They came and they were very thorough and efficient. They were punctual and here on time. I think they were accommodating and were able to do the work relatively quickly. He was on a mission to find the leaks. It was very good and I would use him again.

I thought the estimate was expensive. If they would have come up with a better solution, I think I might have been more inclined to try them. Combined with what solution they came up with and the amount they wanted, I decided not to use them.

It turned out alright. They were prompt and they went over the leak in the pool when they found it. They told me who to contact and I got it fixed.

It was expensive but they did a good job. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it.

I noticed pool water level dropping more than normal. We were having to add water often (every 2 weeks). Pool is 20,000 gallons. Drop was 6 inches every 10 days in normal FL climate. Scheduled service for Oct 1, 2012. Company found leak in grout on spa spillover. Leak was repaired with epoxy. Also found leak around bench jet. This was also repaired with epoxy. A bad check valve was also discovered and will be repaired at a later date. Now that I know there are no underground leaks, I will be replacing the entire pool deck and will have peace of mind knowing there will be no unusual settling from wash out. I highly recommend the services of A Leak Solution. They are prompt, extremely professional and delivered service within budget.

I was very impressed with the serviceman's knowledge and ability to find the leaks. He arrived with his wet-suit on, ready to get to work and quickly located the problem. My only complaint is they consider the repair only "temporary" and proposed a permanent repair for nearly $2000 which I found excessive and if the epoxy repair was done correctly, unnecessary. So far the epoxy has held and the leak has not returned.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and respectful. Service was prompt (next day in our case). In fact, they were EARLY. Other complaints that their service is expensive are not really valid in my experience, as I had another pool company come out about a year ago and do leak detection (not even in the same ballpark as the leak detection done by American Leak Detection) and charge more than what I paid this time and did a VERY POOR job. Kudos to American Leak Detection.

They did a good job and I was satisfied with their price. It seems to be the going rate. I was satisfied with their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. I would use this company again in the future.

A Leak Solution was here a couple of months ago and fixed the leak in my pool. We had several other companies out, and no one could figure out what was wrong. He had alot more equipment than everyone else, and he was prompt and professional. I would definitely use him again in the future.

my call was answered straight away, lady was informative, pleasant and i like the no nonsense pricing, which was also very reasonable compared to rival companies. Danny came later that day, he explained the whole procedure, located the leak quickly, and prepped the hole above damaged pipe for the plumber. very nice guy. Overall a great experience. would definately use these guys again

We are very happy with the work. I had no bad experience at all. They came quickly. The workman was very personable and helpful. The price seemed expensive but you get what you pay for.

It turned out terrific. I highly recommend them. The techs name was Anthony. He is a good kid. He fixed the problem and worked hard. They said there was a window from 2-4 that he would show up. He showed up at 1:55. They were right on time.
