They were on time for both services provided and accommodated my busy schedule. The service provider was professional, helpful, and they resolved the issue quickly. I have used Mike the Plumber twice with two different service professionals and would plan to use Mike the Plumber again in the future.

Firstly, I've got a plumber friend and I'd use this company before calling my friend! Easy to set-up an appointment and arrive in the brief window promised. The same rep: WENCEL (yes, that's his name and forgive any misspellings) came first about 6 months ago to install/repair two constantly running toilets for approx. $175.00. Worked quickly and efficiently. Cost was reasonable and quality parts. Cleaned up after himself too! Called in August 2015 to install dishwasher bought locally (did NOT want to rely on their installers who were priced about $10.00 less after Angie's list discount) along with a garbage disposal (2nd replacement in <5years). Pricing on the disposal was about $35.00 more than I could find on line, etc. but was told theirs was a different product than retail (which indeed was different) and hopefully will last longer. Total cost for disposal, install and dishwasher install: around $400.00. Once again pleasant and professional Wencel arrived promptly in the middle of a 2 hour window, installed the dishwasher and disposal without a hitch and was gone about 1 1/2 hours. Also fixed a drain stopper in less than 5 minutes. Polite, on time, competitive price (compared with 2 other plumbers), tidy, quick and quality work. What else could a home owner want? Not sure who "Mike" is but Wencel is AWESOME! Perfect. THANK YOU!!

Prompt and efficient. Wenzel did the work and he was very professional. Also cleaned up afterwords and left a very net work area. I have dealt with many plumbers in south Florida and this was by far the best experience I have had. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service. Technician Wenzel was extremely helpful and very neat with the installation. I feel he even went above and beyond with trying to remove a rust stain from my floor caused by the old toilet. I will definitely use them again for other plumbing jobs.

Mike and TJ came out and replaced a broken toilet in our guest bathroom, they also replaced a main shut off valve. I am so pleased that we used this company. There were no excuses and stories like I got from other companies for these repairs. Mike and TJ were quick, clean and relliable. We highly recommend this company.

He answered all my wife's questions. We discussed some plumbing things with him. He's really a nice person. He didn't get any work on the house; it was just a diagnostic on the leak. He's well-respected and I actually called some friends and they knew him.

When we called, we left a message on a Sunday, and they called back Monday with a time they would be here on that day. . Inasmuch as I'm the woman behind the man, literally, I actually couldn't see what they were doing, or tell you for that matter, but whatever it was that got done. It was done efficiently, quickly and courteously. I had questions, they were answered in a very informative manner and whatever was fixed, was done in a timely manner. What nice people over there. Had a leak develop in the hot water heater. Called the service and they responded in a timely manner and replace the water heater. After replacement they were able to dry the area and removed all the debris.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT! I have been using Mike the Plumber for years. They are clean, efficient, KNOWLEDGABLE, reliable, dependable and HONEST. I refer them to all my family and friends and everyone loves them. This is my plumber for life. I highly recommend them.

I noticed a discolorization on my bathroom wall, I called several plumbers but then my neighbor told me about Mike the plumber and how good of job they had done for them. I gave the company a call and they sent a tech right out. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and take care of it the same day. I really appreciate how thorough and efficient they were.

Mike and TJ arrived very quickly. They figured out the issue in a timely manner. They were able to get to the leaking pipe through a small hole they cut in the drywall. I knew it was more than just a leaking seal or gasket, because this toilet has leaked on two previous occasions. Previous plumbers just replaced the wax seal, and reset the toilet. After removing the toilet, Mike suggested using a "gasket." (forgive me if that is the incorrect term.) It provided a much need surface area to support the new wax seal around the pipe. I'm now convinced we will never have another issue with this toilet!! All his work was performed fast, efficient, and to very high standards. The bathroom was spotless and actually looked cleaner after he left my home. Thank You! Thank You!

They were the only provider in your listings who answered my call at 3:00 am, the woman who answered tried to check if there was anyone available at the time, when she couldn't find anyone she was very helpful in suggesting I call 911 so they would dispatch a Fire Dpt. unit to come and close the main water line. The gentleman who came had called to verify if I still needed the service, which I did, he arrived shortly afterwards and very professional handled the job in approx. 45 mins to an hour.

Wenzel was my service technician and he was a very knowledgeable nice guy. When I attempted to do it, I totally had leaking water coming out of the toilet. I called them, they came and turned the water off and they installed the piece inside the tank and he put the right joints in that I needed for the bidet. They are happy people and enjoy doing their work.

We called Mike the Plumber, Inc. based on stellar reviews on Angie's List and they did NOT disappoint!!! We scheduled our appointment with ease, were contacted the next day when a conflict arose with their schedule and had no problem rescheduling another time. Wenzel came to our home at exactly the time promised, identified the problem immediately and fixed it in a very timely manner. He communicated to us what the problem was, explained our options and expertly made the repair. We brought up some other plumbing issues unrelated to the problem for which we called them and he made suggestions to do the work in the most cost-effective manner. Friendly, informative and very professional. We were VERY happy with the entire experience, would use them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member. What more can I say?

When I made the call and explained to Nicole my situation, the component that allows you to go from bath to shower was broken, she asked me to send a picture to hopefully save me a service call. Due to the age of the my shower components she would need to send someone out to check. Mike arrived an hour early and explained to me the two options I had available. After deciding on the option I called and scheduled the repair. He arrived 40 mins early and finished the job with no issues. I am extremely pleased with the service I received.

Great service from Mike and Wenzel. Although part had been discontinued, they kept at it until they came up with one that worked. Took weeks to find the right part after one supplier had sent a similar-appearing but wrong-sized one, but I believe most plumbers would have just given up. Not these guys...

Mike did the work for a friend of mine and they were very pleased with the job as well as his politeness and quality of work at a good price.
