Description of Work: Fantastic job! Everybody at Mike the Plumber is fabulous - Mike, Nicole, Allison, Doug and Marcen. First they fixed my old water heater to hold us over while a new one was ordered. Then they facilitated the electric work and got the job done in a timely fashion. Very professional and responsive as well as warm and gracious. A pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic emergency response.
Description of Work: My landscaper broke a water line and I needed emergency service to get the water shut off at the city water meter. Mike the Plumber was right on it. Well done. As it turned out, my landscaper was able to turn off water.

Fantastic.
Description of Work: Had a problem with my instant electric hot water heater, my house got hit by lightening. I called Mike the Plumber who had installed the unit and instead of sending one of his guys out for a service call called the manufacturer to trobleshoot the problem and then he walked me thru the reset procedure. Mike the plumber is always prompt and gets the job done. Personally have used them at least three times, and have referred them. Now myself and my friend have a plumber we know we can trust and are very satisfied.
Description of Work: My first service was to clear a clogged toilet. I called and someone was at my house by 8:30 am the next day. I have also used Mike the plumber for other services including replacing my garbage disposable.

It was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. I am a senior and worry about being taken advantage of. No worries here. They are great!
Description of Work: I had to have a new water heater installed and two toilets needed attention (they were running). My water heater is located on my second floor so it was an issue for me because of leakage. They came in and were so professional. They arrived when they said they would went to work and cleaned up everything when the work was done. I have never been so pleased with a plumber!

Excellent. Refill valve on toilet needed replacing. Mike installed reservoir valve with 5 year guarantee. He had left a case of reservoir flapper valves back at his place of business and told me to call him if the flapper was a problem so that he could return to replace it. It did turn out that the flapper was the problem. I went arounf the corner to Home Depot and purchased an inexpensive flapper valve which I then installed myself. That truly solved the problem. The refill valve did in fact need replacing, and I'm glad that I hadMike do that.
Description of Work: Mike is always responsive and punctual. He is the most competant plumber that I've had the pleasure to employ the services of.

It went well. They were easy to work with and listened to my needs. The project took a little longer than expected but it wasn't unreasonable.
Description of Work: I called Mike to get an estimate on replacing my bath tub. I have small children and the tub they were bathing in was painted over. The paint was chipping up and I wanted to replace the entire tub/facet. Mike gave me a fair price on replacing the tub/facet and tile surrounding. His crew was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him and use him again for future plumbing projects.

The entire back of the house was clogged. Mike The Plumber located the prooblem, snaked and cleared the main line.
Description of Work: I had a main line stoppage and called Mike The Plumber. Because I had used his service in the past, and was very satisfied with the quality of work, I contacted him again for assistance. He came over right away and cleared the stoppage. Another great job and continue to recommend his services to all my friends!

His service was excellent but his prices were relatively high. The service was prompt and it was good. I can’t complain about that. It was a commercial job, so I don’t remember the price. I would shop around before using him because of his prices.

Hi Member, I am sorry to hear that you would not hire us again. We would've hoped for a better report from you considering you being a friend of my father's. Also since we had to chase you down for payment, more than once since your checks bounce. Also your bills are paid 3 months after completion of the job and we are always there at a moments notice for you. You were given extremly fair pricing that was discounted more than anyone else would have received. We have heard from many that our prices are unbeatable. Did you happen to shop around for other quotes before you hired us? Also, we work with our clients to make sure they are happy with our pricing and usually always compare it to others that are always higher.

Overall experience was great. I am very happy with the end result. Speedy and efficient service.
Description of Work: It was late in the evening (around 7:30 pm)... I was having new kitchen cabinets installed and one of the installers put a screw thru one of my pipes. What a mess! Water was gushing everywhere. I then went outside to turn the water off to the house and the main shut off valve broke in my hand. Now, there was no way to turn off the gushing water. I needed a plumber fast, so I called my friend for help and she referred me to Mike the Plumber. She spoke highly of his work and said that she would use his services in the future. What really impressed me was his speedy service. He arrived at my house for what seemed like a minute and quickly went to work by turning getting the water off to my house. While he was there, he not only fixed my shut off valve, but he also fixed the pipe with the screw in it. And before leaving, he also fixed my running toilet. I highly recommend his services and will refer him to all my friends and family (and anyone else that is looking for a great plumber)! Gisela Fuentes

He's extremely reasonable, he goes out of his way to be very helpful and I have my mother and neighbors using him. He's very trustworthy. I've left him in the house and never had to worry. If he's going to be late he will call.
