Description of Work: In a routine maintenance appointment it was discovered that a part had worn out and was causing the air conditioner to work harder than normal. He was absolutely right on because after it was replaced my electric bills were reduced at least 20%. I have had them service my air conditioner for the past two years and plan on using their service in the future.
