As usual everything went smoothly. I called Service one and we made an appointment. The Serviceman came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem and quickly fix my air conditioner. Very pleased

Unfortunately, 2 days after having them out to replace capacitor and motor on AC, our other unit decided to die. This time we had Michael come out. Whole experience was once again great. He did a great job, talked through the issue and how things work, gave a clear estimate, worked quickly, was a nice and professional guy. I would still recommend, though I hope I do not have to see them again for a while.

Came back from trip to find AC unit not running. Called at 8am this morning and had Steven show up by 8:45. He was very knowledgeable and professional, checked everything thoroughly, explained everything before starting work. Work was done quickly and well. I would highly recommend company and especially Steven. Worth noting that they use employees not sub-contractors for work, so you will get someone they trust every time.

It was a Sunday morning and I noticed my A/C unit does not provide cool air at all. I called ServiceOne and was told that because it was a Sunday, a normal $75 diagnostic check would cost me $135. I ordered the service anyway. A technician named Guy G came a few hours later. He quickly found the problem - the refrigerant in my system is low, and added 5 lb of refirgerant to my system. The problem was solved. He just chared me the cost of refrigerant (with 10% discount for member of Angie's List), and did not even charge me for the diagnostic test! I am very satisfied with the service provided by Guy G and highly recommend ServieOne.

From the communication with the office to the plumbers on-site...all was excellent. They text you when they are on their way with a photo of the technician. Their team has a lot of experience and they get the job done promptly, efficiently and take great care in respecting your home. We would and will use them again. Special kudos to Ken, Dylan, Hector, Tom...

The technician who came was punctual and professional. While installing the new shower head I pointed out that there was a drip; the technician acknowledged this and stated he was only installing the shower head and not the cartridge. The technician needed to use a saw to remove the old faucet handles for our sink; he accidentally cut the sink as well in a couple of places. The next day one of the sinks had a leak and the shower head had a drip. I called Service One and they sent out the same technician. Upon arrival the technician acknowledged the drip in the shower from the prior day. When I asked why he did not fix this his reply was "I was only here to install the faucets and shower head - you never asked me to fix the dripping seen in the shower..." Why would a plumber not recognize the dripping water and discuss ways to correct the issue the first time? Also, when I asked if the drip in the faucet was from the cuts made in the sink from the saw the technician stated no. The technician also did not apologize for the cuts made to our sink. I am also curious why the company did not call to follow-up on services rendered, especially since I needed the technician to come out a second time...

Three calls to Service One did not get the man to come. Excuses.

Installing went well. A rep from a Soler company said I was over charged. There installing would cost half the amount. Is the way you charge seniors !

Went great, Had about 7 guys come over and they took the old system out and replaced it all including ducts. All this was done in seven hours. House was immaculate when they left. Also, Otto and another supervisor was there the whole time double checking on the work. You could tell the men that came enjoyed doing their jobs. They were fantastic!

It went very well. I'll use them next time too.

The representative was very prompt and professional but appeared to do external assessments and then recommended complete replacement of the unit. This is not outside the realm of options but in a fully functional unit I am opting for several other opinions. My issue was that the receipt did not provide an itemized list of malfunctions or of components that should be replaced, in the form of an invoice. Makes me less confident in the evaluation.

Excellent results at a great price. I was looking at going without water in the whole house until Tom fixed my problem. Reliable company with fair prices.

Overall it went well except for punctuality.

Anthony came out for the AC repair. He was very thorough and professional. He worked very hard to troubleshoot issue and resolve it. He got me back up and running for $69. Incredible service for the price. Tom came out today for a plumbing issue. He too spent a lot of time troubleshooting and trying to resolve the issue. He could have easily steered toward more expensive fix, in the several hundred dollar range, but he suggested a conservative approach and fixed the problem for $88. It might not fix the issue 100%, but verses trying a $300 fix that might not have solved the problem, I’m satisfied. The representatives of this company have been great. The office staff was very pleasant to deal with on the phone as well. I highly recommend this company.

I thought that because of all the damages of Hurricane Irma, it being Sunday after 4 PM it would be nearly impossible to get someone out quickly. I called ServiceOne and they responded immediately. The service technician was at the house within 40 minutes and diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour. I would definitely recommend ServiceOne AC. (PS The service technician shared that he had been without AC, electricity and water since Irma hit Central Florida, yet he was most attentive to our problem. Thank you, Monty!

I was done nicely and throughly. When I was searching for the right company to do it, I realized that none of them wanted to estimate the final price as they couldn't know until they got down to it. And it ended quite on the high side ($2850). Let's just say I wasn't prepared for that kind of an expense but what can you do with no AC running in the middle of summer in Orlando?

Called them at 11:00 am, they showed up at noon, fixed by 2pm same day. That is service!!!!

I would recommend Service One for any AC maintenance or repair. I called several people on the weekend and no one either returned my call, or answered the phone. Service One came out on a Sunday that was also a holiday which is almost unheard of in todays service industry. They were prompt and very professional. From the initial call, to the completed installation everything went splendidly. Once we decided to change the unit, the installers that came back were also very professional and courteous.
