Tom came out and and was on time, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I recommend him highly and will use again as the need arises.

Plumber arrived as scheduled and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

Very friendly and willing to explain things over the phone. They gave me a package deal for replacing all my old sweated valves and hose bibs. They showed up on time and the new quarter turn valves work great. For the hose bibs, they used sweated female threaded fittings so I could replace any bad valves in the future myself, saving some money down the road.

Very well. Night & day from the previous plumber. Mike came it, saw what had to be done & wrote an estimate. He also coordinated the painting that had to be done after the plumbing work. Every body, Mike, T.J., Nicole & Doug were so good at there jobs!

It went great. He showed up right on time and was finished quite quickly.

Tom showed up within the time frame stated, was very polite and professional. The job went smoothly and it came out even better than I had hoped. I will definitely call Mike the Plumber again.

The service man (Doug) was on time and very polite. Work was done well and efficiently.

Doug was able to locate the source of the leak immediately. He only had to break through a small part of dry wall to do the repair. I was very impressed, as I had thought the leak was much more extensive. The price was very fair. I will now go to Mike the Plumber for all my plumbing needs.

I had a water leak in the side yard and, after poking around and figuring out what it wasn't, determined it was the main water line to the house. I called Mike the Plumber and the woman who answered advised that she couldn't get anyone to the house on that day, but would call around and see if she could find someone else who could take on an emergency repair. About 10 minutes later, she called back with the bad news that no one else was available, but that she could have one of her guys come out late afternoon. That worked for me and imagine my amazement when Tom showed up 15 minutes earlier than I was told he would arrive! Less than an hour later, the leak is fixed and I was thrilled. Professional, friendly, and punctual! Do these folks know this is South Florida? Amazed, happy, and I know how to call for any future plumbing needs. Thanks!

They scheduled a service call for the same day, which was great because it was a Friday and I was planning on having people over to my house over the weekend. Tom came out and cleaned out the clog and informed me that it wasn't the garbage disposal. He was very honest and professional. He could have upsold me on a new garbage disposal, but didn't do that. He also cleaned out a small clog in the master bathroom. He explained everything and gave me some hints on how to avoid getting a clog again. He then cleaned up afterward. Overall, an excellent experience.

I had a leak which I could not identify, so they sent me a gentleman who right away identified which was the problem for the disposal. He did have the parts so he didn't have to comeback, which I really appreciate. I have nothing but compliments and they rendered the service on Christmas. I would call them again. And the gentleman was very courteous and punctual. And they gave me a discount so altogether I paid only 225.

It went well. The young man was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. I needed a new garbage disposal. He was able to complete the work in less than 30 minutes. Despite the fact that it was the day before the busy holiday weekend, I was able to get the work scheduled within 24 hours.

I called mike the plumber as they did work for me not that long ago and did an awesome job I had tom come to my home today as I could not get the cartridge out of the shower faucet tom was on time and fixed the problem he is a great guy once again this company went above and beyond these are great people thank you

The plumber was excellent. I felt he did quality work. He was very professional and courteous. The office was courteous but did not seem organized. I made my first payment on October 2. I signed and returned both the plumbing and electrical permits on October 4. The water heater went in on October 25. I did not have my inspections until November 21. The following is an email I received from the office explaining the delay: "There was a delay in submitting your permit as I arrived at the City at 4:13 on 10/5 and they do not accept submittals after 4pm. On 10/11 I went back again and they did not take in the application because Boca Electrical Works needed to update their insurance and county tax with the city. I was the only person in the office from 10/13-10-23 and could not leave to submit any permits until someone else was here to answer the office phones and that brings us to the following week which is when I submitted the application on 11/2." The water heater was in a closet and during this entire time all the items stored in the closet were stacked in my living room. The plumber did have to return because one of the parts he replaced on the toilet failed. It is working correctly now.

Perfect. Arrived on time and did work quickly. 2nd time I hired them and they do quality work for a good price.
