Description of Work: repaired and adjusted shower valves...two places

Description of Work: Had a leak in the pipe leading to shower. They fixed that, caulked and checked over the shower head (which was brand new) and said it was faulty and replaced with a temporary one until I could get to Lowe's to exchange. They were extremely careful not to leave foot tracks on the floor and insisted on using the garage entrance so as not to track mud into the main room.

Description of Work: They installed a new faucet in our kitchen sink and attached the garbage disposable. They ales installed 3 bathroom faucets and hooked up the line to the dishwasher.

Description of Work: I called Papa's Plumbing to purchase a new hot water heater, possibly a tankless one. The owner answered the phone when I called and actually talked me out of a new water heater, saying that my current one was only 7 years old and will probably last another 7 years, that it just needed thermostats replaced and some other electrode (??). Quoted me a price of $225 with an Angie's list discount bringing the price down to $185. They came the next morning at exactly the time appointed and were done in less than 1/2 hour and the job was done! I know I saved a lot of money and am very happy with the job they did. Also, the next day, one of my neighbors said they've used Papa's in the past and so have some other neighbors and they all say nothing but good things about Papa's. Would I use them again, well hope I don't need to but absolutely YES!

The sink had recently been installed, but we couldn't get (and didn't want) the installer to return. Papa's arrived the same day we called, and the leak was fixed. He had a pleasant, agreeable attitude.

Description of Work: Called Papa the afternoon before my service call and a service technician (Chris) was at my home at 8:00 the next morning. I had a blocked sewer line which my washing machine drained into. I was unable to evacuate water from my washer. Chris snaked the line and discovered the problem. The original plumbing for the machine was done improperly, causing the sewer pipe to clog. Chris corrected the problem by placing the correct plumbing pipes into the sewer. Chris was polite, knowledgeable and highly professional. I was quoted a price before the service was started and this company has very fair pricing. I will refer them and call on them again when plumbing issues arise.
