Very well. They are on they pricey side though. It would help if they would apply even a small amount of the inspection cost to the repairs.

Repairman was very nice, prompt, courteous and efficient. They have changed their name to Red Rhino Leak Detection, so I don't know where this will be listed. I was very satisfied.

A Leak Solution was hired after my pool service company spent practically the entire summer trying to figure out where my leak was occurring. We were losing over an inch a day. They insisted it was coming from the spa, but needed to tear out the tiles and coping to determine the exact location. This seemed absurd to me as they told me they pressure tested and there was no loss of pressure in the pipes. I declined to have them poke around and hired a Leak Solution. They arrived on time and the technician was extremely polite, knowledgeable about the task and efficient. This company has all the needed equipment to find the leak that day. They did not have to try this and try that until you were ready to pull your hair out. They got the job done in a couple of hours and patched the hole which was NO WHERE near where the first company thought it was. I told them I wanted to wait a couple of days to see if the water stopped leaking before going ahead with the permanent repair. After three days the water level did not change and I have hired them to finish the repair. I would recommend them to anyone. A great service.

they were great! right on time, ruled out a lot of my concerns like the underground pipes and a venturi valve that was fixed twice in the past. my regular pool guy tried to find and fix the problem all summer and then some. all i did was keep adding water. thats when i joined angies list and found this outfit. its been a week now and my level is holding, i was losing about 4 inches a week. nice job guys.

The service man did a thorogh job of looking for any leaks and repairing the ones he found. The company indicated the main drain of the pool needed to be replaced and quoted a price of $1,300 dollars to do that "permanent fix". Because our diamond bright was 15 years old and in need of replacement, I did not use this vendor for the repair. Instead I used Cliff's Pools of Plantation to replace our diamond brite and repair the leaky sump. I am very pleased with the diamond brite job and the pool looks fantastic now. We also installed LED multi-colored lighting in the pool which greatly enhances our enjoyment of the pool. Two months have passed with no further leaks.

The tech arrived promptly and explained how he was going to check for the leak in our pool. After running all the tests (jets, skimmer, spa, main drain) he determined that the issue was a leak in the skimmer, he applied a temporary fix and provided an estimate for a permanent repair. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with the company from easy scheduling, promptness and detecting the leak. I have just scheduled a return visit for the permanent repair.

This is the company to use if you have a pool leak. After using someone that our pool cleaner recommended, the pool was still leaking. Very professional company.

My problem was a swimming pool leak. The leak was found to be a crack in the Skimmer box for the return pool water. The concrete around the Skimmer and the entire box and pipe had to be replaced. Concrete sawing and digging were required. It was a full days work. Both technicians were precisely on time, very professional, and efficient. The job was done expertly and timely. I would highly recommend this company and I would not hesitate to call them again if I ever have another swimming pool leak.

Came out and found a cracked return line. Was able to fix the leak the same weak. Concrete work done to cover repair looks just like the contoured deck in place. Once painted it will be hard to find. Very happy with service and repair work. Plus repair is guaranteed for a short time just in case. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Drained the pool in a couple hours and Work was done in less than a day and although he had a little problem with his equipment we were filling up the pool by 10pm that evening. Wouldn't notice the patchwork once the pool was filled unless someone pointed it out.

The pool technicians came as expected and were very prompt considering the long distance they travelled. They spent considerable time trying to detect the leak, which they ultimately did not find that day. There was some confusion and a misunderstanding regarding their warranty, and this owner ultimately decided to request a refund, which they granted without issue. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future, assuming, the customer does not mind paying in full even if a leak is not found the first time around. They will send out other technicians in the future to fix the problem, even if it means several trips to the location.

Paul showed up in the window provided and found a leak in the bottom main drain. He put an epoxy patch and recommended doing a permanent repair on it. Gave me an estimate. Very professional. I will be having them do the repair in the near future.

The company found 2 leaks in the pool and sealed them. They also found that the pump was leaking and referred us to a specialist. We are extremely pleased with the work and professionalism of this company.

I have had a leak in my pool for quite some time. After researching online i was confident i knew the pool was leaking through one of the return lines but i was unable to pinpoint the location. After months of trying on my own, i contacted A Leak Solution, after finding them on Angie's list. The person i spoke to on the phone was courteous and pleasant and i was able to schedule an appointment for Monday of the following week. Their rep was on time and very professional. I explained to him my belief on where my pool was leaking so he did not waste his time searching every where, luckily for me he searched every. To my surprise the pool was not leaking from the return lines but from a crack behind the tile in the spa. The rep sealed the leak with epoxy and no more leak. Two days later i received a quote to fix the leak permanently.

It was fine. They came in and diagnosed the pool then gave me a proposal to do it. I will have them do the work I just haven't had a chance to do it yet.
