Description of Work: On July 28th CMI came in and replaced our existing central air conditioning system with two 4 ton units and a 3 ton unit. Then on August 7th they were back to install a new split system air conditioner in our golf cart garage, so that we can use it for storage. | |The workers from CMI were punctual, professional and extremely neat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed air conditioning services.

Description of Work: They replaced the air conditioner/air handler in our house. The estimator was very professional and helpful. The installers came on time and did the work efficiently. The system developed a small coolant leak and the company sent a service person to correct the problem within 1 hour after my call. I have been impressed with this company.

Description of Work: They came out on a same day call to fix a/c. I also had them provide a quote for replacement of unit, they came back with three different price options. I have not decided who to use when I do replace the unit, but my interactions with them on the phone, in person, and via email have been prompt, courteous, and thorough.
