After getting a couple of estimates elsewhere, I called Papa's Plumbing on 8/4/10 and had a prompt welcome from Papa's office. Having just joined Angie's list, I mentioned that I had found Papa's Plumbing listed there. I was offered a substantial discount as a subscriber and arranged for a "free quote". A very nice service agent came the next day in a very large, fully equipped truck and gave me very reasonable quotes for (1) just replacing the exposed kitchen drain pipe below the sink or (2) replacing the whole drain line to the stack. The bids were so reasonable that I scheduled a repair. On 8/11/10 the same service agent returned and asked me what I had decided to do. I chose option (2) as the best way to go. The service agent agreed with my choice and in less than 3 hours had the whole job expertly and professionally done. Thanks, Chris.

I had a very positive experience with them. They were very professional and courteous. It is a small company, so they give personal care. What I like is that they quote a price first so you know before what they will be charging. They are very professional, know what they are doing, quick, and clean up after themselves.

The toilet in the spare bathroom had been running on and off for about two months (we're procrastinators). We noticed a few weeks ago that the toilet was refilling more and more often. We turned the supply line to the toilet off and closed the bathroom door, and finally, two weeks later, looked on Angie's List at recommended plumbers. We called one of the A-rated plumbing companies in the area. They said they would be here in the next two hours. The plumber showed up 45 minutes after the call with a smile on his face. We told him the problem, he replaced the "guts" in the toilet, explained the one-year warranty on the service, answered any of our questions, and everyone was happy.

I made my round of phone calls to qualify various neighborhood companys. Papa's was by far superior, very genuine qualified rep, Mike, took care of my problem in less than an hour. The entire experience from initiating the phone call and scheduling the service appt. to completion was EXCELLENT. Thank you, ...and I will call again...when I have to!

I have had Papa's plumbing out to the house on multiple occasions and have never been let down. First they installed my sink, toilet, shower faucet and handles in a bathroom remodel. That went as smooth as it could go and the price was just right. The next time I called it was for a leak. They were out to my house the next day and had the leak located and fixed within an hour. The third time was for a bigger problem. Again I had a leak but this time it was underneath my concrete deck. Papa spent a half hour with me on the phone on a friday evening and directed me how to find the leak. He told me I could save money by doing some of the prep work myself. SAVE MONEY!! Can you imagine in this day and age someone trying to save you money? Mike came out and went over all my options with me and I decided to have new pipe installed so I would not have this persistent problem again in the future, He took the time to make sure that all my plants would go unscathed during the process. I was at work while he did his work and I had no frantic calls or interruptions in my day. I could not be happier with the level of service and professionalism that Papa and his crew showed me and my house. Don't look any further. Use these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Very punctual and professional. Took off shoes without even me asking since I have a very light color carpet upstairs. I will use them again. He even tighten my kids shower handle:) Thanks Papa's Plumbing....!

I have been using them for years. They are excellent.

The company did an excellent job! The service man was clean (especially difficult to do with removal of an old and installation of a new water heater). He left the space immaculate. He was very friendly and professional and the price was fair.

I found the company on Angie's list and called. They were scheduled to come out the next day between 10 and 2. I got a call early the next morning asking if it was OK to come out earlier. That was fine with me as our shower was totally clogged up! He arrived on time, was professional and got right to work. Showed me that it was all clear when he was done. I then had 2 other plumbing questions that he was very helpful with as well.

They came when they were expected and are easy to deal with. I would call them today if I needed them.

We called Papa's plumbing when we started having a slow shower drain. We checked Angie's list and saw that they had a good rating. We were not disappointed. They came at the time designated. Performed the clean out of the drain and charged the price they had quoted us on the phone. They are a small company and gave personal, prompt, and courteous service. While at our house we asked about replacing a faucet set in the same bathroom and they gave us a fixed price quote not including the faucet set which we would pick out. I really like that way of doing business and I liked dealing with this company. I definitely have them at the top of my personal list for plumbing problems and other plumbing related issues. I highly recommend them.
