It turned out great. They are very good, very efficient and they don't overcharge. I purchase a 2 year maintenance package that also includes 2 emergency service calls. The women in the office are also very nice.

I called Service One to come check out my leaking air conditioner. The tech came earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The tech inspected the air conditioner and resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and gave me information about maintaining the air conditioner. He answered questions I had regarding the leaking air conditioner as well. I would definitely use them again for the same service.

Plumber was right on time and did a great job.

They were very prompt and most importantly I knew that they knew what they were talking about. Had a bad experience with a different HVAC company who was offering a $39.00 tune up as the big deal through Angie's list and ended up having a laundry list of issues that needed attention. Glad I called for a second opinion as Serviceone came out and completely discredited everything that was told to me and actually found the problem that was causing the fan not to spin and the coils to be hot to touch. If I would have went with the other company I would have sent over triple with deep cleanings and replacing fan motors that did not need to be replaced. Not to mention that the capacitor which was the root cause of the issues would not have been dealt with. I would HIGHLY recommend Serviceone to anyone needing tune-ups or repairs on HVAC systems.

The technician, Guy, was available within 1 hour of calling the office. He was professional, fixed the problem, gave me some legitimate recommendations, and did NOT try to upsell or add on any unnecessary extras. The price of the component had a high markup, but I understand having expertise and parts on demand isn't free. Overall I?m now cool and satisfied.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with SeviceOne. The initial service call was right on time and the technician advised what the issue was. The office called ahead of time to confirm. As I suspected, it was time for a replacement. I met with Otto to assess what would be needed. He noticed some electrical issues that could pose a problem and arranged to return with an electrician who did a through inspection and fixed a breaker that had been arcing that I wasn't aware of. A time was set up and Otto and his team arrived right on time. They worked through the day and did an excellent job of enclosing the line going from the outside compressor to the house. The indoor air handler was a challenge since it was installed in a small closet. Also an excellent job installing the unit and sealing the air flow that was not done correctly before. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and attention to detail and quality. Throughout the process, there was follow up by either Otto or the office to ensure I was aware of the progress, to confirm appointments, and ensure I was satisfied.

Our lemon AC installed by another company finally bit the dust, and we called Service One to see what could be done.Over the last year or so, they had helped it hang in there as long as they could. Unfortunately it was no longer covered under the warranty anymore and we decided to replace it. Joey, the technician, explained to us our options carefully and completely making sure we understood all that was necessary. He was able to quote us a complete price right away and schedule an installation date. Since this is Florida and it was HOT they were able to get it installed quickly. The installation looks professional and clean. The unit is working really well. When they called to set up the installation inspection today, I mentioned that we thought the unit was a bit noisy. They sent Joey out right away and he was here in 20 minutes or less. He diagnosed the problem, made the necessary adjustments and we are completely happy with the Air Conditioner. Service One is a class act all the way and Joey is an exceptional employee. Would not hesitate to call Service One for AC or Plumbing needs in the future.

This service call was a part of my annual maintenance in the ClubOne program. I called and they gave me an 8:00am appointment. I was running late to come home I called and they adjusted the time without a problem.The technician who came out did a wonderful job. He was not rushed and explained everything he was doing. He covered his shoes with booties when he was inside my home. He pointed out that my float switch was not working (I knew that) and he had one in his truck and installed it right away along with providing me a 15% off discount for being a ClubOne member. So the cost of the Float Switch was $84.00. I wish I could remember his name(maybe Gary or Guy?) He Understands our budget constraints and he is wonderful at keeping our unit running well in this hot Florida heat, until we get a new unit. I would definitely recommend both the company and the Tech.

I guys was very knowledgeable and quick but he was rude. However because he know what he was doing I honestly didn't mind the attitude. It can be hard to find good plumbers.

It's the second time they've come out. There were no issues.

They are prompt, punctual, professional, the entire staff is knowledgeable and polite. They are terrific and I would definitely use them again.

Although not the lowest but the higest quote ServiceOne and Master plumber Ken Bailey was selected for the job. In the original quote the Pex pipe recommended to be installed for the re pipe had only a 10 year warranty. Ken and I negotiated to install a higher grade Pex pipe that had a 25 year warranty for the same price in the quote as the 10 year Pex. Other quotes I received said the re pipe would be done in one day. Ken advised it would be 2 days. I selected Ken and ServiceOne because Ken, a master plumber, would be on the job where the other quotes, although less costly, would only commit their re pipe team. Ken is very professional, answer any question I had and I think did a exceptional re pipe job. I was comfortable giving the job to Ken and ServiceOne due to the information and time Ken spent with me pre approving him for the job. If you are looking for a quality Master Plumber, Ken and ServiceOne is the way to go. It may cost more but the job is done in a excellent manner. Thank you ServiceOne and Ken Bailey. Well Done.

They're excellent. It was on the pricey side, but it's a good unit. They came very promptly, including for a small follow-up. We had one leak and they sent somebody out in the middle of an awful storm we were having. They made sure I got all the discounts I qualified for, including sending my paperwork in to my electric company, so I got rebate from them for putting in an upgraded furnace. I appreciated that they did that for me.

It would be nice to have weekend calls.

The service was great from the receptionist to the finished work. They were quick to schedule an estimate and quick to install. Every employee was polite and professional.

I guess it went pretty well. There wasn't a lot that needed done. We had a major repair required that we ended up having to get taken care of before they were able to make the check-up appointment so by there, there wasn't really much to check because we have already had the repair done. It was kind of an in and out. They were able to run the check and everything but there wasn't much that they needed to do. They came when they needed to.

Service One exceed expectations on all four fronts. They looked everything over, gave me a better understanding of how it works, and provided an unbiased opinion on it's state of operations. Technician also told me about the latest technology available to clean the air, make unit run more efficient, surge protection, and a grill face that would improve the airflow. I can not speak highly enough of the technician. I would provide his name, but selfishly don't want him to busy. I want him back again on the next visit. Stop reading reviews and call Service One.

It was fine once the pricing was cleared up. I misunderstood the person who quoted over the phone but the plumber suggested that Angies list may still have this deal on and as it turned out they did and the price was very good.

They did the job and took care of what needed to be done but they tried to upsell other things that needed to be done.

I used them over a year ago and had an awesome experience! I got the same technician that I had last time around and had just as good of an experience. I was unable to find one of their Big Deals, but they honored it for me for being an Angie's List member and a returning customer.

They were very helpful. on time clean up after themselves, explained everything they did and left a detailed invoice. They are friendly, always on time, very knowledgeable. I do not have any dislikes.

This is the third time that I have had ServiceOne perform the semi-annual maintenance on my a/c system. I have always been highly satisfied with their service. They are very professional, punctual and do a great job! I highly recommend them!
