Replaced some flaps and adjusted flushing mechanism. He did a GREAT job! Will defintely use again.

The handle of my outside faucet broke completely off. Ryan came himself. He checked the outside faucet and found that the hose bib was mounted to the block wall and covered with brick, so he could not replace the faucet without great expense to me. He had to find the same type of handle (bib) to replace the parts. Fortunately he knew of a place where he might obtain a handle. He had to leave to go get it. He was back within an hour and finished the job. I really like this company.

Ryan is the best plumber, not only smart, but willing to work with you and your schedule. I initially contacted him about 4 toilets that we had, that had started "running". I had checked online and found that the brand and the units were no longer available, but he asked me to send him pictures from my phone and he would look into. Couple of hours later, he sent text that they were indeed discontinued and the of all the parts he could find, he could only repair 2 of the 4. So I asked for a recommendation and he sent the unit names and numbers so that I could search and see if I liked and then if I could find a better price than his!! We agreed and he ordered and advised when they were ready, in about 4 hours, all new toilets, no muss, no fuss!! He later came out to look at the kitchen sinks "fancy" sprayer, and recommended, again, how the find the correct part, and I installed DYI style, SAVING me $500. Ryan is the best at going with the flow!!

When first called, he suggested a local store to get replacement handles to save us money. Handles were frozen on. The fee he quoted was what was charged even though replacement proved more labor-intensive than thought. Work was done quickly and done well. Very pleased.

Amazing! This was not an emergency, but Ryan found time in his schedule to do the job the day after I called. Estimate was fair and final cost was very close. I would definitely call Ryan Plumbing again and recommend them highly. Was delightful to have Ryan and Joe on the job--very professional men.

I had a great experience with Ryan and his company. I called him in the morning, and he was able to come later that day to fix my broken recirculating pump and thermostat for my hot water heater. Ryan thoroughly explained the issues with my hot water heater. His prices were reasonable. In fact, I had approved an $80 increase in his quoted price to me, and he was able to reposition my recirculating pump so that he didn't have to charge me that additional fee. I will definitely recommend and use Ryan's company for my plumbing needs in the future.

He saves me a lot of money. He's very honest and I trust him to fix anything I have. He's my hero. He's a top notch guy.

I discovered the leak on a Sunday night and called Ryan and left a voice mail. I was so panicked that I called one of those 24 hours plumbers. The 24-hour plumber came in a an hour as pomised but almost immediately told me that he could not help me. He told me that I needed sonar to find the leak. Ryan called me back late that night and told me to cancel the other plumber because he would be at my house first thing Monday morning. He was at my house by 8:30, found the leak the old fashioned way, gave me a written estimate and then worked around my crazy schedule to solve my problem. I have used Ryan in the past and find him to be very reasonable, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Ryan for all your plumbing needs.

Ryan was very responsive, on time, and always followed through with any promises for calls back, appointments, etc. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs. He was professional, and did a beautiful job for us (and at a very reasonable price). We are extremely satisfied with his work, and will most certainly call on him again in the future should we need any additional plumbing work done.

Ryan came out when promised and the work was done as promised. My only comment would be that since the customer is charged by the hour there is no real incentive to work quickly. While this may be industry standard, I believe if the work had been all done by Ryan instead of Ryan handing off the work to his assistant, the job would have been done more quickly . That is not to say the job was not well done, it just took longer than I think it should have. Also, when you come to my house to do a job in my opinion you should have all the parts you would need for that job. Because it took 45 minutes ( at 95.00 an hour rate) to go pick up the parts needed to complete the job. That time was not subtracted from the invoice.

I called Ryan Plumbing about a sprinkler pump that needed to be replaced. He was able to get to me quickly and had the replacement parts on the truck so he was able to make the repairs in one visit. I called a couple of landscaping/irrigation companies and they were more expensive. Ryan was professional and was also friendly and honest. I will use him again and recommend to friends.

As soon as he looked at the problem he explained that sometimes his trick worked and sometimes not always which could lead to bringing in a big machine and it would cost a lot more money. Then he told me all the plumbing was wrong and that was the problem and it needed to be corrected as the sink was emitting toxic gases (which was dangerous as its sewer gases, i live in condo on the 2nd floor)I've lived here for 8 years and had never been told that,(have had plumbers in the past, but I called you as I just joined Angie's list), and unfortunately as a single woman I had the nagging feeling I was being preyed upon. He did fix problem and was very efficient.

Called at 9am and was told pricing up front. Professional and courteous plumber(Joe) showed up at my front door at 10am. and was finished in less than 40 minutes including diagnosis, troubleshooting and mitigation. Joe even double checked his work to make sure all was well. I have no reason to ever look for another plumbing company.

Associate very polite, considerate and professional. Was necessary to reschedule appointment for following afternoon due to time constraints. Overall they did a terrific job and will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I called Soltys Plumbing and they sent someone to look at my gas water heater. They were the ones who installed it 6 years earlier. They said it was an electrician's issue. The electrician came out and said it was the unit's problem. I called back Solty's and they said the warranty was up and they couldn't find the problem and I had to buy a new heater for $2,600. I called Ryan on Saturday and at time and a half, it was a little expensive, but he told me that up front. He trouble shot it and he called the service center and it was fixed.

I initially thought their prices were high and they didn't apply the visit charge to the work (which was unusual), but they were so willing to fill the minimum hour with other requests that I forgave this for the overall experience.

I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, prompt and pleasant. I will use them again if I have any plumbing needs in the future.
