I replaced our kitchen sink, but the garbage disposal wouldn't fit because the drain pipe extended too far from the wall. We called another company that had previously replaced our water heater, however their quote was outrageous. I called Charlie Swain plumbing and they were able to come the next day. The quote I got on the phone was right on. Russell was our plumber and he was great. Fast and efficient, pleasant, and got the job done perfectly at a reasonable price. The bill had an itemized list of parts used and cost which was awesome. Definitely will call this company next time we need a plumber!

Own a screen printing business and our wash out sink drain was completely clogged. They came within 2-3 hours of call and repaired in less than an hour. Very polite and professional. Could not have asked for better service. Would highly recommend.

We called the provider in the morning and a Russell came to our home a few hours later. We had a leak in an exterior wall in the rear of our house. Russell opened the wall and found a leaking hose bibb. He repaired the leak in the pipe and installed a new hose bibb. He was knowledgeable,efficient, personable and very professional. We were charged a reasonable amount for the work and were very satisfied. We will definitely use this company for all of our plumbing needs in the future and will recommend them to our friends.

Russell was an outstanding plumber! It was a complicated job, but he is obviously experienced. He stuck with it and got the problem solved!

This was an emergency call as I was leaving the next day and my sink was backed up with filthy water. I called Angie's List to get help with 'emergency' care, and they found Charlie Swain Plumbing. Ryan, the tech that came, was fast getting here and fast to fix the issue. He unclogged the pipe, reassembled, and we agreed that he would come back in a few weeks to replace the piping under the sink and install a new insinkerator (garbage disposal). He was here about 10 min. The usual rate for emergency overtime is $144 for 45 min. However, he gave me a break, knowing that he would be able to replace everything during regular working hours at a later date. Thank you, Ryan!

I purchased the new fixture to keep costs down. It is functioning fine except for the tremendous noise it makes each time either faucet is turned on! In addition, since the installation, the toilet adjacent to the vanity also makes a great deal of noise every time it is flushed! A fill valve in another bath toilet was adjusted. Unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem and the toilet still runs. I prefer a technician who knows enough to wear booties when needed, who lays a drop cloth on the tile floor and who covers a marble vanity before laying out all the pieces of the new fixture.

Excellent! I called yesterday, was able to get a great quote over the phone (I had all the details I needed, making it easier for them). It was promptly installed this morning and the quote was accurate. Marybeth in the office was wonderful, and Ryan, the plumber, was terrific. He arrived on time, and was very thorough and courteous. I would highly recommend this plumber!

We had a clogged drain in the kitchen, and I went on Angie's List to find a good plumber. We needed the work done quickly as we were expecting company. They were out here before the promised time, and Ryan, the plumber, was a true pro. Personable and polite, Ryan gave me a quote and went right to work. The job took well over an hour because the clog was at least 50 feet from the drain. The job was done, he cleaned up and even gave me a $25 discount for mentioning Angie's List! I highly recommend this company!

he left a pump here, never came back to get it, been 5 days. I left message with his service to call me, with number, never called me back. said he would give me an estimate for a toilet, would drop off color samples that day, over a week ago, haven't heard from him since. his pump is still here, anyone want it?

Horrible service . Came . Supposedly unclogged drain .. Gave it one clean flush and left. Next use , Toilet overflowed again.. Called to have drain unclogged again and company wanted to charge me for a new service call despite service not being delivered on first call.. After several minutes of refusing to honor any guarantee on first service, I threatened to dispute charge with credit card for service not provided .. It wasn't until then , they came out and actually unclogged the drain for no additional charge

The service was good, they did the job but I thought that the expense would have been less than it was because there were additional things that needed to be done. Over all it was good. They showed up they did the job and everything was fine. I thought that the coupon should have done the job. Without the coupon it would have been less, but the service was fine. The job was done well, they were professional and on time but I was betrayed by the coupon.

I called the office and they were extremely polite. They sent someone out within a few hours to repair and the cost was excellent and below any others that I had quoted. No one else could offer same-day service. The plumber arrived was polite and professional and the job was done very quickly and neat.

They called before they came. they showed up on time. He fixed our sinks, toilets and installed a new water filter. He also fixed the faucets and removed clogs! Happy sinks and homeowner.

Toilets probably original to the home, maybe 20 years. Upon removal of the toilets, both required a minor repair to the plumbing in the floor. This was done quickly and efficiently with little additional cost.

I had Charlie Swain install a 50 gallon A.O. Smith in my Mother-In-Laws house along with a new Kohler toilet with no problem. Ryan did the install and my mother in law was very happy! I had Charlie Swain install an 80 gallon A.O. Smith today. Ryan also did the install. I had previously contacted, emailed, and called Marybeth Showaker numerous times to coordinate the purchasing, delivery and installation with myself and my mother in law. My mother in law drove everyone crazy with the color of the toilet (white or Biscuit !). Marybeth kept her cool and did a tremendous job being very patient and helping us out . In addition, since no one is South Florida has 80 gallon A.O. Smith Water Heaters I had to purchase it on the internet. Marybeth help me coordinate the delivery to Charlie Swain and took delivery on the unit before installation. Ryan called me before he came and showed up punctually. He cranked out the work while its 90 degree's out. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Very polite. The people at Charlie Swain that I dealt with were very professional and very considerate.

My tenant reported constant water running in toilet tank. Tenant contacted Dee Maria plumbing on Monday and scheduled for Tuesday morning. Tenant and I were present when repairman arrived and were immediately UNimpressd, actually fearful of what type of work this guy would do! He didn't appear to know exactly what the problem was, he kept staring at the inside of the tank. It was obvious the old parts needed to be replaced, but, he was noncommital. I asked him again and finally he said he didn't have the parts in his truck (the toilet is a 1974 American Standard). I told him I would buy the parts from Palm Beach Plumbing and follow up with his company. When he didn't respond in a manner to give me confidence in him, I was thrilled he DIDN'T have the parts in his inventory and I KNEW I'D NEVER have him return!!! I found CHARLIE SWAIN PLUMBING through Angie's List and contacted them that same day and was able to schedule for Wednesday morning. Ryan arrived promptly, and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge ... wow, what a relief!!! As the toilet was are old (from 1974), parts not easily available and are becoming more and more expensive, Ryan suggested I should think about replacing the toilet. When I realized the cost of two of the items needed inside that tank, it was not expensive. BUT, if the 3rd item went bad, that cost had risen from $105 in 2010 to a current cost of $320!!! Preventative maintenance is always a good thing, and together Ryan and I decided best to replace the toilet. I had Ryan also replace the 2nd toilet in the condo, now the toilets match and I don't have to worry about the old innards going bad! This was probably one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor ... not only does Ryan have a good disposition, he was very professional, clean and had vast knowledge. Thanks, Ryan!!!

The gentleman that performed the service called ahead to let me know he was coming, arrived as promised and got right down to work. Replaced wax seal for toilet, shimmied and re-grouted. Nice guy, left no residue. What more could you ask for? This is the second time I've used CS and will continue to call them when the need arises.

Prompt and courteous. Made the replacement look so easy. Very knowledgable. Will be using them again.

I called Charlie Swain Plumbing (CSP) to try and figure out if I should purchase the 2-hour deal @ $170 because I had no idea how long it would take to clear the clogged drain. I spoke with Mary Beth, and when I started asking questions about costs and time for a particular job, she gave me the hourly breakdown. When I mentioned that I was trying to determine if I should purchase the 2-hour deal, she asked me to describe the problem. Once I told her the problem, she said that the technician likely wouldn't need 2 hours, and that they would give me a $25 credit for being an Angie's List member. Ultimately, they didn't make as much money because I didn't purchase the 2-hour deal and was given a $25 discount. As far as the actual work went, Mary Beth said a technician was available immediately and Uziel arrived at our house approximately an hour later. My father, who is elderly, was at the house and said Uziel was very professional, courteous, and explained everything he was doing clearly. The entire job took about 15 minutes, but it was something we couldn't resolve without a plumber. Uziel could have taken advantage of us by saying more work needed to be done, but he didn't, for which I am very grateful. My father provided a credit card number to pay for the service, but later that evening received a call from the bank that the credit card was compromised a few days earlier and they cancelled the card. Since the card was given to CSP, my father called the next day to inform them, and Mary Beth was very polite and understanding. She told him he could mail a check to the office. I cannot say enough about the company. I will definitely recommend this company first before all others for plumbing work. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good. The plumber was respectful and courteous. We chatted while he worked and he was very nice and knowledgable. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it and was successful at fixing the problem. He was available earlier than scheduled which worked out great and the whole project took less than two hours.
