Description of Work: Have a huge crack in my pool and this company came highly recommended by another pool company. Had home insurance company perform a $450.00 leak detection and received an official report from howeowners insurance. This company would not accept my report from the home owners insurance company and charged me an additional $150.00 to come out and give me an estimate. The estimate was incomplete and they wanted to charge me $1495 with no warranty. That's when I decided to call Younique Pools. Not only did I receive a complete estimate I received a much better price with a 10 year warranty on their work. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who has a leak.

Description of Work: We had a leak -- they came out detected where it was, following day dug up the pavers, fixed the leak, replaced the pavers. Took pictures of work to show leak and repair. Excellent worker and polite.

Description of Work: Detected two locations where leaks were occurring in pool as well as ball valves in need of repair on suction side of pump. Showed the location of the leaks using dye test to demonstrate visually. Fully explained procedure for repair and provided detailed estimate and explained the warranties regarding product and workmanship. First location was a crack in the in wall skimmer, and the second was a crack in the pool side wall due to concrete settling. A repair appointment was scheduled within a week and repairs were made as explained. Questions asked prior to and during repair were answered completely with explanation regarding procedure. The work required draining the in ground pool and after repairs were completed the pool and lanai were completely cleaned and all dust and gunite debris cleaned and removed. The cost of repair was within range of estimates for the same type of repair, the intangible is their attention to detail, complete explanation of procedure, cosmetic touch up to make the repair as close to original as possible and the company reputation among other pool professionals. One month after repairs, all is well.

Description of Work: Repaired 3 separate substantial leaks. Skimmer line, main drain and a spa leak. Technicians were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and detail focused. Finished the extensive job in one day staying until 8:30PM to finish the work they started at 8:30AM. Leave the work-site completely clean as if they had not been there at all.

Description of Work: A little more than the competition but worth every penny. Found the source of the leak, suggested an affordable permanent solution and solved what could have been a very expensive problem! |They were also extremely courteous; I have a newborn and they had to use a generator to complete the job. They asked me where the baby's window was so they could avoid waking her! So thoughtful. I truly hugged the senior rep (the dry one NOT in the pool) when they were done. Big bear hug. He deserved it.
