Description of Work: I had Daniel come out and inspect the a/c unit that came with my new home and like the other a/c guy before him he told me how much it would cost, but unlike those before him he stopped and took his time and showed me all my options and broke down what it would take to get it running again.. I was amazed when I told him I really did not want to stay with a water to air system he said no problem let me get our guy out to tell you your options.. Nick came out and was wonderful to deal with and even had the owner call and chat with me at my request. Billy is nothing short of amazing he is a great guy who truly cares about his customers!

Description of Work: Service call was answered immediately and a tech was sent out within a few hours. We told him what we estimated to be the problem (pump was constantly running on inside unit) and he double-checked. We were right and the tech thoroughly cleaned the pump unit. We were aware that our filter opening was an odd size and that the filters were basically useless. He suggested a few of Service One's maintenance plans and we chose to participate in two: 1) having a filter custom fitted and receiving 12 filters/year and 2) having a bi-annual service checkup. The price was really great and we are super happy with this company.

Description of Work: The vendor is punctual and the AC inspection is thorough (identified some repair items). The main issue I have is that the advertised work of "Tune-up" and is more like an "Inspection" -- they did not add the 1-lb Freon as included in the order.

Description of Work: ServiceOne offers an Air Filter program and I needed to change my filter; therefore, I thought I'd try it out. I found their number, called them and it only took about 5 minutes to provide the required info. I was promised that I would receive the delivery of 12 filters at my home by UPS within a week. They actually arrived in about 3 days. The filters are high quality, the box with the remaining filters sits neatly in front of my air conditioning unit. The filter I removed was horribly filthy and had only been in the unit for a couple of months. Now that I have these filters, it will be easy for me to remember to change them at the beginning of the month. In addition, ServiceOne also sends a reminder to change the filter. When I called, I found ServiceOne's customer service to be excellent and no one tried to "up sell" me on other services. I would highly recommend calling ServiceOne and getting enrolled in their filter program. When I do need a tune-up and/or maintenance, this will be the first company I call. - Deni K. Description of Work: My AC Unit stopped working and I needed someone out fast as my wife is pregnant and I have a skin condition that is heat sensitive that was starting to get worse. I called several companies to see who could get out the fastest and none of them could commit to a specific time as they were currently on jobs. Service One answered the phone promptly and had a tech (Chris) call me back in 5 minutes so I was very hopeful of getting good service. Boy was I wrong. I informed Chris that I needed someone out asap and he said he may not be able to get out for a while as he had a couple of things to do first. I mentioned that I had a similar response from Westbrook Services and requested that he call me when he was done. This way if Westbrook couldn't come out or was going to be longer I could still have him come out. Basically I was saying whoever can get here the fastest can have my business. Chris said that is "not how he likes to do things", and "you can just let Westbrook handle it." No compassion for my situation whatsoever. I will never do business with them again.

Description of Work: They gave us a quote on replacing our heating and air conditioning unit.
