I was very happy with what they did. I liked their willingness to get wet and go in to look for the leak, which I didn't expect.

DON'T ASK FOR A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT! My wife and I both work full time. We needed a Sat. appointment due to our schedules. Called the company two weeks in advance to get that day. Seemed like a hassle to get it but after a call back and forth to the local office (Bonita Springs, FL) they did offer me what I needed. Great I thought. During the two weeks leading up to that Saturday, (2/28) I was called three times to try and change it. Each time I said no I'm sorry I would like to be home for this appointment and need Saturday. One of those calls I was even told they don't have a tech for Sat. I said wait a minute, I specifically made arrangements this far in advance to get this date, what's the deal? She told me "let me call you back" which she did a short time later and then said we were still on for Sat. When that Saturday comes, (today) and after the window I was told they would arrive past, I called. This time the person on the phone said "let me have the tech call you and give you an ETA." She called back a few minutes later then proceeded to tell me that the tech's wife just had a baby and he would not be coming. Are you kidding me? Even if that was true I had to call YOU to find this out? She did offer to have another tech come out in an hour and a half, two hours. I did accept that because I did not want to go through the hassle of trying to find another company to come out but I certainly don't have a very good feeling this company. I'm not going to hold my breath that this person will show up and I will guess he's not going to be in a great mood because now he's working a Sat. he didn't expect to. Certainly worried about the job I might get. I will post again to let you know what ends up happing. UPDATE Well I will have to admit that Steyn the branch manager who came out was very professional and I think did a good job in detecting the leak and temporarly fixing it. Presented the option for a more permanent solution and we are considering it.

A rep from Red Rhino first came out to diagnose where the leaks were in the pool and did a temporary patch. Before this I was losing 2" of water daily from my pool. After the temporary fix I was losing no more water and knew the leaks were properly pinpointed. A part was ordered and within days they sent someone out to do the repairs. It was a whole day job with extensive manual labor and very messy. When the job was completed the repairman cleaned up wonderfully! I was very impressed. I would recommend Red Rhino!

They were right on time, right on target, and cleaned up the job very well. They had to jackhammer and then repair some concrete. The estimated price was accurate.

First off, the rep I had spoken with by the name of Rosa (trust me, ask for her when you call) was respectful and showed genuine concern about my problem. I don't have much knowledge when it comes to pools so the honesty of what needed to be done was very professional on her part. I answered a quick few questions regarding my pool and had an appointment set up. The pricing can be a little high but the job was done correctly and that is what really matters.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. After the initial contact they scheduled a detection visit within a week. Payment is due at time of service and credit against repair is applied if you choose to do the repair within a month. We scheduled them the day they were there and they returned within 5 days. They are very polite, very neat, very punctual and a pleasure to work with. I hope we don't need them again but if we do we will call them without hesitation.

The Red Rhino techs were very professional. Called to let me know they were n their way, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote to repair the leak. I set an appointment for the next week and they again showed up on time ready to work. After a couple hours of work they informed me that the leak could not be repaired how they had planned due to a prior repair that was done before I owned the home that was not done correctly and the cost would be a little more because they now had to demo the prior repair and install a new sump and main drain. I agreed to the new price and they quickly and professionally fixed the issue.

I am very happy with the service I received. Our pool service recommended Red Rhino, and I am happy they did. From the initial call to the service, I am not sure how it could have gone better. The process and cost was explained thoroughly on the phone. Steyn arrived exactly when he said he would, and tested every part of the pool and equipment completely. He showed me where the leaks (4 of them!) were, and repaired them. We discussed the age and condition of the pool, and he gave me advice on equipment and care.

They were very good. They were really nice and did a great job. I would refer them to anyone.

Top notch professionals. Communication was great, from scheduling through to arrival times and email follow ups. They pinpointed the leak and being a Mr. Fix It myself, I chose to dig down under the skimmer and see what the problem was. It was a horizontal crack at the bottom of an elbow attached to the tailpipe of the skimmer. I did a temporary fix of epoxy putty, Rescue Tape, and a band clamp and it didn't leak a drop. However, I wanted something that was more permanent but did not want to proceed if the repair process damaged the piping such that I would have to replace the entire skimmer, a cost of over $1,000. I explained this to the technician when he arrived and he assured me that he could make the fix, which in fact he did. Eric and Eli and Red Rhino deserve a Big Shout Out for the way a job should be done, from soup to nuts.

795I purchased a discount coupon from my Angie's List so I saved $100.00. The company was very punctual. Initially they sent out a two-man crew that spent several hours detecting where the leak was coming from. They were professional and thorough, diving into the pool several times to do their inspection. After they found the leak, they took pictures and shared them with us. This phase of repairs cost $295.00.Approximately a week later, another contractor came out to do the actual repair. Again, he worked patiently, using the previously taken pictures to deetrmine where the leak was.He got to work and drilled and drilled until he found the location of the leaks.The repairs were done to the pipes and the deck was re-cemented.This phase cost $795.00 less the $100.00 discount. So for $695 the leak was repaired, and the pool is no longer losing water.The job includes a one year warranty. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company

The technician came at exactly the time arranged. He was pleasant, friendly and interested in my issue-an air leak within my pool system that produced bubbles from the returns and no suction for the pool vacuum to use. He pressurized all the suction lines-3x-found no leak within the lines and then tested the pump. There was a minimal air leak from the pump, but according to him, not sufficient enough to produce my issue. He communicated with his boss via phone for other hints to examine to determine the etiology of my issue. After testing, determined (as much as he could) that the issue is probably my pump...a leak perhaps in the internal seal, or the impeller...things he does not do. He was apologetic that he could not resolve my issue while he was there, but at least he ruled out the suction lines. I have ordered a new pump and will install it...hopefully my issue will disappear.

I started suspecting a leak in my pool a few weeks ago. I stared measuring the daily water loss and confirmed I had a leak (over 1/2 an inche of daily water loss). I called Red Rhino and scheduled a leak detection appointment. I paid $350 for the leak detection which I thought was a little over priced. They did find the leak and made a temporary fix. Red Rhino's employee (Pat) was very helpful. I scheduled a proper leak fix and another team member came and fixed the leak. Again, the employee was very professional and very helpful. I was charged another $350 to fix the leak (empty my spa, remove the concrete, add new concrete/cement and re-finish the spot). This time I thought that $350 was pretty cheap. The total cost was $700. I think the global price is reasonable / normal for the problem I had. In my opinion, I just believe that $350 for the leak detection is over priced but $350 for fixing the leak is inexpensive.

The work was excellent and I cannot say enough about Red Rhino. I hope there will be no more leaks, but if they do occur by all means I would hire Red Rhino to do the work.

I was very impressed with the overall service experience by this very personal, knowledgeable, and professional young man. On top of that he was able to fix my costly leak.

They are craftsmen, not only has my leak been eliminated, but the plumbing nightmare that other "repair" companies created has been cleaned up. My filtration system is functioning properly again. All tile work was replaced and job site left clean.

It went very well. The tech checked my pool very thoroughly and after the inspection, I was told that I did not have a leak. A huge relief! I am so grateful to the technician for his honesty. If there ever is a leak in my pool, I would definitely call them. It is so nice to find a company that is trustworthy.

They were on time, very knowledgeable and their price was in line with everybody else for the same kind of service.

Oh my goodness, I totally forgot to do this review. Anyway, Red Rhino came out at the end of March to do a leak detection. They found the leaks and came back on 4/2/14 to replace the skimmer. They were wonderful. Very knowledgable, courteous and professional. I could not have picked a better company. The price was competitive with other companies, although a bit pricey for what was done, you get what you pay for. The total repair job plus the charge for the leak detection came to 1500. Including the 100. Angie's List discount. We have not had one problem since the work was done. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again, if need be.

Red rhino is a good quality company.

He came right on time in the morning, cut a hole in the cement. Replaced broken pipe and skimmer basket, replaced dirt, cemented up the hole. Work was very neat and well done. He did not leave until 5:30 that night. I would highly recommend this firm.

I spoke with many people looking for recommendations for this service. And honestly, I couldn't find anybody who would say "you need to call these people." So I kept asking and searching online. Finally, I went to my local pool store and was told that they would have somebody contact me. The call came the next day and an appointment was made for less than a week. The technician, Stephen Johnson knocked on my door at exactly the appointment time. He set up his equipment to verify all the pipes and to rule out that the leak was not between the pool and the pump. Next he jumped into the pool with goggles and went inch by inch checking all the tiles at the top of the pool. This took over an hour. He found several areas of concern. He applied a temporary patch. He sent me a complete report including pictures and a quote for the repair needed while he was still in my backyard. He was very knowledgeable and personable. I was very impressive with Stephen and his employer. I had spoken with another local leak detection place, who originally told me that the fee was $250 but if they needed to get into the pool it would be another $100. I am not sure how anybody could solve this problem without getting in the water. I highly recommend Red Rhino and I am very happy that I finally have the problem resolved.

There was a leak and they fixed it. They were prompt, and saw my problem right away. They took the time to tell me that there are things I need to fix.
