I had the pleasure of using Lawnscapes for a number of years for a family property in Longwood Florida. Before becoming the owner of the property, my family had used Lawnscapes for many years. I must say that using Steve’s services was the best thing I could have done. It was not only a great business but Steve came to be more like a friend than a business owner. I lived out of state during this time and Steve kept me up to date on the property and didn’t ever skimp or cut corners on the weekly services. In 2021 I decided to sell the property and Steve took charge when we had a water main leak weeks before closing. The water company had turned off the water unbeknownst to me (I lived out of state). I told Steve about it. He went by the house the next day, on a SUNDAY, without my knowledge. He not only diagnosed the problem but set up an appointment (with my permission) for the next day, with one of his associates, to repair and correct the issue. I was so touched that he would do that and save me from trying to coordinate the repairs from out of state. Steve and Lawnscapes has been such a blessing to me. You don’t often find honest caring people like that anymore. I believe that if you want an old school type of service, where it’s not just about the money, Steve Cohen’s Lawnscapes will be a blessing to you as it was for me. May God Bless Steve and Lawnscapes! Excellent company. These guys are professional, genuine, and easy to deal with. They do an outstanding job. We had recently changed to using them for our weekly lawn maintenance and the difference each week has been very noticeable. I wanted a company that I didn't have to micromanage and instead would do what they feel is best each week to improve / maintain the property and these guys have been great at accomplishing just that. The owner and workers are very knowledgeable and have continued to impress us with their work week after week. I have already recommended some family members and will continue to do so. Lawnscapes has been doing a great job maintaining my lawn. They always show up when they're supposed to, and other than coming home to a nice clean lawn, I'd never even know they were there. The few times I've reached out to Steve he's been responsive and helpful. Lawnscapes is definitely not the cheapest option available, but I'm willing to pay a little extra for reliable, quality service.

We have been with Lawnscapes for over a year. They maintain our large yard (1 acre) and shrubs. Our yard has never looked better. Reasonably priced especially for the size of our yard.

John and his crew do an excellent job! They are attentive to our requests and follow through. Our yard hasn't looked this great in years!

Easy to get estimate, walked property. They show up on time, get the job done with a good crew. If I have questions or need something a quick email and the next time there are here they take care of it. About as easy as it can be.

Called Steve to get an estimate on some yard work I needed done. Very professional and honest. He took the time to give me names and numbers of other companies that could do a particular service he didn't usually do which was very nice of him. Appreciate his honesty.

Been a customer for years. Steve and the crew are always responsive and do great work. If there are additional things to be done in the yard his crew always gets it done! I would highly recommend his Company!

Overall, the company has done a great job. The crew that works on my yard has gone above and beyond on several occasions (cleaning up a downed tree for me without being asked, for example). When there have been issues, which are rare, Steve is very quick to take action and correct any errors. They take pride in doing a job well

Steve was very responsive and professional. Unfortunately, we are not in his service area. What impressed me most is that he also took a personal interest and extra time to write back and offer suggestions on how to locate a good company in my particular zip code. I was very appreciative, especially given the fact we have no possibility of being a paying client for him. THAT is awesome, professional service!

Steven came over and gave me suggestions on how to improve my lawn and garden and arranged to have his men come over and do whatever yard work I wanted doing. Everyone was friendly, courteous, punctual and professional.

The owner and his crew were always very responsive, nice, and reliable. Rarely, if ever, missed a weekend. However, the work done was the bare minimum. The yard never looked good, mowed, but not good. I would end up doing the front hedges myself every couple of weeks because they would be in such a hurry that they didn't do them. I would have to call Steve and have him come and look. He agreed that my yard looked like garbage and had them come back to do the stuff I complained about. He decided they could do it every other week rather than weekly. I have a large yard (1.25 acres) and they were doing the work in 15-20 min...it showed. They sprayed grass killer on areas so they wouldn't have to edge and I had to lay new sod twice! I gave them two years to get it together and they never did. I pay the same price to another company now and EVERYTHING is done weekly and looks fantastic. Very disappointed in the quality of work for the price I paid.

Lawnscapes requires a 4 week advance to start service, and 4 week advance every subsequent month :/ Every list referral service on the planet, the painter, accountant, doctor, baby sitter, mechanic, (enter every service provider name here) bills upon delivery of service... Not Lawnscapes. 4 weeks advance, every month. We offered to do advance payments every two weeks via automatic bank draft, we offered to pay the first month in advance (check) with the subsequent month payments (check) half way through the monthly service, we offered to put a credit card on file for advance payments; nothing (other than 4 weeks advance payment) was acceptable. We wasted considerable time choosing this provider and would have a hard time recommending them unless you like paying for future service. Note: Steve was nice to share they charge all customers in advance and that no one complains. He cited his personal pool service for his rental properties charges 4 weeks of advance payment. He also called this customer an "engineer" type and declined the work upon the first call.

Steve is a true pro who understands the value of his clients time. He will spend as little or as much time as you need him to. It was a no bullshit; no grief business transaction - which I appreciate very much. Was personally on site when the work was being done. A+ service. I will recommend him to others and use his services again in the future.

The monthly lawn service is above and beyond expectations and always reliable. Steve will give you a fair price, and his team is pleasant, dependable, and courteous. My lawn is impeccable with this quality service. Lawnscapes also did my mulching, and I can attest that the service is at a bargain rate, and the finished job looks beautiful. Highly recommend this A+ quality service.

Steve and his crew are fantastic. Very dependable. When any kind of an issue needs to be addressed, Steve is right there to address it and make sure we are happy. However, I will tell you the issues are very few.

He was great, knowledgeable and very helpful, unfortunately out of my budget, but very professional

I moved in this home not too long ago. The front and back yard and the pool area were not maintained for quite a while. There were a lot of overgrown shrubs, ground cover, palm trees, etc. Steve was very punctual and honest and finished the job within the estimated budget and time. I do not have anything negative to say, and I am pretty picky. I would highly recommend Steve from Lawnscapes for any kind of yard work.

Steve captured my attention from the moment he called. I have been in the service business for more than 30 years, and Steve taught me some things. He was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. His crew showed up early, and not only cut my grass. They approached my yard with a plan, intelligence and then applied brute force. Yards have to maintained...1.25 Acres of yard is a lot. The previous company took the least cost in their approach, meaning they cut the grass most weeks...they skipped 5 weeks out of 26 and I had to beg for them to edge, trim, apply fertilizer, etc. I take care of my yard first, because it makes my wife happy. We just completed a landscaping project in our houses courtyard. It created some very unique challenges. Steve was all over it. I pointed out that the courtyard was the number one priority. His communication is beyond excellent, utilizing phone, txt, and email effectively and appropriately. His crew showed up early, his foreman John introduced himself and reviewed my needs. Everyone from the top down at Landscapes requested feedback, good or bad. His crew showed up, took care of every detail. My yard has never looked better, and my wife was ecstatic. I have only had a couple of encounters with Landscapes, and in the service world, first impressions are everything, follow up impressions are just as important. Every encounter with a customer is an opportunity to win them or lose them. Steve and his crew clearly understand this. I will freely recommend them to anyone for any of their landscaping needs. If Landscapes cannot do it, they will refer you to a quality company or individual who can. My experience with Landscapes has been wonderful. If you need landscaping service I just want to say, call Steve, he will take care of you!

Steve investigated our lawn maintenance needs and offered helpful suggestions to resolve our needs. Unfortunately, we are out of his service area. I was very impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness, especially given the fact that he would be unable to take the lawn service account.

Steve came out quickly and gave us good advice and a fair estimate. His crew has been coming out once a week and does a great job. The crew works amazingly fast, and consistently does more than I expect.
