Doug was extremely professional and courteous. His worked diligently to ensure the job was done correctly. I am very pleased - finally my hose bibs don't leak! The leaks were causing high water bills. So happy this has been resolved. I highly recommend Mike the Plumber to all who want the job done right.

From the start I knew I was dealing with the best I called and explained my problem and I was asked to send pics I was quoted a price and set up a date for the repair they showed up earlier than the time they said they would which I was very impressed also the job came up cheaper than quoted which was awesome this company has business for life thank you very much

I don't remember off the top of my head, what they charged me, but I was pleasantly surprised. They are the only people I will call for my A/C, there's no other.

It was just an easy process. I went on Angie's List, he was in my area with the best ratings. I called him up and it was very easy. I set up an appointment. They came out and snaked the drain and then I paid for it. That is a pretty standard price, although, I thought it was high.

Going through a serious plumbing emergency, I had a previous plumber decide not to do the job. In a pinch Mike the Plumber Inc. was able to not only step in. But get the job done efficiently, squeezing us in last minute. The pricing was more than fair as well. I highly recommend using their services again as I most certainly will. Thank you!

This is my second time using Mike the Plumber. The tech Aaron came today and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He spent the time working on my toilet until we were both satisifted. The two gentlemen that came the first visit changed my outside water shut off valve and were also beyond pleasant. I can see why they have such high ratings on Angie's List.

I would definitely not recommend Mike the Plumber. He's gonna destroy everything up. I would definitely not use them again. They did not know what they were doing. It was a mess, I mean, literally ripping dry wall out. That was just horrible. That was awful. Their price was high, I thought for what they did. They did more damage than good. They wanted to have a big argument and carry on, you now, I've done plumbing things on Roanoke and I was like "I knew what I was talking about" to the one who came out and did not know what he was doing. He was arguing with me. The guy who was in-charged didn't wanna come out and see what was done and he was just not cooperative. He was nasty, actually. He got nasty on the phone.

Excellent! Mike explained everything involved, bought and brought the toilet to the house and Doug installed it. Professional in every aspect and very reasonable price. Will use them to replace a second toilet too and for any other plumbing needs.
