Frank The Painter

I contacted Frank as a result of his positive reviews on Angie's List. Frank was prompt in both returning my phone call and providing an estimate. When he came to do the estimate for the house, he was very thorough, taking me around the entire house and pointing out areas that would need to be repaired, as well providing a detailed account as to exactly what he would be doing. My stucco was in pretty bad shape, so not only were the cracks in the stucco repaired as they typically would be, but Frank's team did an amazing job of replacing/redoing the stucco on the front of my house. Frank and his partner Ed spent a lot of time and care prepping the house (pressure washing, stucco repair, sealing, etc) and treated my house like their own. They even pressure-cleaned the sidewalks and driveway after doing the house.Ed even painted my coach lights and flagpole holder to match the new paint colors before reinstailling. The drywall repair was done with the same care as the house exterior painting. During the entire process, they kept me informed of what they would be doing and when they would be doing it. They always cleaned up when they left for the day. Frank, Ed, and Eddie became like family by the end of the job. I was sorry to see them go. I can't say enough good things about the job that was done. My house looks incredible! I have already recommended Frank and his team to a few neighbors and co-workers that are looking to have work done on their houses. I will be painting the interior of my house within the next year and will most definitely be using them again. High quality work!

We chose another contractor because Frank was so busy he couldn't schedule our home until July, 2012.

I contacted Frank due to the many positive comments about him on Angie's List. He returned my call the same day, provided a detailed estimate that week and shared that he was booked for a few months. I agreed to wait until May because I thought it was worth waiting to have a quality job done on my house. Frank and his business partner Ed, kept us informed each day on the progress of their work. The house looks fantastic.

I went with him because of his promptness and thoroughness of his estimate.

A few years back, based on Angie's list reviews, I hired Frank to repaint the exterior of my house and. based on the quality of their work had Frank and Ed back to remove wallpaper from my kitchen and two bathrooms and paint them so I had no reservations about contacting Frank and Ed to repair and repaint my pool deck. Ed came over about two weeks ago to inspect the deck and quoted a price of $300.00 which would include power-washing the deck and filling in the cracks and repainting the deck. Ed arrived about noon this past Saturday (4/28/2012) and not only power-washed the deck but also did my complete pool enclosure. He then came back yesterday (4/29.2012) and repaired the cracks and repainted the pool deck.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work. They were extremely polite and easy to get along with. I highly recommend this company.

While they are extremely busy, they made time for us, and all their work has been exemplary. They even came out after the initial work was done (and after fully payment) to paint some trimwork that they initially missed (with no prodding on our part). Very professional team, very personable and their price was the best. I've definitely found my "go-to" painter in the Central Florida area. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with their work. We would rate them high overall and would use him again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Frank and Ed. Frank initially came out and gave me an estimate. He showed up timely. His estimate included items which others put as extras. I could tell by the way he checked problem spots that he knew what he was doing. He also pointed out problem spots that others did not. He was extremely professional. When they came to paint, Frank and Ed were timely and always cleaned up before they left. When doing the interior painting, I felt comfortable giving them a key to the house as my wife and I had to leave for work before they were to arrive. They were personable, professional, and went way out of their way to take care of things that no one anticipated being a problem. Never once did he say that: "that's going to be another $$$." Even though there were no extra charges, I chose to give him additional money. They did a superb job of painting. As a result, we hired him to do some additional interior painting. Frank and Ed will be my painters in the future and I have already passed on Frank the Painter's name to others.

Both men were professional and easy to talk to. The outside of the house looks fabulous. It went so well, a family member also used Frank the Painter to paint a room in her house. His rate was reasonable and the room looks great, too. I will definately call Frank again for future work.

He did a great job, in a short time frame, with excellent attention to detail. He is a perfectionist.

They did a good job for what they did. They had to come and redo the beam second time. Initially their responsiveness was great. But later there was a lot of calling them back. I didn’t like that they talked bad about the previous work done. I would use them if they committed to come back.

Frank was punctual, communicative, and did a really good job. He measured and cut the sheetrock exactly, so there wasn't a large seam between the existing wall and the new board. We are very happy with his work and would hire him again in the future.

Frank and team did an excellent job an despite poor weather, knocked it out in four days. The quality of the job was excellent and they even pressure washed the sidewalks and driveway at no charge (or even request by me). I would definitely utilize his services again in the future and recommend him to anyone who asks for a fairly-priced QUALITY painter.

See above. GREAT job. Would absolutely use again and HGHLY Recommend! Job tok about 2 weeks total due to weater. The house looks great and we know that we won't have water intrusion issues through the exterior walls.

Both men were punctual and cleaned up every day. Job took longer than expected due to rain. However, they came every day until the job was done. I had specific color in mind and there was some trouble getting the product to match. However, they kept working with the paint store until we obtained the correct color. A year and 1/2 later, the house still looks great.

again, only got estimate and did not do project. Frank was very professional and pointed out a number of items that were overlooked by others. I do reccommend him.

Frank did a very good job. Frank and his helper showed up on time. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and were very courteous. Finding good painters can sometime be very difficult. Would definitely hire them again.

Frank was very responsive and did a very good job under tough circumstances. He cleaned up and left site in very good condition.

FRANK THE PAINTER were very great. it was physically difficult work but they took the time and stuck with it. My husband said thinks that they did a "perfect" job. They were great.

It was a good experience, and everything went well. I did not use anybody because I decided to do the painting at a later date; it had nothing to do with them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
