He showed up on time, was very professional and he explained what his process is and was very informative. He said he would get back with us with his quote which he did and we decided to use him. We are so glad we did because he really did a beautiful job on our home. He was here everyday, the same time everyday and kept at it until he was done. Since the time above, we have used him again to paint the interior of a town home that we purchased and again he will be our painter from here on out. He not only is a excellent painter, he has become a friend also. We highly recommend Frank and you wont be sorry if you use him for all your panting needs.

Superbly well! Could not have asked for a better job. I first found Frank the Painter on Angie's List when our house needed to be painted. His work was so satisfactory that I recommended him to my church board to paint the church. Every step of the contract was 100% satisfactory. For the church, after seeing what needed to be done, he presented a detailed estimate of exactly what he would do for a stated price. The members accepted his offer and watched as every item on the contract was done with great skill and care. At all times, he and his helper worked diligently, even offering to paint swatches of several colors on two areas of the building, giving us the opportunity to choose which would be the final choice. Items covered: thorough pressure-washing of the outside of the building, trench around the entire building, scrape off any loose paint, apply primer, caulk around windows and door frames, fill cracks in stucco with elastometric patch, oil base prime all raw wood, paint all stucco with modac, paint soffit, fascia, shutters, pillars and doors with super paint, use high quality paint (cost included in the contract), and do some minor repairs. This result is beautiful. The price was fair. Upon completion, the area was raked and left in great shape.

Frank replied within minutes to a voicemail enquiry. He did a fantastic job, was so meticulous about every detail. The price quoted was the price I paid, and it was well worth every penny. He made great friends with my dog too! I wouldn't hesitate to use Frank again. Great job.

Frank and Jim are true professionals. Their attention to detail and willingness to do more than the job entails is something you don't find often. Frank is always punctual with his crew and works until the job gets done - unlike others who end their day at 5:00. He started the day with treats for our dogs and is a true pleasure to have around. We wish he had more rooms for him to paint however sadly we do not. When he replaced our siding on the chimney and discovered how rusty our cap was - he made contact with someone who specializes in making chimney caps and followed through with getting it done and installed. He didn't have to do all of this but that's just the way Frank is. If anyone needs a professional painter who does the work himself instead of subbing it out - Frank is who you want. He is worth the wait and his price is extremely reasonable. Thanks for a great job, as always!

Frank and Jim did a great job. They spent a week at my house and it shows. I suspect other companies would have been in and out in a few days. But Frank and Jim took the time to make it look good.

Pros like Frank the painter are rare to come by. Frank and Jim gave a very beautiful face lift to my house. Their work is flawless and they were super clean in the process. No mess making it a worry free experience. Not only that but they are super friendly and go the extra mile. They will treat your house like it's theirs. They are the most honest and genuine people I ever hired. Frank is hands on, so you won't deal with any salesperson that doesn't know what they are talking about. If you are looking for a painter your search stops with Frank.

Frank, Was very prompt in coming out and giving a quote. He was very professional in walking around the house, reviewing the situation, and explaining what he intended to do to prep the surface for painting. My situation was slightly unique in that I was trying to get to the bottom of a water intrusion problem, and it was believed to be water was coming through the stucco from cracks that had not properly been repaired when the home was painted less than 3 years ago by another painter. Frank completed the exterior paint job in May, doing a very detailed job. They worked fairly clean, and quickly with a small professional crew. I was so happy with the work he did on the exterior that I had him come back and paint a very large entryway stairwell area, all the drywall that was replaced inside from the water damage, and some additional hallways and ceilings that had not been painted during a previous decorating streak. The few minor details that I could find wrong, Frank promptly corrected before his final walk through. I plan to call Frank in the future to pain a bathroom that I plan to remodel.

My home is a 2-story home with a stucco exterior and ~3,000 square feet interoir, which had been painted with builder grade paint over a decade ago. The result was that our paint had LONG AGO lost its "weather safe" quality, and our stucco was being damaged with each rain. The paint was coming off to the touch, and it was looking shabby. Frank came out and walked around the home with me, and gave me an estimate. I called back when I was ready to proceed, and scheduled Frank about 2 months out. As time neared, he did call and indicate that they were about a week behind and gave me a new start date. I took care of doing HOA documents and approval, but had to do NO other preparation for the company. The first day, Frank and several of his employees came and began pressure washing the home. They were punctual, professional , and efficient. I gave Frank my paint color #'s (Sherwin Williams exact code) and he went to purchase supplies and everything was being cleaned. By early afternoon they were done, and Frank showed me all of the materials and explained what each one was for. He left them on site for the duration (and, of course, left the remaining at the end) and explained that it was a quality control measure for his customers to feel assured that they product they pay for is the product that is used. When everyone returned the next morning, They began trenching 6'' around the home, so the paint would be consistent, even if the ground shifts slightly anywhere around the home. They conditioned the stucco, made some repairs, and applied the elastomeric waterproofing to the cracks that had been applied to the stucco. They also repaired a hole in the stucco where we had a 2in "pipe to nowhere" that served no purpose. They taped all of the windows with good detail and covered them in plastic, and removed applicable lighting fixtures, and moved patio furniture a safe distance. The following days were painting the home, including our covered patio and pool deck. I cannot recommend Frank enough. He introduced me to everyone that came to my home, and everyone was professional, punctual, and kind. The work completed was exemplary. I absolutely consider this worth the price and the wait.

Frank and his team were great to work with. We are very happy with the work they did and our house looks great. They were there each day on time and were always busy getting things done. I was very happy that they agreed to replace the door hardware I had purchased (for a very reasonable price). The entire project was completed in 3 days. When we paint the exterior of our house we will be calling Frank. Thanks to Frank and his team!

There was an initial delay due to family emergency. Painter and team showed up when they said. Did all agreed work. Quality and clean up were wonderful.

Very knowledgeable and punctual. Precise paint job done and cost less than the estimate from unused and returned materials. The house looks beautiful and we have had several people ask who painted our beautiful house. We will use him again for interior when the time comes!

Frank is a busy guy...too busy for us. I sent Frank a request for an estimate on painting the exterior of our 3,300sq ft. home. He called back within the week (during a holiday week). The conversation was really quite surprising. He introduced himself and asked when we needed the home painted. I told him within the next 30-60 days. He responded by saying he was booked all the way out through April. I told him we had not gotten HOA approval yet, so we have plenty of time. He then said he wouldn't be in our area for at least a week. I asked him when he'd be available and he said it would be a while until he was out that way. The strange thing was that Frank had my address from my message, so it wasn't that he just learned where we lived (which is in the city of Orlando, in his service area). At this point I got the unmistakable feeling that Frank was too busy and didn't want the business. He wasn't by any means rude, but he wasn't at all hungry for the business. I thanked him for the call and that was it....Good for Frank!

Showed upon time, neat, tidy and did the work with helpers in a day. Efficient and pleasant.

From the time he came to give us the estimate to the finished product - Frank and his crew were awesome. They were on time, courteous and were extremely accommodating of our requests. They not only pressure washed the house to prep it for painting....they also did the whole driveway, our front walkway and pool deck. When asked why he did the extras, he said you can't have a nice looking house without everything else looking as good. The crew worked together to caulk all the siding seams, they replaced/fixed rotten cedar siding and after painting the front of the house.....he replaced 16 cedar siding pieces that we thought could use replacing. It added an extra day to the job but Frank never complained. Our house looks so great and we've received many compliments from the neighbors....we can't wait to have him paint our interior and the front door. He is definitely worth the wait and you will be nothing but satisfied with him, his crew and the final product!

Frank and his team were great. Very professional and friendly. And all were great with our not so little puppy. It was the little extra details and home knowledge that set Frank and his team apart from other companies we looked into. I would definitely recommend Frank to my friends and use him for future projects.

When I first called Frank the Painter, He told me that his schedule was very full. I explained that the work I needed done would need to be completed in time for a family gathering in about a month. Frank called back and informed me that he would be able to take on and complete the job within the time frame. When he arrived to price the job, he was professional and timely. His written estimate was $800. I have a large deck and thought that it was an appropriate price. As scheduled, Frank and his assistant showed up and completed the deck cleaning process. They even took the extra time and pressure cleaned the back of the house. Several days later, they arrived as scheduled and applied the new stain. This product is newer to the market and went on well. Prior to applying the stain, he showed us a couple of colors to make sure that the correct one was chosen. I would use Frank the Painter's service again.

Frank repaired several ceiling cracks that had not been properly fixed by a previous painter. He, Edwin, Stella, and Julie carefully moved lots of very heavy furniture and fragile items, painted, and then placed the items back in their proper locations. They did a fast, beautiful job. No paint was spilled anywhere, and they thoroughly cleaned the work areas after they were done.
