Description of Work: I was a bit skeptical and did my research when it came down to deciding between a salt free system and a salt system, but I am so very happy with the Natursorb salt free system. I now have bottled water straight from every tap in the house and it taste so great ! I can feel the water softer also, but the most important part for me is the clean taste. I chose this system due to little to no maintenance compared to salt systems, No wasted water, no loss of water pressure and many other benefits.

Description of Work: They were very rude to me. They said they would do a sediment floor filter for no charge, and then at the end they refused it unless I paid for the service. They treated me awful.

Response from Water Guys
The customer is a tad dramatic. My partner offered to give him a free sediment filter and with the lay out under shelving it would not fit in any direction. We gave him the Angies list price for the carbon tank installed then he wanted us to give him money off because we could not install his free filter. Please make your own decision. I was probably curt with him but never rude. Dennis

Description of Work: I purchased a new water conditioner from Florida's Best Water. They installed it and have been back to the house twice since for follow up service. I find their pricing to be fair and their service is excellent. Always punctual, courteous and professional. We love the quality of our water. We are very satisfied with Florida's Best Water and highly recommend them. We wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
