Haven't done anything, yet.
Description of Work: Replace a water heater. Even though we decided to do it next season, he was very responsive and knowledgeable. (We put it off because of the difficulty to get Palm Beach County permits in a reasonable amount of time.)

I called for service and was scheduled for the next morning. They called the next morning and told me that they needed to reschedule because a plumber called in sick. The plumber arrived at the new time about 3 hours later. He knew exactly what to do and while he was working, he discovered that the faucet, to which the line was hooked up to, was leaking. So, he replaced that faucet too. He cleaned up after he was done and showed me exactly what he had done. I am very satisfied with the price and service.
Description of Work: Separated the ice maker water line from a reverse osmosis water filter that had been hooked up wrong by another plumber. Installed a new faucet that was leaking.

They were very professional and very courteous. They didn't leave a mess. The plumber was very very clean and he cleaned up after himself before he left. I would use them again and recommend them.

Video work completed & plumbers explained everything in detail. Also viewed video which they filmed & saw where problem area was. Very pleased with outcome.
Description of Work: Had several water back-ups in sink & standpipe for washer - called Charly Swain (on recommendation from another plumbing co) and found they were on A's list too. Videoed the water line & discovered build-out & have been using treatment Swain plumbers sugg'd & so far things are improving.

We have had very good luck with this plumber. The quality of their work is excellent and they are always on time. They also do a nice job of cleaning up after themselves when they finished.
Description of Work: They replaced a faucet in the tub in the bathroom that was leaking and installed some other hardware in the bathroom that we had bought. They took only a few hours to do the work.

They had a fair price. He was exceptionally nice. He went above and beyond. I thought he was very fair.
Description of Work: I had a leak in a second floor toilet. I thought it would be a fortune to fix. This guy came, made a small hole in the ceiling. He did not have to break everything in the house. He installed a new seal.
