It was complicated because the toilet was not standard size. They got it done and kept in contact with me at every step. I have 2 rentals and I have always been completely satisfied with them. They come out in a timely manner, keep me informed and charge an affordable price.

The gentleman that came to my house was very nice, very professional, but I was charged $200.00 to replace the water hoses on my water heater with maybe $5.00 worth of PVC pipe......yes, they made a huge profit on this job. The next day I discovered a leak in a whole new location which didn't exist before he came. It's disappointing to say the least.

Great but the guy never gave me the quote. He said he would email it to me the same day but that was two weeks ago

Bobby and Mark did an excellent job in finding and repairing a pinhole leak to our house from our main water line. They were quick, near, courteous, and professional. Pricing was in line with expectations. Would hire again!

Technician took care of all aspects of the unit professionally and I was satisfied. They have also done plumbing for me and again I was satisfied with the service.

Terrible customer service. The tech was here about 2 hours. I knew when I opened the door he did not want to work. He did not even say hello and started complaining about everything we told him we needed done. He complained that the toilet was not in the bathroom (in the garage). He asked tons of useless questions like why our floor guy didn't put the toilet back. He then kept telling us how nothing was under warranty. We paid the $49 fee for the estimate and sent him out the door. He was never going to do things right and I didn't need to pay top dollar (quoted over $700 - with no warranty) for a lazy person. Hired another company the next day from somebody that wanted to work. Don't use this company. They must just love to give estimates and hope that someone pays their ridiculous fees.

We unexpectedly had A/C that was no longer cooling. I emailed over the weekend and they called us and came out Monday morning. Our A/C unit needed to be replaced. We'd used Service One for maintenance for several years and knew their work was great. This service continued. The 2 men worked all day and into early evening to get the old unit out and the new unit in and new upgraded variable thermostat (I love it!). Alfredo didn't try to up-sell us into something we didn't need. The 2 guys that did the work were a great team working together to get it done. Completely cleaned up everything. They installed entire new drain line, outdoor and indoor unit. I nicknamed one the A/C STAR LORD! J.P was awesome too. thanks service one. We'll continue to send our business your way.

Service One has been wonderful to work with, both for our plumbing and air conditioning matters. Our A/C had 3 leaks in it, and Duke Energy failed to cover these damages despite the fact I had purchased a coverage plan with them. ServiceOne gave me a great quote and our technician Otto was super knowledgeable, personable and all around a great person whom we felt very confident with. I received another quote from Ferran that was nearly $1,000 more than what ServiceOne quoted, and for a unit that wasn't as efficient. The A/C is working great, they have a great warranty plan for it, and have always been very timely in returning calls in the past. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a good company that is trustworthy and will take their time to talk to you.

The service provided was excellent. My technician arrived on time and called when he was on his way. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns. We had one part that needed to be replaced in order for our unit to work again and discovered that another part was on its way out. We decided to replace both and our unit is working great. I would highly recommend this company.

When I called on a Sunday to describe my problem I asked directly "How much will it cost to clear the drain?" I was told $139 today or $49 tomorrow. I thought $49 was a phenomenal deal so I said sure, come on out on Tuesday. I guess I should have asked what their Tuesday rate was because when the tech showed up on Tuesday he said it would be $175! Apparently the $49 was just to come to my house. I guess we should have just told him to leave because either I was lied to over the phone or we were gauged. Had I known what they really charged, I would have shopped around. This is a mistake I won't make again. This is a shame because in all other aspects Service One seemed like a good company. Too bad their deceptive pricing had to ruin a good thing.

When I first called Service One via a recommendation from a neighbor, they were out within hours to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner. They came back a few hours later to see what happened when they defrosted the ice on it. As expected, I needed a new A/C. My home inspector said that within 1 or 2 years, I would need to make a change so I was not surprised it happened after 8 months. ServiceOne had their Project Manager Otto out an hour or two later and he gave me a bid. I then took a few days to take bids from other companies. One other company was solid but at least $800 more than ServiceOne, another said they could not do my Condo as they were not doing second-floor places due to the crane issue. They still told me what they would have charged but it was slightly more than ServiceOne. Two other companies never got back to me and another couldn't give me an estimate for two days. ServiceOne had the best price and after I accepted their bid, they said they would be out the next day and it only took them 4 hours to install my new AC System. They have a great large team and was told they have round the clock service even at night. I'm definitely going to be in business with this company for a long time and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Their technicians showed up on time and got right to work. I followed along asking occasional questions which they answered promptly and accurately. When the overall work was done, they tested the system and explained how to use the thermostat to my wife and me. Their office did the registration paperwork for me, thus extending the Trane parts warranty from five to ten years. ServiceOne's work includes a two-year warranty of their own. It has been a week since it was done, and the system has worked without a hitch. It's hard to judge price because we had estimates ranging from $5500 to $12000 depending on the system brand and tonnage, but the ServiceOne price seemed to be less than what some wanted for lesser systems.
