Description of Work: One of the wheels that turns the dryer drum wore out and was making a terrible noise. Norm took the whole dryer apart and replaced it. He explained everything he had to do and charged a fair price for the work. He showed up on time and cleaned up when he was finished. I would definitely call on him again.

Description of Work: Norm repaired a 14 year old washing machine, which needed some minor parts, in less than 1 hour. I called him mid-morning, and he arrived by 3:30 that afternoon. The bill was just under $100; so much better than having to buy a new machine. Couldn't be any more pleased! This is my first experience with Angie's List and it was definitely a very positive one.
