Description of Work: Came out promptly and gave me a quote and explained what they were going to do and the materials that he would use. I indicated to him at the time that I was a few months out from being ready to complete the work. That was not an issue because they were a few months out to do the work. It took them about 4 days to complete a full exterior repaint, including trim, and some decking. Overall the work was done in a clean, professional manner, and just minor trash was left on the job site at the end of each day. I would recommend Frank the Painter, and plan on using him again in the future.

Description of Work: I had given a low report on Frank for not returning my inquiry via Angie's List. That was my mistake, as I missed the email back from him. Frank came to the house with a Sherwin-Williams Paint representative to look at some paint issues with Behr paint. They had some ideas. Frank is to give me a report and estimate on the job.

Description of Work: Frank was very thorough in his estimate and pointed out areas he would repair (i.e. cracks and holes). As it turned out we didn't need to have the work done, but will call on him if we need a painter in the future.

+ 1 moreI could not have asked for a better job. Even though the weather worked against him (first freeze in five years) he completed the work in the exact time-frame he had estimated. Based on their excellent work I have already asked them to return to do interior work in my kitchen and two bath rooms.
Description of Work: Frank and his crew powerwashed, not only the house, but also the driveway and sidewalks. They also made numerous repairs by reattaching lose drywall sheets, filling cracks, caulking and painting. In addition, Frank also removed and replaced a door frame on my garage, painted all the exterior doors and also installed new locking hardware on all the exterior doors.

+ 1 moreExcellent overall experience. Frank and his crew got to the job when it was scheduled, and arrived for work every day when they said they would. They did excellent prep work, and threw in some much-needed pressure washing of my walks, steps, and driveway at minimal extra charge. Their painting work was excellent -- thorough, precise, and complete. The house looks great now! Frank and company also kept the work area amazingly clean: no trash, used brushes or paint cans, no drips on my shrubs, no over-spray on the windows. They were also very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend these guys!
Description of Work: Full exterior caulk, prime, and paint on a 2-story 2,000 sq ft house with wood siding.

+ 1 moreThey took great pains to make the job fit in with weather conditions. Their attention to detail was one of the main reasons we selected Frank. They concentrated all their resources on our house till it was finished and we are very happy with the results, as are our neighbors. If I ever need any painting done in the future, I will call Frank and Ed.
Description of Work: Frank and his partner Ed pressure washed, prepped, and painted the exterior of our house. He cleaned the roof, back property wall, all pavement, and sealed the walls prior to painting. They also repaired, and replaced all damaged wood trim.

Work and materials were of highest quality. Left extra paint and paint specifications. Insisted we call if anything was not as expected, and if any problems develop in the next 18 months. Would not bid on repainting metal screened porch, could not guarantee paint would adhere to metal.
Description of Work: Pressure cleaned the entire house. Caulked where needed, primed areas where needed. Painted trim, siding, windows, gutters, porch ceilings, soffitts, etc
