Jesse came out and did a great job diagnosing my problem and giving me alternative solutions. He extended the life of my air conditioning unit several months at a time when the money was not forthcoming. I appreciate the care and time Jesse put into helping me understand the problems and solutions. Unfortunately, next Spring, a new AC unit will have to be installed, but I'm happy to say that Service One did all they could to help me make it to Winter.

I had the honor of getting the Field Supervisor to call on my situation and he was right on time as planned. Very nice to meet and work with. Carefully listened to the description of what I observed and made a very quick and accurate diagnosis. Problem was quickly fixed and with a reasonable price for the service. Will definitely be calling back to start their maintenance plan.

Overall, the Technician that arrived was professional and explained the issue.

Contacted ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing LLC by phone and they promised they could make it to a rental property in Ovideo by the end of the day on September 30th, a Friday. They were to contact the tenant directly to set up a service call, after I had already purchased a $69 service call. They never called the tenant to set up the appointment. The heat was unbearable so we went with a different company that was able to make it out to the house on Saturday. ServiceOne finally made contact with the tenants on Monday, but the A/C had already been repaired. And I have yet to be refunded the $69.

Perfect. Ken showed up on time (called ahead of time to let me know he was headed my way) and installed a new cartridge in my shower in about 30 minutes. He also hooked me up with a new faucet handle at no charge because the one I had purchased to replace my old one was the wrong model and he just happened to have an extra on hand.

John did a complete test on the outside unit identified the problem and we had ac again within the hour. Job well done!

Great work they even covered the line back up despite the leak having been bad enough to blast away most of the surrounding dirt.

We will start by saying one word for the service provided....SUPERB and EPIC! Huge kudos to our service technician Jesse Taylor. We had a brand new A/C unit installed at a rental condo unit through another company. Turns out the freon was leaking through the copper lines. The company that installed the unit do not specialize in lines replacement which is how I found Service One A/C & Plumbing. Upon reading the reviews and rating, we opted to give them a try along with two other companies for estimates. Out of the three, Jesse, who came to provide the estimate, not only explained what needed to be done, but also said he would do what needed to be done on our behalf with the association to get the project approved. He was professional, thorough, and dealt with the association and their rebuttals from day one. The price was fair and the job pristine!! As a result, our tenants were finally able to enjoy their A/C again. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism, and a company willing to go the extra mile to get the job done at a fair price. Service One rocks!!

The tech was very thorough and gave good advice on everyday and long/term maintenance. I would use them again with no problems!

Excellent experience from start to finish. When Otto came to give us an estimate, he also gave us invaluable information and options that helped us choose a unit we are very satisfied with. They arrived promptly two days later and Hernan and Fabio did an efficient, professional and superior job from start to finish. They also did a beautiful job when they rebuilt the platform for the inside unit . We couldn't be happier with the work and service they provided and we are so very happy to have found them. Will definitely rely on them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had previously been using another company that recently changed ownership and the last time they came to fix our AC they pretty much tried to rip us off. When our AC stopped running on July 4th in the middle of the night, we started going through Angie's List looking for a company that could come out on July 5th. My wife was nine months pregnant and the house had already climbed to 82 degrees inside. ServiceOne was the only company we called that quickly responded to our calls and came out right away. They didn't try to upsell us or tell us we just needed a new AC unit like some companies do. The service tech was very professional, and we were so impressed that we purchased a maintenance package with them. The maintenance package is well worth the money and you get 15% off any repairs on your unit. They even applied the 15% discount to the capacitor repair. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive, professional, and honest AC company.

CALLED 2 OTHER PLUMBERS CLOSE TO MY HOME BECAUSE I THOUGHT IT WOULD GET DONE RIGHT AWAY. WRONG. SO I JUST CALLED SERVICEONE, WHICH I HAD USED 3 OTHER TIMES, AND WORK GOT DONE, SHOULD OF CALLED THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE...................

Great professional and knowledgeable. Office communicated quickly and set up a same day appointment. Felix the technician was knowledgeable, professional and informative. Was done within the hour and just charged for extra parts used. Showed me a problem I didn't even know I had and fixed it also. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

Found out that i had tree roots growing in the pipes in the master bedroom. i wasn't at home for the visit but i had my boyfriend meet the technician there. while he was on time, i felt he was rushing in his presentation to sell me over the phone all the items needed to fix the issue. technician didn't do a good job explaining to me different possible scenarios on how to resolve the problem. i held off on doing anything and then called back a few weeks later to ask some more questions and again, same presentation--talking too fast, not explaining everything. My gut told me to look around and so I did. I'm glad I did. Found another person to complete the job and almost half the price of the quote given to me.

The gentlemen showed up early and was kind enough to wait for me to get home. He then showed me what the problem was and gave me a cost to repair the unit. He went to pick up the part he needed and completed the repair work.

Jason was here early- he called first- and got right to work. Diagnosed the problem, had the part in his van, replaced it, and we had cool air within minutes! He checked the freon level as well, which was great. Overall, an excellent job !

I had already done an initial repair and freon recharge with another company (mainly because they did the original installation and their logo was on my unit) however I definitely needed a second, or in this case third, opinion on my options. With the first company, the bill with the recharge was $450! I found ServiceOne on Angie's list and contacted them to set up a service a second service call. Jorge arrived on time, was very professional and did a thorough job on the inspection and Freon refill - yes, I needed more after just a couple weeks. After further discussion (and he was now the third company to tell me this), I had 2 options. Take a chance on replacing just the inside coil where the leak was occuring (unit is 9 years old) or replace the whole system. I asked that they send out a project manager to give me a quote on the whole system. Otto came out a day or so later, did a check on the system and walked me through my options. He was also on time, did a great job of going through the issues and also discussed a couple items no one else did. Definitely gave me a bit of an education on AC units! After much thought I decided that I was going to chance it with just to coil but unfortunately went with the original service as they reduced their price since I had already given them a bunch of $$. I say "unfortunately" because I was very impressed with ServiceOne but since I was just replacing the coil I decided to stick with a slightly lower price with the original installer. If, well really when, I need to replace my entire system ServiceOne will be my first call for sure! Thank you - we will definitely do business again....

They were able to fix what two other plumbers were not able to fix. It was an issue with the kitchen sink being backed up. He was very professional and cleaned up everything. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
