Work went great. They arrived on time and got the work done fairly quickly. Price was slightly lower than estimate, but that was due to less needing to be done than expected from our initial calls. I will absolutely use them again.

GREAT! Nicole, the office manager, is the perfect example of what a true professional should be. She's knowledgeable, attentive to detail, LISTENS, and knows precisely what questions to ask to get you the best service at the most reasonable rate. What distinguished her even more is that she works WITH you to set up service that meets YOUR schedule! The two plumbers (TJ and Erin) that have worked at my home have been prompt, efficient, experienced, successfully completed the projects in less than anticipated time, and answered any and all questions I've had. What impresses me most about these two (there on separate calls) is how neat they keep the work areas while completing the tasks and how clean they leave the work areas after the job is done. On a scale of 1-10, these people deserve at least a 12!

The service technician arrived on time and was very professional. He fixed both issues with ease and was very clean and efficient. This is the second time using Mike The Plumber and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a great plumbing service. Awesome company from appointment scheduling through finished work.

Have a leaking 80 gallon hot water heater. Talked with Mike about installing a Heat Pump model. Once he said I needed 3' around the hot water heater for air flow per manufacturer's requirements I knew it was time to hang up... which I did. I had both the Rheem and GE 80 gal Heat Pump installation info in front of me and neither of those stated that. I then called both manufacturers Technical Support and got the same answer. 7" per side and 12" in the back is plenty of clearance. It is more important to be in a warm room that is at least 10'x10'. Based on reviews I had high hopes, but struggle to trust someone that gives conflicting information.

TJ did a great job. After discovering that the main shutoff valve on my house did not completely shut off water flow he checked the city water shutoff and found that it too did not completely shut off either. He was able to get the flow low enough so that he could repair the leaky garden faucet and replace it. He advised that I should call the city water and request that they fix their shutoff so that he could then replace the house main shutoff valve. I am awaiting city action to fix their valve before proceeding. Based on the work done this should have been a A rating overall. However, the day after I had the work done under an Angie's list $125 special I saw another Angie's list special at $69 for the exact same work. I inquired at Angies list and was told since the work had already been completed there was nothing they could or would do regardless of their Fair Price guarantee. I thought they could at least give me a small credit for use in the future. Needless to say this has left a bad taste on my first experience using Angie's list. Guess I need to do better research before my next project.

After calling another plumber three times without a response ,I searched on Angie's list for a plumber and found Mike the Plumber. I sent a message through the system since it was late in the evening and they reached out to me the following morning and scheduled the call for the following day. He arrived promptly and got to work. Within the hour the problem was resolved and everything was left very neat. The plumber was polite and professional. I would definitely use this company again.

I noticed a water leak on the ceiling in our family room in the morning. I called Nicole with mike the plumber and within an hour we had their service tech at our home to fix the problem. I thought the repair would be an expensive and messy job but I was amazed at the care that was given to protect my furniture and the cleanup. They did a great job and at a very fair price. I would absolutely recommend mike the plumber to anyone who asks.

Fantastic. This is my 14th house renovation and I have dealt with a lot of plumbers over 30 years. Everyone who works at Mike the Plumber was professional and competent. Hire them and you won't need to worry!

This was my first time using Angies List and the service I received from TJ at "Mike the Plumber" was amazing. I was able to obtain an appointment within 24 hours of contacting "Mike the Plumber" and TJ showed up at my house the next day and on time. He went to work on my outdoor faucet and showed me that I bent the copper pipe while I was trying to remove the hose nozzle from the faucet. He replaced the faucet and gave me his card - with his personal cell phone on it - and told me to call whenever I have an issue. The next morning I woke up and realized my bedroom carpet was wet ( I did not step on the carpet the previous day). Understand that my bedroom is adjacent to the faucet TJ just replaced, so I was very concerned that there was a major leak. I immediately texted TJ on Saturday morning at 7am and he was at my door by 8am!!! TJ triple checked the new faucet. He drilled the wall again to examine the pipe, felt the surrounding areas, and used a camera to view portions of the pipe that were not visible. After at least another hour, TJ determined that the water was was a day old - meaning it was from the leak BEFORE he fixed it!. After all of that COMPLIMENTARY work, he even took the time to adjust my hot water heater! TJ from MIKE THE PLUMBER was awesome. He took the time to double check everything he repaired 12 hours earlier on Saturday - his day off. I didn't need to contact the company or try to reschedule...I just texted his cell and TJ showed up an hour later. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THIS IS DEFINITELY THE COMPANY YOU WANT ON YOUR TEAM WHEN YOU HAVE PLUMBING ISSUES.

Communication was good, showed up on time, worked fast and got it done. Only complaint is he made it look too easy.

I have used this plumbing company in the past and they did a good job. I also spoke to Mike on the phone and he was very helpful That being said?my problem is with their emergency service. The emergency number message says ?leave a message and we will get back to you shortly. I called about 5am Sunday morning and explained that i was leaving for vacation the following day and needed an emergency repair for a water leak from the water heater in the garage. I called at 5:30am and again at 6am and at 6:45 am and explained that it was an emergency?still no response. I called another company and they answered the phone promptly and came within one hour. Mike did finally call me back at 9:30 and i explained that i already got someone else. I understand that a plumbing problem at 5:30 on a Sunday morning is a problem. What I have a problem with is the fact they said they would get back to me shortly. To me shortly doesn't mean 4 hours later when water is leaking into my garage and I am about to leave on a 2 week vacation. I'm sure that Mike the Plumber does excellent work. My problem is that when you advertise an emergency service and that you will get back to the customer shortly?do as advertised

Great service. Den was on time, courteous and skilled. He also removed additional tree roots from around our water meter to avoid problems in the future.

The job went smoothly and timely. There were no issues. The person doing the work was professional and nice.

On time, did what was expected very nicely. Was able to provide a quote based on cell phone photo, saving both of us a trip to the house. Highly recommend.

Prompt and very helpful from the girls in the office to the plumber that came out to complete the work. As always I am a very satisfied customer. I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.

Mike and his staff was professional and very helpful. The plumber arrived on time. He did a great job installing the new toilet and cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

All work was excellent and completed in a timely and professional manner. Mike?s employees were punctual, accommodated all of my requests with a positive attitude, and took great care to protect my property from dirt and damage. We passed all Palm Beach County inspections. Also, Mike was very flexible with respect to scheduling the work around that of other contractors and inspectors. Since Mike the Plumber was sub-contracted by my GC, I do not know the actual cost of the plumbing work. I can only assume that since Gemco?s total price was fair, so was Mike the Plumber?s. In summary, do not hesitate to hire Mike the Plumber for your plumbing needs.

I called to have someone come check out my elderly parents water heater because it was sitting in a pool of water. Through a telephone triage conversation we discovered that the water was actually coming from a very leaky A/C unit that sat above it in the closet. Although no work was done, they were very helpful over the phone.

The entire experience was a pleasure. I utilize Angie's List for all of my service needs and finding Mike the Plumber was a find!!! After reading the reviews I knew this was the company I would retain for the above.job. I called and spoke to Danielle and Nicole who referred me directly to Mike. He made a couple of suggestions and I decided upon The Ever Pure System. It took 4 days for him to order the system and install it. His technician TJ was professional in every sense of the word and the price quoted was exactly what it cost. He was neat and efficient and I highly recommend TJ if you have any plumbing problems.
