+ -1 moreI had Water Guys come out to my house in Liberty St on two separate occasions. Once for the kitchen faucet, dripping and once for a leaking shower. Both Times the plumbers were terrific, friendly and really communicative. They put on their clean-boots before entering the house, got right to work, showed me the problems, let me decide how to address them, then they fixed them without any stalling or trouble. After the first visit, Mark came back and looked at another problem and they did not charge me for that minor thing. Terrific plumbers!!!

He even stabilized the existing whole house filtration system after he discovered that the old setup was not structurally sound. + -1 moreThe Water Guys installed a water softener in my house in 2019. When they were installing I was concerned about where it was being placed and connect, as it seemed it was just being connect to the water heater. I was given multiple guratnees and they even showed me a test of it working. However a few neighbors have a company installing theirs, they came over to see how mine was connected as they could not find the main "cold" line...They only connect the water softner to my cold water line of the water heater, so only the water in the water heater is being treated. I have attempted to call them for about a week and no one answers or returns calls.

+ -1 moreCertified Plumbing didn't like my comment about the Installation Price and when I inquired about the price his comment was that was his price---(YES HIS PRICE) How about the Installation price of $980.00 instead and with The Water Guys another High Price to make their money and VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP on the return times. I now have to get a Plumber to come in and detach the Filtration System, replace both of my Toilets and maybe have to replace the Norbitz Waterless Tank. I was told along time ago that there was never anything wrong with my water. I even sent a sample of my water to a Laboratory in Pennsylvania. I do not recommend either one of the companies to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a Water Filtration System installed on the outside of my home in Dec. 23, 2013 by Certified Plumbing. After paying a ridiculous price of $1800.00 I was told by Certified Plumbing that my filter would be good for up to (1) year. But after continually calling him and telling him that my filter was empty and never getting any response on time I decided to get another company to replace the system well I didn't get anyone better. I found a company called Affordable Services (The Water Guys) in Port Orange. After paying another ridiculous price of $1895 I got another sub-standard job with the Charcoal Filter leaking into my Toilet Tank and Toilet Bowl and when the Service man came out, all he did was use his hands to clean out the excessive Charcoal Filter from my Tanks & Bowls. If this is what Plumbing companies do for someone well then they had stop working.

He was at my house with 2 days and repaired the problem. As far as I am concerned, lots of companies will sell you a water softener, the great once offer exceptional service after the sale.
