The plumber, Chris, arrived on time and within one hour the valve was replaced. I cannot say enough positive things about his service from start to end. Professionalism A+, Courtesy A+, Cost A+, Scheduling A+, Knowledgeable A+ - Definitely a company that I recommend for others to use!!!

Papa's was quick to respond and prompt to arrive when promised. The repairs were performed quickly and everything has been working very well since. I hadn't had these services performed previously, so don't have any comparison for the price. However, I felt it was fair and I will definitely use Papa's again when need arrives in the future.

I recommend Papas Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest plumber. Had quite an issue with a major water leak. Called Papa at pm on a Thursday and he answered. Had an appointment the next morning. I was told someone would be there between 11-2. At 11am Chris called me to let me know he'd be there in about 15min. Very impressed! Thought he had found the problem. Fixed bathtub spout. Next day water was still pouring into my garage. Called Papa on Saturday. Left a message and he got right back to me. He had someone here Monday morning. Found out the leaking was coming from my neighbors condo! No charge for the follow up visit! They told me to contact my neighbor and they would come back. My neighbor said he would be home the next day but had to leave by noon. I called Papa and he was able to accommodate this short notice request! Chris came back next day at 8am! I was very pleased with Papas Plumbings ability to work with me. I even spoke personally to the owner who was very nice and helpful. I can tell you they will go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy with their service. Its nice to know that there are still honest, helpful Plumbers here in South Fl! Very Pleased!

Called early in the morning before work, to schedule an appointment to replace a broken fill valve in the master bathroom. Service man came earlier than the schedule time, the repair was made efficiently and quickly. From this first experience with this company, I would certainly use them again.

They were fantastic. I loved them. They are excellent. I have used them at my house and my parent's house. The customer service is outstanding. They are right on time and when they say they are going to be here at a certain time they are here. They call you first and they are very professional. They are very fast and efficient. They know what they are doing. The prices are more than fair.

I Hate doing Plumbing Myself, I can but I Hate it. I called PaPa's Plumbing after checking them out on Angie's List that morning to have a Plumber come out to see about Two toilets, one leaking and one making a strange noise. When Mike arrived Half-hr later, he removed his shoes to walk through my house to look at the problem toilets. As he gave me the and quot;on the spot and quot; $ quote, I was so impressed at how reasonable it was that I said and quot; What about this problemand quot; and and quot; what about this other problem and quot;, as I kept finding more and more things for him to do. I Hate Plumbing, Oh did I say that already. Anyway Mike figured up ALL my little projects and gave me the price + the 10 % Discount for using Angie's List which I though was Very Reasonable for the amount of all work that needed to be done. I said do it ALL because I Hate Plumbing. He went right to work in a very professional manner took care of ALL projects and did the shower goose-neck for FREE. Yes, FREE, and you know why, because I Hate Plumbing. At the end, I think 3-hrs later, I was a Happy Person with no more Plumbing projects to do. I Will be calling them again for sure, if needed in the future.

The experience was quite professional and very responsive. Made an initial phone call based on the results noted on Angie's List and then set about to make a phone call to Papa's (from Lowe's home improvement, no less). After an initial timeframe provided, I immediately received a phone call back stating that they could take care of the issue that very day and quoted the different choices that I had available to me. During that conversation, I had failed to mention that Papa's had advertised a "first time customer" 10% discount on labor and was informed that they could provide that to me by way of an upgrade to a better quality toilet; which was perfectly fine with me. I was then provided with a timeframe that they could come out that day and awaited patiently. As the time wore on I noted that the timeframe provide was reaching its "backend" and called to find out if they would be arriving any time soon; my concern being that I had to pick up my son from school. The owner (I assume, Papa?) was very apologetic and understanding. We rescheduled for the following day and we both understood one another, with regards to the limitations of our schedules. Shortly after that conversation, "Papa" called me back and said that since I was so understanding of the time conflict that he would provide me with an additional discount!!! Of which, I was extremely grateful, given that you have to protect every dollar that you make these days. Thank you Papa's Plumbing for a WONDERFUL JOB! If only all service providers could be like Papa's!!!

I just called this company thinking I got had the tel# wrong... I dailed the # a twice and could not hear the other party answer...on the 3rd try.....I said "hello..hello.." the Plumber answered and he screamed in a hostile manner..."you are harrassing me...you MF....". Thinking I had the wrong # I called the tel# in the photo on the truck and I got the same guy....we were both suprised...I was calling for a plumbing estimate. I said I'd better find someone else...he said, "Yeah that's a good idea..." I never in my life had a experince like this, this guy has a savage temper and the worst phone manner I've ever even heard of.... GO FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER! STAY AWAY!!

Great, Chris was very efficient and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems. Would definitely use Papa's plumbing again in the future and highly recommend their service!

Excellent! The service was friendly, professional and timely. They were honest, and I thought the pricing was fair. I'd use them again!

Mike called to say he was on his way, and arrived on time. He outlined what he would do, and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. He estimated what it would cost me at the outset, and he was correct. I thought it was extremely reasonable for the work performed. I also needed a plumber for a house where I'm staying while my condo is being rehabbed, and Mike was able to follow me to my house and do that work, as well. He had to get up on the roof to run an electrical router though my pipes to clear a backed-up garbage disposal. He finished the work very quickly. It was a windy day, as March in South Florida is wont to be, and his ladder fell down. His bill for all of this -- getting upon the roof, and fixing my problem, was only $125 w/ my Angie's List discount. He was great -- courteous, professional, and he knew what he was doing. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest plumber.

I work in a large medical office. Hard to schedule contractors with Doctor's visits. One toilet leaking. I knew this was not a big job, but I called around to get quotes. I gave a detailed description, as I knew what needed to be done. I've had this problem before. Both other companies quoted me $100 more than Papa's. So with the quote, plus their outstanding record from Angie's List, I called them up. I was extremely happy with their quick response. And they went the extra mile and cleaned all the gunk out of the tank while they were replacing washers, etc. Most companies would not have gone the extra mile. Plus, they held to their word and gave me the quote....PLUS a discount for using AL. Go Papa's. They are in my contact list for this office, and any residential I need. I love Angie's List.

he gave estimate over the phone, came in right on budget. same day service, showed up promptly exactly when he said he would, finished in good time, called for credit card number. sent receipt next day by email. very professional. i was very satisfied.

The gentleman from Papa's Plumbing worked quickly and was very professional. He was straightforward in answering all questions and the price was very fair. In Florida, where customer service is a rarity, this was a very good experience.

Mike showed up on time and got right to work. Hooked his drain cleaning equipment up and had the drain running free in about 30 minutes. Gave a discount for Angie's List. The service was outstanding and the price very reasonable.

Wow. Nearly 20 minutes on the phone, going back and forth between 2 people, constantly repeating what I wanted to have done. Very inflexible (can't come in AM or on any day I am off from work) and difficult to work with, just trying to even get an estimate of work and parts needed. Spoke with a woman, went through everything needed, then a guy gets on the phone to basically start over (and bear in mind, they are simple fixture replacements in the bathroom)..."I can give you an estimate over the phone" What? Who would give an estimate of work to be done without seeing the job or knowing what parts are needed? Who has time to go through all of this? Then I'm sure they show up, charge for their time and tell me I don't have the parts...no kidding, no one would come out to take a look! Ryan Plumbing is much more accommodating and will continue to use them!

I spent about $150 on the job. He was a nice guy. He was very well equipped, competent, and reasonable. I will use his services again in the future.

Yanked too h****** the hose and the bib began leaking. Had these guys come out and replace it. Total time: 15-20 minutes. My only gripe is that they didn't tell me they would be replacing my all-metal bib with a metal and plastic one. They said it is easier to turn on and off (not that this was ever an issue), but I'm guessing it won't last as long as a metal one. Got the 20% Angie's List discount.

They quoted a price over the phone and did the work for that price. This plumbing was done for a kitchen remodel and took two visits. Two plumbers arrived on time for the first visit and quickly and efficiently installed the ice maker line and replaced the old kitchen shutoff values with new ones. They were courteous and friendly and cleaned up appropriately for the messy site of a kitchen remodel. One plumber arrived on time for the second visit and also worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up nicely. I am very pleased with the work done. I discovered a minor leak a couple of days later and called them after business hours. They returned my call first thing the following morning and the plumber was at my house a couple hours later, even though they were very busy. I greatly appreciated his taking care of my little problem promptly when he had already been paid in full and had no monetary reason to do so. I would definitely call them back.

We needed a new facuet to be replaced in the kitchen. I called Papa Plumbing he gave me a price over the phone and when they came out to do the job the price was still the same. The plumber Mike was great. He was on time, professional and courtesy. Loved the fact that he brought a cover for the floor and even took off his shoes off. Unexpected but nice. I will definetley use them again.

I have to start by saying that Papa's exceeded my expectations and is now going to be the only plumber I will use. I had another BIG company come out and give me an estimate that was 3x what Papa's was, and after reading the rave reviews on Angies list I decided to give Papa's a try. I'm So happy I did. Chris arrived with a very nice upbeat manner about him, and even though things did not go as planned and he ran into problems that delayed him longer than anticipated, he kept that attitude all the way through. Everything is working beautifully now and I am going to have them come back to work on other issues with my main shut off valve as well as a bad water spout that leaks outside. There pricing is reasonable and they don;t whistle a different tune when they get into the job. My experience was such that I was happy to tell my elderly parents about them and I am going to have them go out to their house to fix things that they let go for a while cause they were afraid to deal with dishonest workers. :) Very Happy customer!

As in the past, they quoted us a price on the phone, they showed up on time, called when they were a few minutes away, and did the work cleanly and professionally. The plumber moved the new washer and dryer and was done very quickly. The new valves were beautifully installed and now we have no leaks. It is such a relief to know that these guys are on call, reasonable, and so professional in their work. We would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing work. They are great.

They came on time and in very short order installed the new sink drain and ensured that it did not leak. I had no trouble with that drain since.
