Nobody told me what the charge was before they came. No one told me there would be a charge for the truck. Nobody told me anything, they just came. They spent an hour here and told me that I needed a new faucet. And that was $249.

My husband and I were cutting branches off a large tree and a branch landed on our water main. The water was gushing and we shut it off. We called Ryan's Plumbing because we had used him before from Angie's list. I called him and he instantly called me back. Ryan, on a late Saturday afternoon, stopped what he was doing and was at my house in no more than 15 minutes. He is super fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared. We couldn't be happier with his work. The last time he was able to fix our hot water heater quickly and that was after hours as well. We will definitely use him again. He is officially our plumber!

Our contractors obviously didn't know plumbing and our new shower drizzled water like rain sprinkles. I called Ryan at the end the yesterday and was at my home before noon the following day. He showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it correctly. WOW good job!

Excellent experience! Ryan arrived with the new water heater, disconnected the old unit and we had hot water in less than an hour. He also replaced several worn hot and cold water valves under the kitchen sink in record time. We plan to have him install a hot/cold water shutoff valve in the laundry room next month.

Overall the service and information provided on calling Kohler to request parts was very thorough. We would recommend and use again.

Tad showed up on time and worked hard at completing the job. Old, corroded pipes and valves made it a difficult task which he completed without a break. When you pay a plumber these days, it's important that they "stay on task" as service is charged by the hour. Tad did just that and finished a difficult job in 90 minutes.

He answered my telephone message promptly, he arrived on time and finished the job quickly.

I was so pleased that the service call was made with 2 days. It was not an emergency; however, it was the Christmas holiday. He explained that he was being paid hourly and made sure that he stayed within the time frame promised.

I called Ryan at 10:30 AM on a Tuesday, left a message, got a call back from Ryan himself about twenty minutes later. Ryan said he was in Royal Palm and could be to my place in thirty minutes to an hour. He met with my wife on time and immediately went through a number of options with me on the phone and with my wife in person. He handled himself professionally and told both my wife and I exactly how much he charged up front and that's how much we paid. He even honored a coupon off his website. During the visit, Ryan alerted my wife and I to a potential problem with the cutoff valve outside the house and gave us an estimate. It was very professional of him. Fixed a kitchen faucet that was about to fall off. Ryan explains up front his hourly minimum for even a small job like this. Ryan was very polite, on time, and cleaned up after himself. He even explained the correct tools I would need to do the job myself in the future without having the expensive if it happened again. Would hire again.

I've used them several times, may be 3 or 4 times. It's a wonderful company. They've really been prompt. They've always kept the area that they are working on clean. They fix it and give me the price ahead of time and that's the price that it remains. I am very, very happy with them. Their punctuality is excellent as the guy is here when he says he's going to be here. Their responsiveness and professionalism are excellent.

Ryan Plumbing is one of the most, if not the most responsive plumbers in the South Florida area. Dealing with a flood situation in my home was extremely stressful, but I felt very comforted as soon as Ryan Plumbing arrived. They took charge of the leak, isolated the problem, and gave me a very reasonable explanation of what happened, and what needed to be fixed. My options were explained clearly, he quoted me a very reasonable price, and fixed the problem immediately. Based on the situation, the price was extremely reasonable, and Ryan showed interest in truly helping me. He spoke perfect english and was able to communicate my problem perfectly to me (a lamen) and his work was immaculate. Not like some other plumbers that leave the job dirtier than when they arrived ! Then, after his work was done, rather than just leaving my home when the pipe was fixed, he helped me arrange people to remove the water and dry out the home. They came within 30 minutes, so my damages were very minimal, and I was barely disrupted at all when my washing machine water pipe broke. His team is definitely well set up and organized for typical day to day plumbing disasters ! Ryan Plumbing is #1 in my book.....

Fantastic. I would recommend Ryan to everyone. Old houses can be a pain because replacement parts are usually not standard. Ryan did a great job, he was prompt, and price was very fair.

Renter had been complaining about her faucet not working. Maintenance company did not even change a washer yet said it needed replacing and wanted to charge $250 or more. I called Ryan, who has done work for me in my own home and another rental, and he was there quickly, attempted to repair the faucet in order to save me money. When that did not work, he bought a new faucet and only charged me the retail for the faucet (even gave me a copy of the receipt!) and his basic visit fee. He is pleasant to deal with, and very professional and gets the job done.
