Great experience start to finish; from the setting of the appointment to problem solved. This will be my plumbing company. I was impressed that the supervisor was on top of that day's appointments, and when assigned plumber couldn't make it to my home during appointment window, the supervisor did the job himself. Job was done expertly and no mess left behind.

He was a very nice young man, very thorough and very professional. He explained what it would take to do the work. He was back in 2 days he did a very very nice job, cleaned up nicely pleasent personality brought in 2 men to help clean. He came when they said they would come, I cant recommend them enough.

Gian was my tech.....you could set your clock by him......came when he said.....worked fast, clean and expertly....did everything I asked and more.....what a great guy!.....A++++++++++++

Setting the appointment was painless. Day of service I got a call from the tech saying he could come early if it was good for me. It was, and I agreed. Bonus points for that. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. As a bonus he didn't mind me watching the entire procedure to satisfy my curious nature,explaining as he proceeded through the various steps of the repair. Not sure how the price compares to other vendors as this was the first time I've ever had a water heater service performed but I'd be surprised if it was not competitive. Overall, very satisfied and would be comfortable to use Mike The Plumber again in the future.

We have used Mike the Plumber's services previously and had a wonderful experience, so when our hot water stopped working in our guest bathroom, we only made one call... to them. We were able to get service out to our house within days. We were fearful that it was going to be a huge expense and major fix. Mike was able to determine that the charger needed to be replaced within the faucet fixture in order to get the hot water again. It was resolved very quickly and for a reasonable price. I will continue to use Mike the Plumber services for their fair prices and professional work.They are A+ in south Florida!

Mike and Nichole were very professional and helpful in us obtaining a plumber and leak detection company. As we had an emergency and needed someone to come out ASAP. They gave us a name and contact number of another company that was able to come within the hour. Leak was found and repaired same day.

Work was completed on time within cost estimate. Workers arrived at the time scheduled. Final inspection was completed with no issues. Workers were polite and professional.

Joe was the tech that serviced one of my condos and he did a great job. It was an excellent experience, we plan to have them back for additional work in the near future.

No work performed as we never got that far because of the attitude of the person answering the telephone.

So very helpful on a Saturday night. Made strong suggestion of getting the water damage in living room extracted and dried. Was able to find replacement water heater covered by warranty, and was very careful to clean up and take out the old heater. Followed up on both his own work and the work of the water extraction work. Very very professional.

I called Mike the plumber on Monday at 8:30. A woman answered the phone and said they weren't open yet. I said I would call back. I had an appointment elsewhere so I wasn't able to call back until 11:30 am. At that time, I received a message that the number was out of service. I tried a couple more times and I got the same message. When I got home, I looked up Mike the Plumber again and found an alternate number. I called this and Kathy answered. She told me they were having trouble with the phones. We scheduled service for Wednesday in the afternoon. She called back a little bit later and told me she accidentally overbooked because of the phone issue and said the earliest they could come out was Thursday at 9am. I agreed. Anthony arrived around 9am and I liked him immediately. He took a look at the situation and said he needed to go to Lowe's for parts. While he was purchasing the parts, I opened up the drywall more for his access. The bathroom was completely bare, no cabinet and easy access to all the plumbing. He came back around 10am and brought all his tools inside and began to work. He rerouted one hot and cold water line to the center and capped off the other hot and cold water line. He also centered the drain. He finished around 1:15pm. He had to call Mike for a price. I told him that Kathy had quoted me $85 an hour when I asked if there was a fee for showing up. Mike said to charge me $425. I asked Anthony to call him back and ask for a lower price based on the information I had received from Kathy who answered my phone call. Mike said he would come down to $375 and then I received a $10 Angie's list discount. I was disappointed in having to haggle on the price (I figured around $300) because of the original amount quoted to me. At 4.25 hours at $85 per hour, the price should have been $361.25 so overall I did get work done for about $85 dollars per hour. In any case, Anthony is a gem and I would be thrilled to have him do work for me again. I intend to call Mike the Plumber again when I'm ready to have the faucets installed after the bath is tiled.

Tried to fix the stop & start leak in my toilet myself for weeks to no avail replacing just about all the parts. Called company got VM, but got return call within minutes. Set up quick appointment. John came out exactly at the appointed time. Took 1 look and thought he knew the problem. Replaced about the only thing I didn't and then tested it with a dye to make sure there were know leads. Very, very courteous and respectful of the cleanliness. Cleaned up afterward. Bill had the $10 discount for Angie's members. Highly recommend these folks ... they were super!

When I had called Mike the Plumber it had been tremendously windy overnight and on into the next day. The toilet in the guest bathroom had begun to make extremely loud, outrageous sounds. Truly, I was afraid that it was going to explode! I called Mike the Plumber and a very kind, understanding person took my message with great care. I did not have to wait long at all for a response. Customer service called back to let me know that the plumbers were on their way. Two very neatly dressed, competent plumbers arrived exactly at the designated time. I must emphasize that they were Knowledgeable with a capital K! They explained why the loud noises had been occurring. After a very thorough examination and reexamination they assured me that there was nothing to worry about. To summarize very briefly, the loud noises had occurred due to the very high wind factor. Next, (in the master bathroom) rather suddenly water had stopped going down the shower stall drain. These two wonderful plumbers worked carefully, and precisely. They found the cause and removed it without leaving a scratch or a mark of any kind. They checked and rechecked that the drain had been cleared and was working properly. They had found, removed, and showed me the pieces of construction that had caused the problem with the drain. The showerhead was not working properly, and they fixed that also. These gentlemen showed great care and respect for my property. Their work was flawless as they did not leave behind a scratch or a mark at all. The only way to know that plumbers had been to my home is to know that they had resolved and removed the problems! I plan to install special filters for both showerheads. Mike the Plumber is the go-to expert for me!! I highly, highly recommend Mike the Plumber. For expertise, namely, neatness, accuracy, competency, professionalism, and more only Mike the Plumber will do!

Great service from my phone call with Nicole to John repairing the leak. Nicole was very helpful when my mind went-a-blank. She simply explained to me how to turn off the water on my property when the water department left me with spewing-wasting water and neglected to tell me to turn it off at my hose! Then John came along within the hour and attended to my leak. He got the job done professionally and efficiently. All good, very pleasant and a very reasonable price for the job he did. I will recommend Mike the Plumber to all my friends and family! A+ all the way.

Arrived on time. John, I think his name is, went right to work and solved the problem. He cleaned up after himself and was very professional. I would use them again.

The issue was resolved Mike could have made this a huge project BUT DID NOT. I would definately use him again.

John arrived a little early which was great because I had to return to work. He did the job in less time then I expected and before he was back in his truck I had hot water!

They were able to locate the leak on my toilet and something broke when they were trying to fix it and they just bought me a completely new toilet at no cost to me. They also changed shower head, flash control and faucet handles in my bathroom as well. They are always on time and do a wonderful job. I will use them again in the future when needed.

John arrived on time and was very professional as he completed this work. Connected new toilet, two sink faucets and drains, and shower trim kit after we had redone the bathroom. Excellent work. We have used Mike the Plumber three times in the past few months for a remodel. One bath done, two more to go, we will be calling Mike the Plumber again.

We called Mike the Plumber to help us with our garbage disposal and dishwasher. Our sink/dishwasher area was flooded but we weren't sure where the water was coming from. Mike the Plumber employee, T.J. came on time and was able to determine that the garbage disposal was cracked. He was able to replace the disposal within the hour. I was a seamless transaction and we haven't had any issues since. I would highly recommend Mike the Plumber. A+ Thank you!

Initial telephone call was acknowledge by an answering machine. A call back came within the hour. The plumber said he would be on his way,and be here soon. He was, and did the unplugging of the facility within five minutes. Total time onpremises: fifteen minutes. Since it was a Saturday, i was told in advance by the Plumber that the charge would be time-and-a-half. As I had a discount coupon, my net cost was$117.00 I feel this is too high a cost. However, the job was done in what I consider timely manner and in a professional manner. I would be inclined to use this plumber again, but never on a Saturday. (or maybe even Sunday)
