John, the technician who came to repair the leak, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and diligently throughout the day. It was a fairly major job requiring jack hammering out old concrete and rebuilding the cracked PVC plumbing at the bottom of this spa. This also required matching the existing color of the spa interior with the new workmanship and he did a great job. You'd never know was any repair work done. I've had other companies come to do work and they never were successful at finding leaks or performing the work. This is the 2nd time I've used Red Rhino and find them to be excellent at what they do. They are a little more pricey than the other companies that I had, but a lot more effective. If I had gone to them first, I would've saved money in the long run. Extremely reliable. Extremely competent. And very professional.

When I called for the service I was told that $100 of the $295 service charge could be applied to additional charges. Once the repairperson came to my house he said that the $100. Discount was only good if I scheduled the follow up appointment within 7 days otherwise the discount would not be applied. I was not aware that the $100. off on the $795 actually repair cost was time-limited within a 7 day window. I feel this company told the flimflam bait and switch on the $100. discount.

Very responsive and professional. Delany was great to work with to coordinate the appointment and Mark did a great job finding my pool leak. The leak was minor so they were able to patch it quickly and at no additional charge. I'm very pleased with the overall experience.

We recently moved into our new home and discovered that the water level in our pool was dropping a little over 2 inches on a weekly basis. As much as we dreaded the idea, we suspected a leak. We're new to owning a pool, so this was all a new experience for us. After speaking with a few companies, we hired Red Rhino to determine whether we had a leak or not. Ryan with Red Rhino was prompt, personable and very professional. He explained the whole process of detecting leaks and then went about his business. The variety of tools, electronics and equipment that Ryan used was very impressive. The fact that he was able to pinpoint 3 leaks (2 minor and 1 major), was amazing. I have a newly found respect for what these people do. Ryan fixed the 2 minor leaks on that visit and we scheduled to have the major leak fixed, which would require pulling up some of the concrete in the pool deck. I was somewhat skeptical that Ryan targeted the leak down to a 2-ft square area, but sure enough, when Jon with Red Rhino pulled up the concrete, there was the leak! Jon did a fantastic job fixing the leak by replacing some of the piping and then re-cementing the area. After the first 3 leaks were fixed, we discovered a 4th (and final) leak in the main drain. Again, amazingly, Ryan was able to pinpoint the area, and again, Jon did a fantastic job pulling up the concrete (in another area) and fixing the leak. As of now, we are leak free!! All of this occurred over a span of a couple of weeks. During that period, Ryan spent a lot of his time addressing our concerns and questions, and helping us get a better handle of our pool system. He was always patient, professional and responsive. Towards the end of the job, I had complete confidence in both Ryan and Jon. They truly went above and beyond for us. Hopefully, we won't have another pool leak for a very long time; but, if we do, at least I know that we'll be well taken care of by Red Rhino!! They truly earned our business.

From the initial assessment to the final repair,I have nothing but rave reviews for Red Rhino. The two field professionals that I dealt with were both courteous, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The repair was scheduled a few days after the diagnosis of my leak and it was completed on time and as promised. The estimate was given on site and the final bill was identical to the estimate. I highly recommend Red Rhino and its staff.

Tom and Cody came by to look into a possible leak in my pool. Through various tests, they determined the leak was in the plumbing just below(6") the pump. They were very professional and made the repair and my pool is working better than it ever has. Something I'm a bit irritated about though, is through Angie's List a coupon is offered for $100 off a repair of your leak. I was told this wasn't considered a repair but a service call instead when ultimately they repaired my plumbing. Am I happy my pool is running great? Absolutely. But the cost of the repair was $150 to replace a single coupling that costs a couple bucks and there was no real digging needed to fix the problem. Feeling a little bummed and I feel the coupon should have been honored.

They came out as promised, they spent a tremendous amount of time there and were thorough. They found the leak and sealed it with an epoxy, so no further cost was involved. The pool than continued to loose water. I called them within their 30 guarantee period and they came right out and found another spot. They epoxy'd again and it has held fine. They are a great company. Thank you!!

We had our pool remodeled by ""another company"". That company gave us a LEAKING POOL!! They totally remodeled the pool, glass tile, new surface of stone scape, new skimmer, new light, and we had a serious leaking pool, of which they had attempted to figure out the leak and had come to our home NUMEROUS times and were never able to fix the leak...In fact, they tried to tell us that we no longer had a leak....so we called RED RHINO!! Red Rhino sent out one man, who was professional, nice, explained everything and was able to immediately diagnose where the pool had leaks. They gave us a fair price, and came out to fix the pool on the scheduled date and were always punctual. They came out fixed everything the said they would, to include removing and replacing our new skimmer, removing the new light and repairing properly behind it, and digging out the old sump and replacing it with a new one reconnecting it and reconnecting the line that was cut by the other company back to our pump. They did this in two days!!! Final outcome....our pool hasn't leaked at all. They even found that there was no crack in our pipe from the drain and removed the charge even though they had dug into the ground to check. They were so kind to us, and they were Honest!! Honest, professional, kind, and really cared about the client as well as the work they performed. They even checked on our pool two days later. They have an amazing staff that from our perspective really care about each other as well as their clients. Excellent Work Ethic! I highly recommend this company and I cannot enough to convey how amazing they are. My husband and I are so grateful that they rescued us from our Pool Nightmare.

My pool was losing too much water to quickly. I went to Angie's List and found Red Rhino Leak Detectors. I called and they came as promised. Spend quite a bit of time locating the leaks. Told me what was wrong and how they could fix it. Sent me an email explaining what they found, including photos, and an estimate. When I called to schedule - they were here on time and did a great job. They deducted the cost of the initial leak detecting from the work performed. No longer have to fill my pool every few days. People were professional, friendly and skilled. Angie's list came through again. I highly recommend this company. Hopefully I won't need their services for a while but would definitely use them again.

Red Rhino was upfront about the fact they were busy when I first talked to them so I understood that it would take a week or so before they could get to me. When they came and checked, they were punctual and extremely thorough and professional, from tests on the outside to diving in to check the interior for any potential issues. When they located the leak, they scheduled an appointment to fix it and when a slot opened up before my appointment they fit me in so I could have the problem fixed as soon as possible. As they had offered on Angie's list, they credited a hundred dollars off of the amount paid for the leak detection towards the subsequent repair. The cost of the leak detection itself was a good $80 less than my local pool store who had come out and shrugged their shoulders for $65, add on that the credit and I guarantee I saved money by going with them. The repair was handled well and they even matched the finish on the pool deck as best they could. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

They came for the estimate and the job when they said they would. They fixed several very large leaks in a 35 year old pool that had been remodeled several times through the years, so there were quite a few layers of tile, concrete and repairs to get through. They replaced our old filter, had to dig out pavers that were set in sand over chattahoochee and did a beautiful job replacing them. They were professional and responsible and knowledgeable and didn't take a payment until we were completely satisfied. Another great Angies List find.

Scheduled appointment and showed up on time. He was very professional. He tested all the pipes to and from the pool. Found the actual leak and repaired it. He also removed paver tiles very carefully and replaced them without a trace. I highly recommend them.

The technician arrived on time and moved all his gear out to my pool deck. He ran a series of pressure tests to determine if the leak originated in any of the filter plumbing lines. No leak was detected. He then jumped into my pool so he could get a better view of the skimmer. After a couple of minutes using a dye solution he located the leak at the entrance of the skimmer. He also took numerous photos of the skimmer and showed me exactly where the leak was located. Finally, he gave me three different repair options all at varying prices. I decided to go with an epoxy patch. The repair was over a month ago and the leak has not returned. I'm good for now but I will probably need to perform a longer term repair than just the patch. Red Rhino was thorough and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to locate and repair a leak.

From scheduling the appointment, to having the guys out here, it was perfect. This is a good company that is run professionally. They were on-time, went about their work, had good advice, and clearly knew what they were doing. I am using them for the repair as well since they did find a nasty leak. By the way, they found the leak in what, to me, seemed like a tricky spot. Once they showed me the problem, it was obvious that there was an issue. Plus, if you schedule the repair with them within 7 days of the inspection, they give you a discount. Glad I called them - I don't have time to mess around with coordinating this leak guy with this repair guy, etc. This is a one stop shop. Also, as soon as I paid, I received an electronic invoice. The team here scheduled the repair, and I immediately received an electronic quite as well. Great company. Update: Two weeks in, and I no longer need to put water in every other day - very happy!

Employees were courteous, punctual. Problem was resolved 1 visit to identify and 1 for final agreed upon repair. Costs were as advertised. Inspection seems pricey but I have no other company to compare to. Selected Red Rhino because of Angie's List reviews. I am satisfied with their work.

orking with Red Rhino was a positive experience throughout the process. The person who coordinated the visit was courteous and professional. The gentleman who arrived and did the leak detection was also friendly and professional. He identified the skimmer as the main source of the leak, as I expected. He also confirmed that a small leak at the pump was a minor issue. The gentleman discussed the process that was used and summarized the findings, recommendation, and price of repair over the phone. Immediately after paying via credit card (price was the same as had been quoted), I was emailed an invoice with summary and a quote for repairs. Overall, I found their entire process to be effective and efficient.

The work went well. Great communications and quick rates. It took a few days to get on their schedules but that's because they are good. After repair was complete, I called back on a small leak I discovered elsewhere, and they came right out and fixed it at no additional cost. Would recommend highlt.

The technician spent quite a while in the pool tracking it down. Eventually finding it at the back of the skimmer. All is well now - very pleased with the service.

They quoted me $1,500 to fix the leak, but I fixed it myself for $10. They found the leak and did their job professionally. They were here for several hours and did a good, thorough job. One guy came out and then he brought out his supervisor to get a second opinion.

After about an 1 1/2 hrs of swimming around in our spa, removing all the covers, plugging the returns and testing ? the tech found it. They plugged the hole where the leak was and marked the water level to see if we would continue to lose lot water.the plan was to check back in a few days. After three days the water level remained the same and there was no leakage!!! Congratulations Red Rhino ? you are the only one to successfully find and correct our problem. There was no additional charges above the $300 fee for testing and locating the leak. They are the only company I would ever use again for the detection. The technician was superb and did an unbelievable job along with being very polite and courteous.

Danny came out on time and checked everything thoroughly. He spent a good bit of time determining that I had only one leak. At one point, he needed help to check the pop-ups and so another guy came out and helped. Despite the fact that they did not know that I had pop-ups and two pumps, they only charged me a fractions of the additional cost for those items. They gave me a fair price to fix the leak and scheduled another appointment for next week. Because I found them on Angie's list, they credited me 4100 toward the repair. Danny was pleasant and he left the job site in good order. I would use them again.

On February 1 I noticed a sudden loss of water in our pool of approximately 2 inches per day. I tried to figure out what could be the reason, but the only conclusion I could get to was that it must be a significant break in one of the lines (not visible to the eyes). On Monday February 2, I called the pool store I usually go to get chlorine etc, for advice. They promised to send some one out to my house to assess the situation. As I had not heard from them by the end of the day, I decided to look for a leak detection company my self. That's when I found Red Rhino. Just as I was about to call them, a contractor called me to setup an appointment to come look at my problem, That company was Red Rhino. On Thursday February 5, Steven came out, right on time and started his evaluation of our pool. He pressurized all the plumbing lines, checked the pool shell and tested the equipment. He found a broken skimmer line, and a leak around the main drain sump that needed urgent repair. Steven explained to me that there were two options regarding the skimmer break. Option 1 was to dig around the skimmer, find where exactly the line is broken, and if in a workable spot, fix the break. Option 2 was total replacement of the skimmer with a new one if repair was not feasible (at a higher cost than option 1, of course). I agreed to the estimate he gave me. The repair crew was scheduled to come out on February 5. Joe and Cody arrived somewhat later in the afternoon, and worked till sundown. They drained the pool, took out the old main drain sump and replaced it with a new one. They carefully took out the travertine tiles and cleared out the sand surrounding the skimmer. The break was unfortunately in a odd location, which made repair impossible. So they had to replace the skimmer, which they did the next day. After they replaced the sand and put in a concrete floor they put back in the travertine tiles, exactly the way they were prior to the repair (no patches). The last thing they did was retesting the lines, while starting the refill of the pool. After the water was back to the desired level, I turned on the pool pump. After an hour I noticed the level had dropped by almost an inch. I called Joe and he told me that the reason most probably was because the plumbing lines needed to be refilled as well. He asked the office to contact me and send me directions how to check evaporation (with a bucket). I performed the check as directed and found that there were no more leaks. We're enjoying the pool again. I must remark that Steven, Joe and Cody are incredibly courteous, helpful and professional. Don't change guys. Thank you for a job well done.
