Mike the plumber is exceptional. I had a kitchen disconnect and reconnect done plus an outdoor hose faucet replaced. They are very professional, do great work and arrive on time all at a very fair price. Doug came out to do the work. Doug is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and professional and does outstanding work. I couldn’t be more satisfied and they charge reasonable prices. I highly recommend them and I will continue using them for all my plumbing needs.

They were great! Identified the issue and cleared out a clog. No issues since! Very nice and friendly. Clean. Respond quickly to calls. They even talked me through a sink issue without charge. Will use them again and again.

We discovered a clog late at night when the shower wouldn’t drain. I called Mike the Plumber at 8:40 the next morning and Nicole sent someone to the house by 10:45am. He was able to quickly ***** the situation and get to work. He was finished by 12:15pm. They were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job.

Orchids and Praises to Jon from Mike the Plumber, Inc. Jon is punctual, very knowledgeable, highly skilled, totally neat in appearance and in work habits, a hard worker, and very conscientious! He is quite the find! I had purchased (from Home Depot) what I had believed was a replacement for my kitchen faucet with all of the necessary parts. However, when I opened the box Jon pointed out that the box was sold to me without major parts for the faucet! There was no quality control from the Home Depot factory! Neither one of us had ever come across such a thing as missing parts! Therefore Jon could not proceed with the installation. However, Nicole, the owner, was very kind and took the time to find out what the model number was for my old faucet so that she would be able to look for a reasonable facsimile as a replacement. She also took information re: the handheld shower replacement. Since I was not sure which handheld to purchase Nicole was kind enough to look for a replacement for the that as well. As promised Nicole called me when she had all of the necessary information. She took the time to describe to me what she found then itemized the prices and total cost. My choice was to pick either the cheaper (that I did not like) or the more expensive (that suited my taste!) The cost of labor was itemized and included as well. I truly appreciated this since there would be no unpleasant surprises when the final bill would be presented. When Jon returned he brought the complete kitchen faucet. I appreciate the fact that he thoroughly checked beneath the sink once again to be absolutely sure that there were no leaks. (There were none!) It was necessary to purchase certain extra parts as well ~~~which was not a big deal. He went to work diligently, conscientiously, and so neatly. I am so happy to say that the faucet that Nicole selected (and darling Jon had installed) far surpassed the quality of the one from Home Depot! (no comparison at all! Yes, the new one was more expensive, however, I chose it according to my taste), plus; I am glad that Home Depot's was incomplete and could not be used!!) In no time at all Jon installed the entire kitchen faucet; it's looking gorgeous and working fabulous!!! Jon checked it out with me. I cannot begin to express how happy I am! Jon is dynamite! He answered all of my questions and did not let me feel as though my questions were silly! Jon thoroughly re-checks over everything he does. Even though his work is brilliant he conscientiously checks it again anyway. To see Jon in action you know that he is a very hard worker. In this day and age to find a truly skilled plumber who works hard, is brilliant at what he does, and is so conscientious as well ~~~ All I can say is that Jon is heaven - sent! He took care and worked as though he were working in his own home. Most sincerely, when you need a plumber I highly, highly, highly recommend Jon from Mike the Plumber. His work is awesome, plus, there is no mess left behind!! Nicole, the owner, and Jacqueline, the office manager provide excellent, excellent customer care. I appreciate the integrity of this company. They charge exactly what they say, and I find the cost to be quite reasonable. With Jon as an awesome plumber, plus Nicole and Jacqueline as awesome customer care providers, we, the consumers are truly winners! Once again, orchids to Jon, Nicole, and Jacqueline!

Good experience with Mike the Plumber. TJ was experienced and quickly diagnosed the root cause of the leak. He explained options to fix the leak and gave helpful tips to deal with the insurance. Tom spent 6 hours to complete the repair, with good quality of work and professionalism.

I needed to have a faulty faucet replaced as I was about to receive guests the following day. Jacklyn was courteous and professional. I was grateful that she was able to schedule a time for me on short notice. The serviceman, Doug, was on time and did a great job. As other reviewers already wrote, efficiency and integrity are definitely words that can describe this company.

The company was very responsive, with a next day appointment. The employee, Tom S., was professional and easy to relate to in discussing the problems. I was very satisfied with the entire job from assessment to cleanup. A pleasure to finally deal with a company with integrity...which is hard to come across these days. Highly recommended!

TOM came even earlier than projected. My sink/disposal was backing up, not draining. His 1st attempt failed because it became apparent that the blockage was further in than his cable could reach from under my sink. He persisted, and went into the external pipe from the roof with a much longer cable and worked for more than an hour grinding away until he succeeded. Likely culprit was a rat carcass lodged deep in the pipes. Horrifying! But Tom got it done and won the battle! All in all, took him a lot of sweat in 100 deg heat for more than 2 hours from start to finish. Seemed slightly pricey, but I am not very experienced at this, and I was so grateful, and Tom worked so hard, that I couldn't really quibble about cost.

This is an excellent company, I first called them along with several Plumbers for an estimate on the planned work; The kitchen sink faucet was leaking and needed replacement so did the entry bathrooms faucet need repair and both the toilets needed the inside bolts holding the tank in place needed to be replaced. I also needed a quote to replace the water heater. The Customer Service attendant was able from her own knowledge to give me a quote for the work over the phone with the exception of the tank. She knew exactly the cost of the work. Their prices were less costly than other quotes with the exception of the water heater. On 9/7/18 the technician showed up and changed out the kitchen faucet, he also went to change out the bathroom faucet but it was the wrong one so I had to go back to home depot and exchange it despite the tech having to stop completion of the work I was not charged anything extra for the subsequent visit the following Monday! On 09/10/18 the technician came back and finished installing the additional bathroom faucet. He was an excellent worker, very efficient, and did a quality job in a short order. He went on to photo my Water Heater and they will call with that final quote. This company is excellent and are not out to take your money, use them you won't be sorry!

Excellent. Came the next day & right on time. Had to replace copper pipes that broke, with wire mesh as per new code. Also put in 2 new shut-off valves. Came earlier than expected, & cleaned up after the job was done. This is the third time he has done work for us.

Doug was excellent. He knew exactly what needed to be done. Used a snake, reset toilet. He also took a look at a few minor plumbing problems. Everything works perfectly. I've used Mike the Plumber in the past and will continue to use in the future. They are the best!

Awesome company. Honest, fair and reliable. We were in a very difficult situation because we were out of town when this problem needed to be resolved and we had to rely on TJ with everything including coordinating with another contractor to get the work done within a very short time period. TJ made sure that everything worked out perfectly and updated me on every step of the process. This was a real relief and I had the feeling I could trust them from the first day on. I cannot thank him and everybody else there enough.

The installer was actually early to arrive. He was curious and extremely knowledgeable. Really nice guy. He finished in what I would consider record time and explained everything about to new faucet before he left. Cleaned up everything before leaving as well. One of the best experiences I ever had with a service call. I will always call Mike The Plumber for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend anyone to use them.

Water coming from ceiling fixture. Overhead water line to sink burst. Had to turn off water at the meter. Called Mike's Plumbing he came in one hour and went to Home Depot and purchased repair part for the water line. Came back and installed it. Paid $125.00. This company is great, Fast and reasonable. Highly recommend.

I called on Thrudsay afternoon and was scheduled for a service call between 1-3 PM on Friday and was told Tom would be the person coming. Tom called around 12L30 pm on Friday and said he was running early and asked if it was OK if he came early. He sarrived in 5-10 minutes, was very professional, and fixed the problem within an hour - after changing the faucet's cartridge (I happened to have one) he determined the shutoff valve alse needed replacing and he had one with him. Tom was extremely careful, explained what he was doing, answered all our questions gave his recommendations, and cleaned up after he was finished. I would not hesitate to call them again if I need plumbing services.
