Description of Work: to whom I CAN'T THANK ANGIE'S LIST ENOUGH THESE GUYS WERE GREAT. THEY WERE NEAT, & FAST DID EVERYTHING WITH PROFESSIONALISM. WE WERE VERY HAPPY & WOULD NOT HESTITATE TO USE THEN AGAIN.

Description of Work: I contacted Ryan to have some work done because I had a very positive experience with him in the past. This time, I needed to have a faucet replaced (with a new one I had obtained), another faucet fixed, and a running toilet repaired. Ryan quoted me a price that seemed very high compared with what he charged me for similar work a few months ago. In addition, I wanted him to be the one to do the work, and he wanted me to use another plumber who works for him. He said that even if I booked the appointment with him (Ryan) he might have to change it or send the other plumber at the last minute if something else came up. I said, "why would you put someone ahead of me if you have an appointment with me?" and he said, "It might be an emergency." I wondered (but didn't ask) why he wouldn't be able to send the other plumber to the emergency, if that plumber was equally well-qualified. At this point, I began to feel that Ryan just didn't want the job, so I said I'd think it over and get back to him if I wanted to make the appointment. I contacted a different plumber, also from Angie's list, who came out this morning and did all the work -- very carefully and competently -- for about half what Ryan would have charged. Although I was happy with Ryan's work the first time we used him, I would not use him again.

Description of Work: Replacement of sewer pipe done efficiently and timely

Description of Work: We had granite countertops installed and a new sink, and the drains for the new sink did not line up with the existing plumbing. I called Ryan Plumbing in the morning and they were here the same day. Ted was courteous, looked at what needed to be done and worked quickly and installed brand new plumbing. He finished within the hour and cleaned up after he was done. A+ for his service.

Description of Work: Ryan gave me an estimate through e-mail for two things we needed fixed (a wobbling kitchen faucet and a leak in the toilet). We made an appointment, and Ryan showed up on time this morning. By the time he arrived, we had THREE things needing repair (the third thing was a leak under the bathroom sink). Ryan was able to solve all three problems for substantially less than his initial estimate. He also counseled us about what type of fixtures to buy in the future to avoid some of the problems we were dealing with, and recommended that we contact the manufacturer of the kitchen fixture to get an upgraded replacement because the model we bought was the worst one they ever made. He said that if we needed to replace it in the future, we'd already have the new faucet on hand, and would only need to have him come in to swap out the new one with the one we have now. Ryan was so thorough and professional. He worked quickly and got everything done in record time, while still being careful to check that everything was properly done. We have total confidence that he knows what he is doing, is honest, and has his customer's best interests at heart. He is a true professional, and is the only plumber we plan to use in the future. We will recommend him to all of our friends.

Description of Work: Replace Bathroom facet. Replaced an outside tap that wouldn't turn off. Also had to put an extension on the pipe under the sink to make it straight.

Description of Work: I broke a sprinkler system line, which had no shut off. Ryan responded quickly, diagnosed and repaired the leak, explained the problems with the design of the system, and provided suggestions for future managment.

Description of Work: We have had a water leak in the bathroom that looked like it was coming from the wall. Ryan came the same day we called him and found the problem. It was the wax seal around the toilet but it looked like it was coming from somewhere else He removed the toilet and found that it had been improperly installed. He corrected the problem and replaced the wax seal. He cleaned up and caulked around the base. It is perfect now. I would call him again and I recommend him.

Description of Work: Ryan Plumbing called to let me know that the part came in for my tub and we set up the date for him to come and finish the repair. He showed up on time and was done in less that one half hour. Tub no longer drips and he was efficient, neat and clean and I would definitely call them again any time I have a plumbing issue.

Description of Work: Very responsive and fair. Called him the day before he came. He arrived on time with the necessary parts and tools. Got us a part at his cost and installed it professionally. He also installed several shower handle units and a roman tub faucet unit. Friendly, honest and hardworking.

Description of Work: We had some issues with the toilet flushing. He came out to check, and he found self-cleaning tabs clogging the pipe.
