Description of Work: came out for estimate gave verbal estimate, gave email for written estimate never got email estimate after three phone calls and left messages never herd from again was going to use them but not now!

Description of Work: Rewired outlet beneath gas cooktop to make the auto ignition operable. Arrived on time as promised, work was excellent and price was as quoted. They also honored an expired coupon for a discount. Would definately call them next time I need an electrician

Description of Work: They did a whole house inspection. Told me which things were not up to code (basicly 2 things). Hot tub circuit breakers. We had the hot tub removed before inspection so no need for work. Did not try to sell us anything.

Description of Work: I'm very disappointed that I bought a coupon from this provider and was just told today, June 3 that they no longer service my area. I have been trying to contact them since I bought this coupon on April 23, 2014 to use the coupon. However, today I had some time off, so I called and left a message to see when I can use it. I didn't receive a call, but a message through Angie's List telling me that they no longer service my area. I'm hoping to get my refund soon since this is costing me too much time to do such a simple project...putting up ceiling fans in my new home!

Description of Work: As I mentioned in the initial rating, I called twice over four days and never received the courtesy of a return call. Four hours after the second call, I posted my comments here. An our after my posting, I did receive a call following up on the initial requests. I informed the caller that I had already contracted with another supplier and we politely parted ways. At 11 AM Feb 20, I received another polite phone call sincerely apologizing for not having called me the first time. She explained that their phone mail system was down for a few days and that they were having a lot of difficulties with the system. I accepted the apology and told her that I would reflect this information in my comments on Angie's List. Everyone deserves a second chance, especially when confronted with technical difficulties based on another supplier's services. Based on the sincerity of her comments and the expression of true appreciation of my offer to update the situation here, I would give AArrow Electrical another chance. The A ratings of so many others on Angie's List makes me believe that my situation was truly an unfortunate exception. They have suffered enough with the loss of my business.
