Description of Work: I called for emergency service on January 7. I had water gushing from an exterior pipe. Mike the Plumber sent Wenzel who arrived approximately when promised-11:00 pm. He replaced the hose spigot and then we discussed replacing the water shut off valve at the same time. He had the proper part and completed that job also. He was pleasant, professional, and was finished in about an hour and a quarter.
