They were right on time and spent extra time to unclog my toilet too with extra 10 minutes remaining on the service contract.

Everything went smoothly. The technicians were all polite and professional. everyone knew what needed to be done and did not hesitate to dive into the job.

Technician replaced broken parts on a very old system. Was very knowledgeable, professional. Found what was broken and fixed what was necessary to return the system to working order.

don't bother, all other companies offer free estimates, these guys charge $80 for a quote...ridiculous

Technician was very professional and courteous an did excellent work. Solved the leak problem and rebuilt two toilets.

Probably the best experience I have ever had with a major home job. Everyone was great, did an excellent job, kept the house clean etc. Simply a perfect experience that I cannot imagine going any better. Otto, was my Service One rep. He made everything happen exactly as planned. Simply a wonderful experience.

Brett was able to fix the problem and did a lot of general maintaince work to make sure our old system was working again. He was very professional and super helpful with explaining everything. Our system is 16 years old so we are having Service One come out to give us a quote on a new one but, in the meantime, Brett got us all set up!

It went well. They are more expensive then most but professional and reliable. Would recommend.

They lied and wasn't happy with it. I'm not happy with a couple little things that happened but the work went fine!

The plumber resolved the issue with the drain which no one else had been able to completely resolve. The toilet now runs perfectly.

The ServiceOne technician was highly professional and thorough. He did a complete cleaning and servicing of the unit and explained very thoroughly everything he had done. He also provided information on what I can do for preventive maintenance as well. I would definitely hire them again!

Never use this service again. Should have been handled efficiently on first visit and not try to screw me on another visit charge n prices higher than plumber who did same work as the other hose bib for a lot less. I am now turned off by hiring thru this app other contractors. Proves there's always a hook. What u go in for like a dentist or mechanic, come out totally broke. I was hopeful to come out of this w positive review. Actually embarrassed by this experience and have an angry husband upset w me for getting gouged. If I hadn't spoke up, get this it was going to b even more!!!!

First impression and contact experience from Service One was excellent, office staff answered the office phone, I didn't have to leave a message an wait on a return call from someone. They sent a representative out right away to give us an estimate on removing our old A/C unit and replacing it with a brand new one. This too was a good experience. Representative showed up exactly on time and was very professional. We then signed a contract and work was scheduled. The install crew showed up on the day it was scheduled, although they were running late they did call to let us know. Even with them showing up later in the day they completed the entire job that same afternoon. All the technicians were very polite, respectful, and did such a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves you would have never known they were here. This is where all the great comments end. When the city inspector came out to inspect the job and sign off on the permit. It failed inspection, not once, not twice, but now three times. My A/C has been installed over a year now, and this is still an ongoing issue. Too be honest I've all but given up hope on "Service One Air Conditioning & Plumbing" ever stepping up and taking care of this problem. To save anyone else from going through this I would not recommend them, but if you too get fooled by the wonderful first impression my only word of advice would be don't pay them until their job can pass the inspection and permit is closed. What started out as a wonderful company experience has turned into a homeowner nightmare.

Workers came on time, performed all the work efficiently. They were all courteous, professional, friendly and respectful.

Work was done quickly, and timely. They even gave me an additional quote for work to be done at a later date.

It worked out fine. They came quick and got the job done. It took them 2 or 3 hours to do the job. I called them and they showed up and they got it fixed. They talked to my tenants and showed them how to operate things.

Went excellent! Very responsive, scheduled the job within a day of my call. Felix did the work. He arrived on time, knew what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. Kept everything clean and what very little mess there was he cleaned up. I'm very happy with the service and with Felix. I will DEFINITELY use ServiceOne again, I recommend them highly. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding!

The best part was the fact that they were honest with me and they told me they could fix it, they gave me a temporary fix. Really, the actually fix would have been very expensive, so it was just worth it for me to go ahead and get a new a/c system. The worst part would have been the price of what it would have cost to fix it. They were actually nice enough to give me credit on my old repair towards my new a/c system It was kind of expensive.

I had a number of quotes probably from about 5 different companies. It has been working perfect, the fact that they actually got it done in less time than they had originally told me they were going to get it done in, there were no issues what so ever. I have used them since then. They were the lowest quote.

It went well! What stood out to me was, the level of service, they were available when I needed them, they were on time, very efficient and very quick with what they needed to do.
