Nice guy, simple and direct replacement. He had to fight with it a little so I was happy that I called a professional.

The water heater in my place broke open, luckily it was in the garage so nothing got damaged. TJ arrived here and called his office to describe the water heater make model and size. TJ removed the water heater and prepared the area while waiting for Mike to arrive. Within 90 minutes Mike arrived here with the new water heater and they both hooked up the unit. They were very kind and courteous and did the job efficiently. Thank you Mike and TJ

He checked the heater and said everything was fine. I feel like I can trust him because he was honest and didn't try to sell me on any unneeded repairs.

Mike has never been in my home and is not being truthful He answers the phone or his wife and they send TJ or someone else to do the worl The first toilet was installed May 6,2014 and I paid $474.59 . The toilet seat was too hard and I paid them$101.89 to come back on May 13,2014 That seat still slides On August 1,2014 I paid $507 for a Toto toilet to be installed That evening the seat was loose and I was afraid to sit on it I called and spoke with TJ and he returned Sat morning.He was very rude and said he had a fishing trip scheduled and I was causing him to miss it He quickly put on another toilet seat that was sliding and not acceptable HE THEN BECAME VERY ANGRY I TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO GET A SEAT THAT I COULD SIT ON SAFELY HE WENT TO HIS TRUCK AND PUT ON ANOTHER TOILET SEAT.THIS SEAT MADE A CLANGING NOISE HE INFORMED ME THAT THIS WAS ALL HE WOULD DO!!HE WAS VERY OVERBEARING A D INTIMIDATING Last month I had a problem with this toilet and called Mike I discussed with him a service call as this toilet was still under warranty. And again mentioned to him that the toilet seat still makes a loud noise when I sit on it Last Saturday I had the seat looked at by someone else working fir me who said that there are 4 pieces under the toilet seat 2 have pieces to buffer the noise and 2 are not there He said it was a defective seat Mike has never seen the seat nor would he want to sit on this seat and hear a loud noise every time it is used --for $507 I never yelled at anyone or was rude He is not telling the truth I want them to install a seat and not charge me or refund me the money for someone else to install a new seat

We were very happy with the plumber who came out. He was professional, got the job done within the estimated price, and didn't waste time. The toilet in the master bedroom wasn't draining when flushed. We tried to use the plunger to help it drain. The pressure caused water to go up the shower drain into the shower floor. After about 10 minutes with no progress we went to check out the bathroom on the other side of the house. Water was already backed up into the bathtub on that side of the house. That toilet wouldn't drain when flushed either. Water was oozing out from under the toilet where it sits on the floor. That meant there had to be a breakdown of the wax ring. At that point we turned off the water valves that allow water into the toilets. Eventually the excess water drained out of the toilets and showers. This was Sunday evening. On Monday morning we called Mike the Plumber. Also compared prices with another plumber. Mike the Plumber had better prices. The Plumber came out Monday afternoon. He sent a snake up the main waste line in the front yard. It turned out to have roots growing in it so the snake didn't get too far. Then the snake ground up the roots throughout the line. That solved the drainage problem. Then he went in the bathroom and reset the toilet. He scraped off the old wax rings and put a new one down. Excellent experience front start to finish. .

Wenzel was great. He was on-time and friendly. When we have future plumbing needs, we'll definitely call them back!

Wenzel was amazing,, at first it did not look like the sink would fit but Wenzel kept at it and found a way .. He really knew what he was doing.. After a little bit it fit like a glove, he also had to move my garbage disposal to fit the new drain. In no time everything is working beautiful and my new sink and faucet look great. Wenzel arrived within the promised time window. He reviewed the job he was being asked to do, got his tools and went to work. He was very neat and careful in his work and made sure that everything was done properly. Wenzel knew precisely what he needed to do and did it well. I was very pleased with the way he worked and the work he performed. When he was finished he took time to check all the connections to make sure they were properly tightened and there were no leaks. I would definitely use this service provider again if I have another plumbing issue.

Wetzel showed up on time went right to work proficiently and professionally installed a replacement garbage disposal unit in the kitchen sink...no mess, no fuss, no problems. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I assuredly will recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs an excellent plumber. What more can I say Mike the Plumber does a great job and is a marvelous find. Use them.

Was very pleased the entire job from beginning to end. They contacted me immediately & a day & time was set to do the job. The hose connection was frozen and could not be turned. The main water had to be turned off so the work could be done. The technician who's name is Wenzel was fantastic. He arrived on time and even though it was a difficult job, he finished and was able to complete it in a reasonable time. Wenzel used a blow-torch to get the hose bib off so he could repair it to put a new one on. Before we had to use a pliers to turn the water on for the outside hose. Wenzel replaced the part and we now are able to just turn the handle and it works great. We would use this company again, as long as Wenzel would be doing the work....he was terrific!

Fortunately I did not need a major repair. I did not realize our relatively new water heater had it's own internal circuit breaker. The repairman was courteous, professional and on time. He showed me the circuit breaker inside the top panel and showed me how to reset it in the future. He was very happy to hear that I obtained the business name through Angie's List and immediately offered me a discount.

After an unfortunate situation with my sink, Mike and TJ went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make everything right for me. I absolutely love my new sink, faucet and disposal. I'm remodeling my house while caring for my elderly Mom, and I couldn't take any more stress. They put themselves OUT to reinstall everything PROMPTLY for me and I couldn't be happier. It's lovely. They were SO COOL and nice, and did a GREAT JOB. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Mike and TJ. Great plumbers, don't hesitate to call them. YAY!!

The plumber came in right on time. He removed and discarded the old items as I instructed him. He installed the new items and removed all dirt and trash. The entire work took about 3 hrs and the plumber Wenzel was professional and very friendly. Exactly a year ago they replaced another toilet and the work was done in the same professional manner. I definitely will use them again for any plumbing work in the future.

Newly purchased home and the first time we showered and flushed in the same bathroom....the toilet backed up into the shower. E-mailed Mike the Plumber and they responded within the day. We scheduled for a Monday, but an appointment came available sooner and they came the next day. They were on-time, courteous and very helpful. Drains were cleared, and they also fixed a leaky toilet. I would recommend to anyone.

This company is the ONLY company I will use when it comes to plumbing services. Nicole is always very pleasant on the phone and is accomodating with getting me appointments within 24 hours. Mike is very professional was able to repair what I needed and charged me very fair prices. I am so pleased with this company that I have referred them to a few people who in turn are very satisfied as well. After using them at home they now use them at place of business! We needed 2 plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. They sent someone over quickly and they fixed the 2 issues we had and even found a 3rd that we did not realize we had. The worker was pleasant and asked before leaving if there were any other problems. We asked about a slow running faucet in the bathroom we assumed was just low pressure. The worker discovered a flow restrictor was still installed was promptly removed. All 3 issues were resolved quickly. We have referred our neighbors to Mike the Plumber who have used their services and have been pleased in the past.

Called Mike The Plumber to fix a leaky faucet in the kitchen. Aaron (I think that was his name) and a co-worker showed up early for the appointment. Looked at the faucet and said I had a leaky hose. No problem, they were going to go over to Home Depot and pick one up. It would be about $30 for the sprayer hose plus $95 for the service call. I said great, go ahead and get it done. I never heard from them again. After waiting almost a week, I bought a new faucet and had it installed. In the future, if I have any plumbing needs, I will know who NOT to call.

The customer is never important to the owner MIKE. What an arrogant!!! Too quick to blame the customer for buying the wrong appliance.

They were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived early and were very polite. I was very comfortable with them in my house. The job was excellent and through. Very quick and conscientious.

Aaron was very professional. He had to come back to us a 2nd time because we share our water system w/ our neighbor. He returned and took care of the filter. We are very satisfied and will call again in the future.?
