Description of Work: I initially called them for a leak outside at the water main cutoff and used AL coupon for one hour's work. Aaron was the plumber who responded. He fixed the problem very quickly and was able to replace two aging drain traps under the bathroom sinks because there was still time left in the one hour. Very quick and efficient. |Since then I have had a couple other plumbing issues - a leak under the kitchen sink, and a leak in the plumbing behind the washing machine. Both times I used Mike the Plumber. They showed up on time, completed the work quickly and did a good job. Their prices are competitive and I feel I got my money's worth every time.

Description of Work: This is the 3rd time we have used Mike the Plumber and everyone who has come to our house has been amazing. They are all very nice, they communicate both the issues and the options and are upfront with pricing. They have fixed toilets, showers and a clogged main line pipe. I would advise anyone needing a plumber to call them.

We stand by our work and work very hard to keep up our A+ reputation. We offer a warranty on our work, so please don't hesitate to call us, if you are unhappy with our service. Due to the fact that you didn't leave a description I have no idea why you are unhappy with the repairs we made to your toilet. I see that you gave us an A in the areas of professional and punctual, but a D when it came to pricing. All Angie's List members are offered a discount. I know no one likes spending unexpected money on their home, ESPECIALLY the toilet.

Description of Work: Mike's partner J.T. came out for a second time in an unrelenting bathroom. Our cement house is so solid it gives us fits at every turn and these guys were able to fix an old huge solid metal pipe cemented into place by the builder in 1959. Seriously off balance toilet was leaking up into the space between the new tile and the original cement. There was no charge as he said it was just an adjustment from when they set the toilet previously. Now that's service you don't see these days. It's perfect ever since.
