I reached out for a couple of repairs I needed and was provided with upfront estimates, which I appreciated. Adam showed up on time and explained exactly what was going on and what he was going to do. I found they went beyond expectations and pricing was fair (especially compared to other plumbing companies). Definitely would use them again.

Excellent customer service.erin came to replace a cartridge on a Moen faucet in my bathtub. It took no time and he was such a nice guy. I absolutely recommend Mike the Plumber. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling Mike the Plumber in South Florida.

First let me say that I have used them before with no problems. I even recommended them to a friend. My problem with them is that i called up with an emergency leak (from my hot water heater) and never got a call back. The first call was made to their emergency # at 4:30 in the morning. I finally got in touch with the person who handles emergency's—i think her name was Allison) She called me back one-half an hour later to tell me that they could't have anyone there until the next day. This is exactly what you don't want to hear when your hot water heater is leaking in the garage. I turned off the water to the whole house and searched for another company. I found one (with good recommendations) that was able to come over the same day.

Positively excellent experience. The people at Mike the Plumber exhibited the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. Nicole explained my options over the phone, after making sure I didn't have an emergency, was very responsive and timely scheduled my work. The plumber who did my work (Doug) explained everything he was doing and actually saved me money by not having to replace one of my toilet bowls... AND he left my place cleaner than when he got here! I would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them.

Fantastic service all around. Nicole is a pleasure to talk to on the phone and helps with so many things. We’ve had various sink, toilet and washing machine issues and Mike has always been able to help. Scheduling was easy and they were always available when convenient for me. Took after hours calls and texts with some quick questions, too. They’re my go-to and have been for over 10 years.

Mike and his team are excellent professionals! Booking and appointment was easy and quickly, When they come they always check the source of every problem and suggest way the best way of fixing it. If the problem is not plumbing related they always have great contacts to refer you to. We’ve been using them for years and will keep using them. Honest, professional and quick!
