Excellent! I've paid two other plumbers this month to come out and snake out the toilet without actually diagnosing the problem. These guys after finding what the actual issue was, explained my choices to fix the root problem. They snaked out the line to clear it and basically explained how to manage the deformed piping as digging it up would be have been an astronomical rate.

They showed up the same day and at the time they had promised. They were fast and efficient and quickly figured out what the issues was. They brought the $10 discount coupon for using Angie's List and applied it to the price without me even asking. Great experience, will absolutely use them again!

Called Mike the Plumber out to resolve the plumbing stoppage in our bathroom shower. We had tried other plumbing companies in town and to say the least were left very unsatisfied in the issues not being resolved correctly, when we finally asked our neighbor on recommendations he HIGHLY recommended his plumber of choice being Mike The Plumber. They arrived on time and were extremely clean and professional. The technician was a pleasure to have in our home and even though the stoppage seemed to be a bit difficult the technician worked steadily and was very knowledgable in the different areas to go to in relieving the issue. This was definitely a very welcomed change from other companies we have called out to our home in the past. We are happy to say we have finally found our preferred neighborhood plumber.

Our initial problem was not having enough hot water. A technician (very nice) came and said the problem was the temperature control. However, after working at it for almost an hour, he was unable to remove the old piece to replace it with a new piece. Apparently the part was rusted too badly. We decided to have this water replaced with one from another location we have. The office told me that a permit would have to be pulled and we needed to wait for the paperwork to be completed. In about a week, a very nice technician came and completed this work. The office then told me it had to be inspected - which they did not tell me before or at the time of completion. This was my first experience with permitted work and I was annoyed they hadn't informed me beforehand. About a week later an inspector from Palm Beach County came and he DID NOT pass the work. He said it was a minor issue with the electricity which could have been done with the installation. I immediately called the office and the staff member was quite surprised at the fact that the work did not pass. She said she would inform T.J. and they would come back and take care of the problem. That was over two weeks ago and I still have not heard from them! Under normal circumstances, I would have given them at least a "B" rating in most categories, but as each day passed and I didn't hear from them, I got more annoyed at the lack of customer service.

Professional, courteous and responsive service. We had called the plumber that we have usually used for our needs and they were unable to come out, as the truck they use was in a different location, until the following day. We were told to call Roto-Rooter, and to watch that they don't price-gouge us. So, we decided to keep trying other providers on Angie's List. We found a plumber, who has great reviews and actually lives within our community, so he has first hand knowledge of the houses within our neighborhood. As the water levels had gone back to normal, right before they arrived, he gave us the option of whether to snake or not, as he was not going to charge us, as there was nothing to do, at that point. We asked him to go ahead and snake, and they did. Definitely would recommend, as very professional and nice, on top of it. Thank you, Mike!

Excellent service and professionalism.

I called another Angie's list plumbing service first due to heavy positive reviews and were told they were to busy to honor their 24/7 emergency service. I called Mike the Plumber and spoke quickly with someone who helped me locate the shutoff valve, explained the lead-time on service and why. Feeling better that the lake formed in my narrow side yard would recede. I waited. Received a call earlier than expected from the plumber on his way. Arrived early and went to work. Joe needed to leave to get parts but was friendly, professional, and helpful. Showed me his work and we tested the sprinkler system. Filled in the dirt around the shutoff valve and cleaned up. Applied the Angie's List discount and left me a very happy customer. Thanks!!

The gentleman came when he said he would and fixed the problem and even gave me a 10% discount.

When I got in over my head on a Saturday DIY project, Mike had someone at my house in under an hour. Tommy came out and did what I couldn't and saved the day. I will be using Mike The Plumber for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Anthony (?) showed up, tested the lead hoses, removed the cartridge and tested the faucet housing, cleaned the cartridge, and deftly replaced everything. It now works very close to normal. There may still be an issue with the cartridge (time will tell), but the improvement was substantial. Anthony was extremely nice to work with, and an ideal representative of the company.

Mike first sent his own person to find leak; this did not work out. When informed, Mike tore up our check, and referred us to a service which then did identify the leak, and recommended a solution. Mike promptly (New Year's Eve) came over and fixed the leak, doing a complex job quite quickly. We thought his charge was quite reasonable.

Prompt, fixed problem, polite, cleaned up, did not overcharge. I would definitely use again!

The repair work was scheduled on the same day I called, at no extra cost, in spite of the projects being non-emergency in nature. Tommy showed up on time, explained what had to be done, completed the work efficiently and quickly, and cleaned up completely. He was courteous and personable. I am completely satisfied with the work and will recommend this company to friends and neighbors.

I called in the morning and needed help. I had an over flow in the kitchen. My toilet in the master bedroom was broken. I was nervous that my garbage disposal was broken and I would have to buy a new one. Mike was very professional and fixed the one i had. He didn't try to talk me into buying a new one like most people do. He came out the same day and fixed everything! Thanks a lot for the service!

After a complex and ultimately wrong evaluation by another plumber, Mike swiftly and accurately diagnosed the prolem, and gave a very reasonable estimate. In 2 days, an associate came and very neatly and promptly fixed the leak. It should be emphasized, that whereas we thought floor tiles would have to be broken to get at the leak, the fellow did the job & kept the tiles intact! A bravura effort! He also kept to the original low estimate. We couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

He is fantastic. He comes when he's supposed to. He's easy to work with and trustworthy. I don't recall the exact price but he is very fair.

This company is A No. 1 They are prompt, courteous, neat, clean and punctual.

CJ has helped us twice this year with after hours plumbing work outside the house. He is extremely courteous and professional, knows exactly how to take care of the problem and leaves everything clean and in working order. I highly recommend him.

Mike, the owner, and TJ the second in charged showed up approximately a week ago to help locate the leak. The came to my house directly from another job and did not have the leak detection system with them. However that review both inside and outside includeing digging neat the foundation along the kitchen wall. The did all they could do in approximately one hour. I told them I would attempt to find the leak myself and asked them how much I owed them. Mike refused to take any money for their time and he told me that there would be no charge for this trip if I used them to fixe the leak once if was located. Because the cabinets were just installed I refused to tear them out and began location the lead from the outside. I was unable to work on this for approximately a week. TJ called ask how the lead detection was going and offered to help. After days later, today, I located the leak and opened the wall from the outside to allow access to the leak. I called TJ and he came of and made the repairs within a hour. The total cost was $175.00. This is an excellent company with excellent leadership from Mike and TJ.

Detected the problem but no replacement part on truck or at supply store. Ordered part and replaced it in two days. So far its working great. Showed up promptly and was professional on site and more than willing to travel to locate part but had to order. Returned promptly and finished the repair.

The plumber called to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and courteous when he arrived. He replaced both heating elements and thermostats on my water heater. He did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Emergency leak in the wall of my condo. They were on site within 45 minutes Friday night after hours. I think the rate was reasonable and they were very professional in how everything was handled.
