Switched out a bathroom faucet and drains, checked (and repaired) leak in laundry room and cleaned out a bathroom sink aerator to improve water flow. Besides doing repairs, Mike and his staff always give options to help save customer money. I have never felt they take advantage of an emergency situation. I trust this company 200% !

Excellent service. Reasonable prices. We have used them many times and will again. They are great troubleshooters, professional, and are prompt and efficient.

Called Papa's first thing that morning, and left msg. They returned the call promptly, and scheduled a appt. for that morning. Andrew arrived on time, was extremely nice, professional, and prepared. He quickly assessed our problem, gave us an estimate, and an explanation of what was needed. Upon our approval began work. The work was completed quickly; he left the work area spotless, unlike other plumbing companies who either leave the work area dirty and or messy, or even worse, do not have all the necessary tools. We have used Papa's before on several occasions and have always been 100 percent satisfied. Highly Recommended.

I called Papa's Plumbing because of a leak under my kitchen sink. They were here quickly and diagnosed the problem as my garbage disposal. Andrew came and replaced the old disposal. As in all cases prior to this visit, these employees are professional, fair, on time, work quickly and efficiently.

They do what they say they are going to do and they actually fix things. They are friendly, nice and easy to deal with. They call and give me a time frame window of when they will arrive. I recommended this company to my son in law and he has been satisfied as well.

For over a year now we have been dealing with a water hammering problem after purchasing a high efficiency washer. Over the past year we received quotes from several well regarded plumbers. Several landed on the same solution but a few wanted to charge thousands just to diagnose the problem. After doing more research on Angie's list we settled on Papa's. As soon as we called them they knew exactly how to address the problem. They were punctual, very clean cut and dressed professionally. The guys that showed up were extremely polite and professional. Before starting they reminded me that installing this pressure tank would not guarantee that the problem would be resolved. I appreciated there honesty assuring that I made a well informed decision before proceeding. The cost of the job was well worth it and frankly beat out others in terms of pricing that provided the same recommended repair. The completed the task very quickly and cleaned up after themselves. When in the house they always removed their shoes and parked their truck on the street and not on the driveway. It's the little things that contractors so often don't think about that make the difference. It was very clear to me while watching them work they were expert plumbers and I would definitely without hesitation hire them again. I am almost tempted to replace some faucets now that I have found a plumber that I can trust which is very hard to do.

I can't say enough about Papa's Plumbing. I've used them a few times within the past 2 years, always with positive results. They are honest, prompt, no surprises (cost or job quality) professional and much more! Hiring them to come into our home when we're out of town has not been a concern. They pride themselves on honesty but want the customer to feel comfortable during the process. "A" ratings in each category seems too low for us!

After he finished the work, my toilet worked better than it did before. He was fantastic! I will always use Papa's Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Papa's provided an estimate over the phone, recommended the bathtub we should install and picked it up for us. The technician was on time, and very easy to deal with. He installed the bathtub with no issues and made quick work of it. I would definitely use them again.

After reviewing plumbers on Angie's, I decided to check oout Papa's because they are fairly close to my home. I left a telephone message which was promptly returned the following day. I later found out I could leave a message on Angie's website so, I asked about their rate. This was also promptly addressed and they quoted their rate as $90 per hour, applicable to any work done. The office staff was very polite and the two individuals who came out were equally polite and professional. After they were finished, we questioned an item on the bill which they tagged as material while we thought it should have been labor; Chris, one of the technicians, listened patiently and explained without getting an attitude. We were super pleased. Oh, did I mention that they took their shoes off before entering my home!

This company was available to me after hours to discuss the problem and replacement of the Hot Water Heater. He set up the appointment - they came out the next morning and completed the job. HAPPY Customer!

Excellent experience. It was easy to make an appointment, and they showed up in the time slot promised. The work was done in an professional manner: competent, quick, and friendly. The plumber also left the work area spotlessly clean. Going through Angle's List resulted in a discount--on top of a senior citizen discount. The price was very fair, and it is safe to say that I would use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

This is the second time I've used Papa's Plumbing (see my earlier review). They are excellent. Chris showed up on time, completed the job with no problems and cleaned up. I hope I never need a plumber again but, if I do, it will be Papas.

Each time, i was very pleased with the professionalism and positive attitudes of the service personnel, the outcome of the services provided, the attention to detail, and the costs involved. I have lived in this house for over a decade, have used an assortment of plumbing companies over those years. However, from now on I will ONLY use Papa's Plumbing.

Wonderfully.....my husband was home at the time and said the gentleman was wonderful..knew his job, professional , believe me, this is top of the line praise from him . He was so pleased he wants to use that company for some updating in our bathroom.

When I contacted Pappa's Plumbing I got the impression that I was imposing on him. He wanted to give me my free estimate over the phone without even seeing the problem. He spoke to me like I had no knowledge of plumbing or home construction and treated me poorly. He told me he would replace the existing fixture with a one handled Moen fixture and when I told him I already purchased a new fixture (with two knobs, not one) he said and quot;why would you want to put two knobs in there?and quot; Like my choice in fixtures was wrong and he would not install what I chose. He told me that it would cost $90.00 for anyone to come out and then parts (if they had them) and labor after that. He estimated the work to be 300.00 to repair the faucet (if they could) and 500.00 to install a new fixture (the one he provides). I have never experienced a conversation like that before. He was rude and disrespectful and I will NEVER call this company again.

I found them off Angie's List a few years ago. They are neat, fair and are always conscientious. They explain what they are going to do and the times I have used them they have done a nice job. In order to replace the valve they had to remove a piece of drywall and when they were done the replaced the drywall. They exceed my expectations all of the time.

Great!! Called at 5pm on a Monday and Tuesday he arrived promptly 8am!! Called to let me know he was on his way which was very nice! Very friendly and took his time answering my questions! Also I was pleased when I saw the bill!

Mike our technician showed up on time was very nice and even recommended a less costly alternative for the repair

The installation was done quickly and correctly with copper pipes. Very happy with the results.

Wow! I called because my garbage disposal was stuck -- a plastic measuring spoon had broken in two and the flat end was wedged inside the disposal such that it wouldn't turn. I called Papa's and they were willing to come out the same day, however, the gentleman I spoke to suggested that if I went to Home Depot and purchased an Allen Wrench specifically designed for my unit, I'd be able to make the repair myself. I was skeptical, but did what he suggested and it worked. I then called him back to cancel the appointment and he walked me through a few additional steps to ensure that my unit was working properly. Wonderful service and exactly the right approach since of course I will call these guys when I have a big job I can't do myself.

They are the best! I have used them many times and trust them completely..They are on time, nest and efficient. I'd be lost without their services.
