The job was done perfectly and precisely the installers as well as the technicians to do. The maintenance are far superior to any others I've used in my past. They are the best I would never use anyone else.

We use Service One for all of our air conditioning and plumbing needs. We purchase the annual service plan for both for peace of mind, From the office staff to the technicians everyone is always professional, friendly, and provide excellent service. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and Service One is the only company we trust our air conditioning and plumbing service too.

READ THIS IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING SERVICE ONE. I have had two terrible interactions with this company. First, I have had the evaporator coil go out twice on one of the units they installed. I was initially told that the repair would be covered under warranty, but later told that the warranty was only 5 years (instead of 10) because I did not complete and submit the warranty paperwork. Meanwhile, I was never given any paperwork when the unit was installed. The next negative interaction was when they came out to one of my rental properties for an “annual service.” At this visit, they told my tenant that the AC unit was old and needed to be replaced. Meanwhile, the tenant had never complained about this unit and it had been operating perfectly. After this visit, the tenant began complaining about the AC until I ended up having to replace it using another company. Both of these experiences represent terrible business practice and I recommend looking elsewhere.

Dennis with ServiceOne is an excellent AC service technician. He did a complete and thorough job on my AC unit today. They will service my AC system every 6 months going forward, as I pre-paid for their annual AC maintenance service to come out for routine maintenance 2 times each year. I highly recommend ServiceOne AC.

Our central air conditioner stopped working on Friday a around 5:30 pm. I called my go-to company (del-air) but they couldn’t come out until Wednesday. I tried getting recommendations from Angi, and while one provider called right away, I missed the call. I called back less than a minute later, but got their vm. No one else reached out until later on Saturday. I did a web search on Saturday morning, and got a company that was willing to come on Sunday…but when they asked if the unit was more than eight years old, and I said yes, they offered to come Saturday evening. I asked why, and they said that since I had an older unit, they didn’t want me to be without air overnight. I asked why it would make a difference...I was going to be without air no matter how old the unit was, they said “that’s just the way we do things.” My wife and I talked and decided they would probably just try to sell us a new unit (based on my research between $6000 and $11,000), so we cancelled the appointment. Later Saturday morning, I texted a friend, and she recommended serviceone. I called, and they first apologized that they wouldn’t be able to come out that day…would the next day (Sunday) be ok, between 11 & 1. I said sure, and thanked them. Their technician came an hour early, was incredibly nice, diagnosed the problem, replaced the breaker and the capacitor, told me the capacitor he installed wasn’t optimum, so was going to come out on Monday to put in a better one, at no extra charge, charged me less than six hundred dollars, and had everything done in 20 minutes. I have no way of knowing if the price he charged was fair, but other than that, this was a perfect experience, and I am grateful.

I have used them for 7 years now and they are consistently honest, prompt and go out of their way to make sure everything is done correctly. We have had the same technician the whole time (Mike) and he is awesome

Did a great job for a great price. Only company I could find to offer higher than a 15 SEER A/C unit in a half ton model. They were very knowledgable and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Just fine. I got a complete diagnosis of how my 19-yr old HVAC was doing and what I could do to keep it running well.

Technician was on time, amiable and professional. He was thorough in examining and ensuring that both the outdoor and indoor A/C and heating unit was working and recommended any changes, which I’ll wait until the next service. I pay the company a yearly subscription fee to come out twice a year to look at the unit and it’s never failed. I’ve used Service One for years and they have not changed in their work and professionalism.

I have used a number of air conditioning contractors in my life,But never have I seen this level of professionalism and care during an installation.They installed a three ,two zone Trane air conditioning system flawlessly .I will never ever use another company.

Absolutely AMAZING work!! Beyond anything I would have imagined!!! The professionalism and efficiency of the entire experience starting with the Project Managers Otto Boy and Nick Barker through the actual installation with John and Jimmy were exceptional!! The work was performed with excellence. They had to replace the air handler that had rust and wood rot from water damage with the old unit. And their work was absolutely first rate!! They cleaned up the entire area of all debris. I can’t thank ServiceOne enough for the quality of workmanship and service. I’ve already referred a friend. I’m a customer for life!

The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I received a phone call response to my submission via Angie's list. I set up the appointment on the phone, but then received both email and text notifications confirming things and update messages as the appointment time was coming up. On the day of the appointment, I received an email with the name and photo of the technician. I also received a phone call with an approximate arrival time, which was spot on. The technician was friendly, professional and efficient. Payment at the time of the service was easy and I received emails shortly afterwards with the details of the work, payment confirmation, etc. The overall service was exactly how I expect most things like this to happen, but often does not. I felt like it was a great blend of traditional customer service with modern technology. I will definitely call Service One for any future work I need that they perform.

The company was very fast to reply and plumber showed up 30 minutes later, however I was very disappointed to find out I paid almost double for a non-emergent job. Three other companies contacted me WHILE Service One was already doing the repair so it was too late to cancel. I recommend shopping around first since I feel I got ripped off.

The technicians came to my home mid morning and worked until 6pm. Service One sent 4 technicians since I was having 2 units installed. They went right to work and did not finish until the job was done. They were friendly and professional. The technicians even fixed some things that I had neglected along the way. The service manager Alfredo was very helpful from beginning to end. They sent QA person to follow-up with their work and then scheduled the city for the inspection which passed with flying colors. Diana at the Service One office was also professional and very friendly. Any time I had a question and called they had an answer and if she was not there I would get a call back before end of day. They assisted with the extended warranties as well. I would definitely recommend.

They did not have the parts to repair an American Standard Commode. In their defense, it is a new model. I called American Standard and they said many repair companies do not carry the necessary parts for this model. I ordered the parts for $49.00. Service One quoted me $327.00. I do not know if this is reasonable, but it seems high.
