This company is excellent. The owner, Steve, is great to work with and easy to contact via email. The guys have NEVER failed to come every week, something I can't say about any other lawn service I've used. The guys are pleasant and work attired with Lawnscapes shirts. I contact Steve with any concerns and the issue is resolved at the next visit. I have never had a major issue, but I have full confidence that if I did it would be resolved immediately. Steve will always come out to talk with me about any changes I want to make with the yard. I value his input. I look forward to a long working relationship with this company and highly recommend them.

It was great. Amazing customer service from Steve (owner who came out), John & Peter. They were on time as promised and had the job done in the time promised for a fair price. The fact that they came on Sunday says a lot. They were so happy to help us get our yard in order and it is like driving up to a new home. They were easy to deal with and coordinate schedules and even we're great with our kids who were excited about what they were doing. Family oriented company who take pride in what they do and know what it means to make their customers happy. We will definitely recommend and use them again!!

Steve and his team do an excellent job at a fair price. He is very much a "hands-on" owner and takes the time to address any questions or concerns you may have. Certainly get the sense that every single customer's satisfaction matters to Steve.

I believe they are an Angie's List member. I have a good experience with them. The service is great. They show up and do the job. They charge $125 a month.

Excellent service! Steve and his crew are extremely customer-focused, and truly want people to be satisfied with their services. He has provided lawn service at my house in the Markham Woods Road area for several years. The plants and shrubs and some trees really needed some focused attention, and Steve spent a long time walking the yard with me to be sure he understood what I wanted. He also made several very helpful suggestions. The crew worked several hours across several days, and then Steve asked me for feedback about how the yard looked. I had several areas where I wanted more work to be done, and they came out within a couple of days (on a Sunday!) and did all the work to my satisfaction. It was great working with the Lawnscapes team and I highly recommend them!

These guys are THE BEST. Not only did they do an incredible job (our yard never looked better), but they show up like clockwork every Monday morning. Their ownership is friendly and professional, and they even did some things that we didn't ask for. They are by far the best landscaping organization that I've ever seen or heard of, and I'll use them from now on.

I have only been with Lawnscapes two months. They have done everything asked of them and on time. The yard looks great.

I first called Lawnscapes over a year ago after seeing the excellent reviews on Angie's List. They have been doing our weekly lawn maintenance ever since, and I've been extremely pleased with their work. Our yard is quite large (1+ acre) with a lot of mature landscaping, so it is a large job. Steve's crew is reliable, hardworking and polite. If I ever have a problem with how something was done (which has been rare), I have explained it to Steve and he immediately addresses the issue. It's a pleasure to have a lawn company that is so professional and easy to work with.

My experience overall has went very well. They are highly knowledgeable in their field. They have had great recommendations regarding lawn maintenance. The staff is friendly and professional. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of work provided. I would recommend this company to others.

Steve Cohen, the owner was very friendly and helpful. The day I called was Wed., he went over that day and told me what the price would be for monthly service.He explained that he on does service on a monthly contract, he would come weekly to cut the grass and bill monthly. He usually covers the Lake Mary area on Tues but after I explained that I was having problems with my old service and they had not cut the grass for a month, he worked me in the next day. I am very pleased with his work. I am now a monthly customer. One the day he was to come and cut the grass there was some bark off of my palm tree laying in the yard, his crew took that with them when they left. The yard and landscaping looks great. I would highly recommend Lawnscapes service for your yardwork needs.

They are always on time and do a good job. They have even done some extra work for me before and they always clean up after they're done.

They come every Wednesday at 7 am. If they don't get all the work finished, Steve has brought people out on Sundays to finish work that he thought was appropriate or needed to be done. They are hardworking and show up on time to do their thing. They get the work done really quickly because they have such a large crew. By 8 or 8:15, they are gone and it looks nice. If he is going to come on a Sunday, he calls and asks my permission to do so. He is the only lawn person that I've ever had that showed me his book showing that he was trained by Toro so he does continuing education of at least himself on the latest techniques, which I thought was interesting. He is probably as professional as you can get. Sometimes they do about 99 percent of the lawn pick up and leave one percent which I have told them about and they have come back to pick it up without a problem. We had Virginia creeper covering a number of our shrubs and trees and he had a crew of three people take that out after he took the job over. I had not been able to get my previous guy to take it out even if I paid extra and Steve included it as part of the job.

I contracted with Steve for a monthly lawn service. Although at a rate which is a bit more than what I had been paying to another company, the quality of the work as been fantastic. In fact, I never realized how nice my yard can look . . . even after several days have passed since Steve's crew did their magic. The lawn looks great and the cut has been carpet smooth. They edge perfectly and have been taking the time to weed my flower beds. A very nice touch has been the trimming and shaping of some of our shrubs. My wife noticed this first and was very pleased! Speaking of his crew, they all wear the same T-shirt and are courteous, thoughtful, punctual. In fact, I received a phone call confirming their arrival about 30 minutes prior to the appointed time on the first time out to our house. At the end of the day, you do get what you pay for and I'm getting a great deal with these guys. Thank you to Steve and the Team!!

They come once a week. They are great and very nice. My mother is a handicap and she was using somebody else for lawn work, but they were really rude and unnerved my mother, so we explained the situation to Lawnscapes and they are doing the lawn work now and they charge $5 less than the other guy. We would use them again in the future too.

Steve Cohen is the owner. I spent $120 a month on that service. He did a great job. He was very consistent with the full service.

What stands out about them is their outstanding customer service. They are always prompt and do a good job with great attention to detail.

Fine service! I used Lawnscapes for over a year; I stopped using them because I decided to do the work myself.

They do a reasonable good job on a regular basis, usually weekly (except January - March when the schedule changes). They are very reliable. If delayed due to rain the come the next day. I had a minor problem at one point but could not catch them (they are very fast). I called the owner and he was at my front door in 20 minutes, called them at their current job while standing in the my yard next to me, went immedately to that job site, and returned later that afternoon with the crew and resolved the problem and some others he saw that were not bothering me. Everything has been fine since. I am very happy with their service.

This is the absolute best lawn service. I have had many other lawn services just quit without notice and a host of other problems. Steve is the ultimate professional, and has a great crew that does a fantastic job on my lawn every week. My lawn is getting better and better each time they come. Best of all, Steve is very knowledgeable, reachable and is always concerned with making sure you are 100% happy.
